Place is absolutely awful. Brought my girlfriend here on her birthday just for an eye brow thread. Confirmed an appointment and still turned away after waiting without anyone saying anything. Dont waste time, dont waste your money. You will be surely disappointed.

Pretty good but need to reconnect the studio for touch and left several messages with no response for 2 days

It’s been several times this has happened. I called to make an appointment same day and I get told that walkins are available after 5pm or whatever time, but each and every time I get there the store is closed! I don’t understand. They don’t don’t do walkins anymore? I can’t make plans to go to studio brow and then seeing that it’s closed. I won’t be a customer anymore since they’re not open. Can we change the status of this location to closed?

I told the girl to just trim my brows, and instead on trimming them she cut all of them off, horrible experience, first and last time going to this place! Absolutely horrible

I came into this location about a week ago. I was working nearby and made an appointment for 8:15 PM so I could stop in before heading home. Minerva who answered the phone was very friendly while making the appointment. When I arrived I had no wait time, I was instantly asked to sit in the chair when I walked in. Last but not least, she did an awesome job! I have no complaints. I have already booked an upcoming appointment with her. Thanks again.

Always a great experience and the brows always come out fire

I Showed up at 8:31pm and although they close at 9pm, according to the employee at the desk they dont take any customers after 8:20pm. So when theres no customers at 8:20pm, the staff stands around for 40 minutes until closing? Why not just close the gate at 8:20pm? This particular day there were two obvious employees. One sitting at the desk and one finishing up with a customer. I am a regular at this location and its never taken more than ten minutes for my eyebrows to be threaded. I didnt show up five minutes to closing or looking to have eyelash extensions applied. I just wanted a simple eyebrow threading, however what I did hear was Shes the last customer as I approached the counter. The quality of my eyebrows has always been good but this is not the first time Ive had an unsatisfactory experience with their customer service. I did receive my return email from Google after I edited their hours of operation, while I stood there. Email was returned at 8.34pm. I really enjoy the the Studio Brow brand, hopefully their customer service improves.

Absolutely no respect for peoples time! I walked in and made an appointment for an hour and a half later....showed 2min to my appointment and there was someone on the chair with 2people waiting. Apparently, they had also booked! The staff were totally unapologetic!!! So unfortunate as their work is good. I could have done so much in that hour and a half instead of wait. Use them at your own risk

I always go to fantastic brows downstairs in Trumbull and only let the manager do my eye brows, unfortunately she wasn’t there when I went and needed them done ASAP so I went and tried this place and I wish I would have just never came here. I have thick eyebrows so it hard to find people to do them.. I had 2 people work on my eye brows here and both did a horrible job. Please save your money and time idk how this is a eyebrow place but they don’t know how to do eyebrows 😒

I only get my eyebrows done here. They are professional and offer many other treatments for lashes etc. I always love the way my eyebrows look when I get them done here. They also listen to you and what you want.

My eyebrows are very uneven and she spent like 2 minutes doing them. She made one super thin and left the other regularly thick. She also left hairs all around my brows.

This was my second visit. The first time the service was terrible. Three young ladies who apparently worked there told me they were busy and I had to make an appointment. There was no one in the place! They were rude and acted very upset that I had interrupted them from twittering.I was at the mall today and as I went by I noticed a nice young man at the desk. I asked if he would be able to fit me in for eyebrow and eyelash tint. He said of course and the result is one very happy client.....I will be back Josh Castro....excellent job.

No one here at 11:25 am. Lots of people came and left since 11:00 when they were supposed to open. We ended up going some where else.

Do not come here. I do not recommend studio brow for your eyebrows. I asked them for a simple clean up and left the store with half an eyebrow missing.

The Indian lady who did my brows did them in 2 minutes and gave me a bald spot! Seemed very rushed. Didn’t notice until I got home. Never coming back here again, since they’ve obviously gone downhill and overcharge customers even when the browstars messed up! I don’t recommend anyone go here

Music is a bit loud but you are only there for 10 mins. Not a big deal. Great eyebrows. ;) I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Meriden Store: Big social hour in this place... workers stop what they are doing to talk on phone or to friends who pass by the store. I usually just wait and ignore the ignorance of that. Tonight I checked online to see what time the store closes. Website said it closes at 9pm. I walked in at 8:25pm. Priscilla who was sitting at the front desk alone was on her cell phone. She looks up and says we are closed. I thought you closed at 9pm?, I asked. She said yeah, but we stop taking customers at 8:30. I said ...but its not 8:30, it is 8:25. She said yeah, but its close. Close, but still NOT 8:30 I responded. She gives a whiney yeah, but we are closed. There was no sign that said closed, the gate was fully up and apparently I interrupted Priscillas phone time because that is literally all she was doing. I asked for the managers name. She sarcastically said, its Manerva. I also asked what Manervas boss name is. She said I didnt need that. I said well, I will need it if Id like to make a complaint. She said You wont get in touch with him. I said Id like to try, are you refusing to give me his name? She answered snidely smiling Rich!. I thanked her and asked for a phone number of the store. I dont know, youll have to call the mall. She was rude, sarcastic and clearly too busy on her phone to take the last customer of the day that arrived BEFORE 8:30. I reminded her again that I was there before 8:30 and she should have taken me. She said, it was now 8:28 and the store was closed. The customer service really cant be any worse than with Priscilla. She wasnt sweeping the floor or closing out a register or anything like that, she was on her cell phone! I really need to find another place to get my eyebrows done. Horrible.

So annoyed.Terrible attitude and I knew for the minute I walked in I was not going to have a good experience. I have been here on several occasions before but I have never been to this particular girl- never again. Didn’tListen to what I asked for.

I love this place to pluck my eyebrows ... the girls are the best
