The guy with the long hair that looks like he doesnt take a shower. Is extremely rude and unhelpful. I dont understanding why he is not dressed up in a professional way. I asked him to get a phone and he screamed at me.

The two employees there (I think Zachary and Edward were the names) were fantastic. In three visits over two months (we had quickly changing needs) they were patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help. We even kept them after hours once and they were just focused on finishing the job. Cannot more highly recommend this shop!

Clearly the other reviews were bogus. I went in to purchases 3 smart phones. 1 was an upgrade and the other 2 were promotions. They had no clue about their own promotions doubting me I had to prove it by showing them the T-Mobile website. 20 minutes later they talked me out of purchasing any phones in the store because it was going to be difficult for them to help me. I can tell that they hire a certain type of person based on the way they look and act not on how well they can help the customer. Clearly trying to appeal to a younger generation of customers. Not a hit on the employees but the company. They need training. Nobody has time for this type of service. After all I spent 2 hours on hold and talking to a phone rep to get what my family needed.

I went into the store today and was greeted by Edward. He was extremely unhelpful and I left feeling worthless by the way he treated me.

Accommodating staff and great service

Graydn the manager there is an expert on all things phones and was super professional in providing awesome customer service. Really appreciated his expertise and he totally brought my iPhone SE back to life even when he could have just tried to upsell me on a new phone! Great guy overall and will definitely come back based on his knowledge and warm customer service! Thanks again Graydn!
