Brows were done perfectly and she was very attentive

I went in with my girlfriend for her to pick out some stuff. No social distancing but enforcement of wearing the mask was enforced ( mostly because state rule) Staff was very polite and made sure she found everything she needed. Just didnt feel comfortable around others.

Very nice with good service

The associates are not always helpful or attentive, but the store is clean. It’s big and easy to navigate. This review is mainly for Andrea, the salon manager. She cut my hair and I loved it. She saw that I was tired (long day at work), so she didn’t try to talk to me or be chatty. When she finished styling my hair, she answered my questions and took time to give me tips on how to style my hair. I will always go back to Andrea from now on.

I went last night to get some hair products and was automatically greeted, when I went to check out I asked the cashier for recommendations on face creams for dry skin and the two ladies working last night were sooo helpful! I will definitely start buying all my products there now!

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life!! The associates were all too busy chatting, and the manager on duty was incredibly rude when I had an issue. I am an avid ulta beauty shopper, and diamond level spender, and will not return to this ulta. I would rather drive a half hour away than return to this store.
