Great people at this location. They always go above and beyond. They also laugh at my jokes. My Dad even adopted Bob. Bob is still waiting for his gift of a motorcycle, boat or corvette LOL! But seriously, check them out.

The worst service department anywhere. If I could give them a zero I would. We had a motor for our a/c that was under warranty. They order the wrong motor 4 days. Then claimed it was not a warranty motor. Then realizing they were wrong ordered another motor. Once again wrong motor another 4 days. Then they stated they were overnighting it 2 day overnight and we would not have to pay freight. However when we went to pick up motor they claimed warehouse was closed and we would have to wait till Monday. On Monday they said they would have it overnighted again 2days so we received it today. 17 days later. We have two large dogs that we had to buy window a/c units so they did not have heat stroke. Cancel our holiday 4th of July and my birthday 3rd of July plans. Had our repair guy goto the Warrhouse 4 times. Randy the manager was completely useless and rude. I asked for compensation for my repair guy or compensation to me for having to buy window units. Which are not needed when I have a whole house a/c unit. Absolute horrible customer service so if you can avoid this place I recommend you go somewhere else
