I was talked into opening a business account, I was told it would be better and I would be saving money and have way better perks. All of that was a LIE!!!!!!!! I have been with Verizon for over 20 years never had a problem until this store switched me to business and has not kept there word and for the pass 2 years I have been asking for them and Verizon to fix the problem and keep there end of the deal and neither one has done anything to fix the problem except making the issue worse by keep changing my bill around charging me prorated fees along with all other fees and just keep making me pay outrageous amounts. No business ethics nor responsibility!!!!!!I will be switching companies, gave them plenty of time to fix the issue, instead I get a bunch of broken promises and filled with lies and no respect for being a Loyal customer for 20 plus years!!!!

I personally had excellent service. Skylar helped me quickly get a new phone to replace my broken iPhone. The staff was knowledgeable and flexible with me. Store was basically empty too so I was in and out within a half hour.

I went here a few months ago, but forgot to write a review.I am honestly confused by the magnitude of negative reviews. The staff behind the counter were very knowledgeable, and the store was very organized.I came here in March of 2017 for the first time to get my iPhone activated with Verizon. They worked fast, and let us know what was going on in the process. They were very helpful when we came to roadblocks, such as when we forgot the Account PIN to make changes to our shared plan. All in all, they were again very knowledgeable, and were able to complete this process in under an hour, which was great!I would definitely come here again and I would recommend this store to a friend.Edit: Came here on March 26, 2018 to buy and activate a new Pixel 2 XL. Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful and let me know what was going on every step of the way, and when the store was about to close. He was very kind and didnt pressure us into buying anything we didnt need. Even with the change of ownership, I would still recommend this store to a friend.

Skyler is the man. Super helpful and informative. Its nice to be able to deal with Verizon and not drive to Reno to do so.

The management recently got replaced and the place is a much better environment now. I had outstanding service when I came and added a new line on April 27th 2018. They guided me through the whole process and ensured my phone was able to make calls out. I came a little bit later, close to closing time, and they still stayed there late to finish my needs. I did not feel rushed at any point, and I really appreciate the time they spent for my needs.

Stay away, if you have half a day to waste then enjoy. Purchased online for in store pickup and its like starting over! FedEx would have wanted a signature and thats it.

Great location, open late. Its right next to grocery shopping, so not out of my way. Customer service has been fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Was recommend to me by a friend after I switched carriers. Much happier with Verizons coverage where I live. Using my tablets unlimited data for a wifi hotspot is a game changer!!! Thank u

Be aware this is not a Verizon store, the only sign on the store front is a large Verizon sign and when you talk to them they try to hide the fact. They are very pushy, the burry you with sheets and sheets of bills and numbers and they cheat you. They sold me an iPad that I didn’t even open but they put a restocking fee on it when I said I don’t want it while in the store. They also buried a charge into my credit card that I later reversed. I called Verizon on my experience and they refunded me all what was wrong. Find a real Verizon store don’t go to these crooks.

I havent been to this location in a while and there was a reason for that, but they have turned around for sure. I was having trouble with my phone, I couldnt access one of my accounts and the manager did what took me hours of a failed attempt, done in 20 minutes. Great customer service, and the store was clean and organized.

I brought my replacement phone into your store last week to be activated. The new phone was defective, and your agent (Matt) helped me to disconnect the phone and reconnect my old phone which I could never have done by myself. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dude tried to rip me off. Told me the $300 phone I wanted was $500 so I might as well upgrade to the newest ($700) phone. I went to the Incline Village location right after here and they were super helpful and fair.

This branch, its staff, service, phones, lighting, vibe, environment, smell and decor all lived up to every expectation for a Verizon store.

Ask me if I would go spend an hour at a Verizon store during my holiday to have my phone working for the trip to take pictures and communicate with friends coming to meet me and I would say yes. Ask me if I would go and spend an 1 hour in a Verizon store and expect at least some progress towards a solution I would say yes. Ask me if I think you would ever get any customer service or progress towards a solution at this location and I would say NO. If you think you will receive any type of customer service at this Verizon location unless you are going to give them a sale with commission you are joking with yourself. This is not a well run store I would have rather spent my holiday with no phone and no photos then have to go back into this branch. I had my brand new 3 week old pixel phone crash on me and took it into the store to see if I could get any answers or at least begin the process to replacing the phone. There was only one person running the shop and it took at least 30 minutes before they could even speak with me. They werent able to replace my phone as it wasnt a corporate location (I understand that I guess) when the phone crashed they called into the insurance company and just gave me the phone to talk with the rep they had me walk through everything over the phone with the insurance company and they wanted to send me a certified replacement phone since it was under warranty. The whole time I was working with the Verizon representative he was on his personal devices texting. As soon as another customer walked into the shop and they dropped everything they were doing with me to help them instead. When I needed the wi-fi password as directed by the rep on the phone to back up my phone before resetting it the in store rep working brushed me off say it was basically backed up already.

Went to activate a new phone I purchased at the Apple store and they linked the phone to my husbands number! When I called back after I got his work texts and realized the issue, I was told they needed to call me back multiple times. Employee said he would fix it and I never got the call back I was expecting. The next morning I tried to make a call and now it is not even activated!!! Called the store and was told someone would call me back at 10:30! I use my phone for work and am not able to call out or receive any calls - absolutely ridiculous!!!! I have been a Verizon customer for years! This is not ok.

Waited 15 minutes in the store and not one of the 3 sales guys working there seemed to pay attention to the new customer. There was no line or a lot of other people, just general chaotic situation where no one said hi or told me how long the wait time may be.

Seeing as they are an authorized retailer and not an official Verizon store they are exceptional at customer service and will do everything in their power to help you. I have visited numerous times and am always pleased at the extent of their efforts.

The store experience was ok, took a long time. but they totally lied about what my bill would be. now I have to drive down there, an hour away, to cancel everything because my bill was $117, not the $40 that it should have been!

If you ask them for service of any kind they act like you just killed their cat and then proceed to do EVERYTHING INCORRECTLY! Total knuckle draggers!! The big dumb blond one is especially hard on the eyes and acts like a privileged prick instead of the total average, undereducated reject that he is. I highly recommend driving to another store if you need assistance with ANYTHING!!! Its a total waste of time to even step foot in the door! Trust me! Make the drive and skip the experience of baboons beating on a keyboard.
