Had my catalytic converter stolen and the team at Caliber handled my repair quickly and efficiently. Alex kept me updated throughout the entire process and my vehicle was ready the next day. I recieved automatic text updates as well as actual messages from Alex himself, and he was quick to answer my phone messages as well. They seem to have worked very efficiently with my insurance as well, and my deductible payment went smoothly. Happy with my repairs, and thankful to have been back on the road so quickly.

Caliber Collision pairs great work with excellent customer service and communication skills. My truck needed repairs beyond just cosmetic body panel work, including rear suspension work. Since this occurred during the Great Supply Chain Shortages of the covid pandemic, there were delays receiving the parts needed (through no fault of their own). During the delay they communicated updated ETAs and called the parts supplier every other day to find out when they had shipped them. The text message updates they sent multiple times per week kept me well-informed and never wondering what was going on or how long it would take. Overall, they took a really bad experience when my precious truck was damaged and turned it into as positive an experience as possible. Will definitely be taking my vehicles here again when I need future repairs. Ryan and Martin especially went above and beyond to keep me informed during this process.

The staff was super helpful and their communication was absolutely A+++. They also communicated via text which was really nice as someone who works 8:30-5pm during the week. The repair took a little longer than their initial estimate due to having to order parts but they kept us informed and were accommodating to when we were able to pick up our vehicle.

I was absolutely satisfied and then some with my experience at Caliber. I was directed there by Geico after one of their insured customers backed into my Prius in a parking lot. I had taken the vehicle elsewhere for an estimate but was redirected after the claim was accepted by the insurance company. From the get go, the young customer service rep, Alex, was helpful and professional -- and just plain friendly and attentive. He kept me appraised of the entire process and delivered the vehicle on time and on the estimate nose. It was also a seamless repair, and looked better than it did going in! I also appreciated the cleaning of the interior and vacuum job - really a nice touch. This was an unfortunate accident that i didnt cause and it took time to take care of - but Caliber made it easy and quick - I will surely recommend to everyone I know.

Had a hit and run on my vehicle. Choose this location based on proximity, insurance coverage, and most importantly the ratings. I am glad I did. They worked well with my insurance, finished on time, and kept me updated along the way via text. Very pleased. The work was good, my car looked back to normal.Only thing Id recommend to them is to have a bell or something at the desk. I came in and waited a fair amount of time because no one knew I was there. No one at the desk, no bell, no mirror from the back to show them the front. My father and I werent super quiet either but it still took awhile before anyone came out.Regardless, my overall experience was a good one. Id recommend them to others and I would definitely use them again.They also cleaned my car before returning it and I had sap on it when brought in. Not easy to clean. Thank you for that!

The Tualatin Caliber Team is the most amazing repair facility I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. From their friendly front staff (very knowledgeable and caring) to their amazing service team (Martin and his guys) they made my visit seem like a vacation. I was very pleased with how this place handled my car. It took about a week and a half and they sent me a daily status about what was happening. There was more damage than I realized,l and Martin took the time to go over all the photos and show me everything they found. They handled everything for me including the rental car pick up and drop off, and everyone was very professional and polite. They replaced my bumper and I could tell they cared about me as a customer and the work that they did. They also cleaned the interior as well as other unrelated scuffs on the exterior. The person I was working with also kept me updated throughout the process, and they also drilled holes for and attached my front license plate even though it wasnt part of what my insurance covered. Just over and beyond what I was expecting for service.

This was the second time this year I had to use Caliber for my vehicles. In Feb one of my cars was damaged in a hit and run and a couple of weeks ago my other vehicle had rocks kicked up from a semi-truck that busted my windshield and fog lamp. No stars for the Tualatin Oregon location. Took my pickup in to repair the side of the bed where I had sideswiped a light pole while backing up. When I went to retrieve the truck after repairs, the audio system did not work; somehow they blew two fuses. They replaced the fuses. later, down the road, the tail light on the rear of the side that was repaired fell out. Took it back. They said a screw was missing, and fixed it. Then, found out the canopy on the bed was leaking after it had been removed and replaced. The local mgr gave me a hard time about resealing it; would not return my calls and e-mails until a few weeks later. Took the truck in to get the canopy resealed. Mgr said they could not do it because there was a factory seal that they could not replace. Told them they could subcontract it out and the insurance company would pay for it and the mgr said they dont do canopies! So now Ill have to take it to the canopy shop where I bought it and get them to reseal it, with the insurance company paying for it. What a hassle! Never use Caliber! The local manager has the worst customer relations skills Ive ever seen!

Great customer service,Martin would keep me updated everyday and answered any questions I may of had.Rental car(enterprise Rental) was provided immediately less than a 5 minute wait. My car was in on Monday and out on Thursday. When I saw my car it looked brand new on top of that it was clean on the inside as well, vacuumed and wiped down the whole dashboard. This was formerly Kadels Body Shop, since being bought out by a national company, this was my first interaction with them and it will be my last. The care and compassion is all but gone. Now its about getting you in and out as quickly as they can, without seeming to care about going the extra mile of customer service. Very sad! Will take my business to a local company.

Weve taken a few of our cars here, and Kadels has done great work. Doc has always taken good care of us, and given me daily updates on where the car is at. Friendly, courteous office staff, and they go the extra mile to setup rental cars/getting a shuttle to work/etc.Normally Im leery of insurance-recommended body shops, but Kadels has never given us cause for concern.

Efficient, respectful, helpful staff

Poor quality, not recommended to anyone. Had a front bumper repaired and got it back with one scratch and painted over previous defects. Manager said it was good enough. Area painted had stains also. After long discussion they said they could repaint only the stain area. Ridiculous, poor service and poor customer care. I will never go back there.

I had a good experience, i got repairs done to the back of my car because someone rearended me and my car looks brand new now! They sent me updates through my email which I appreciated it. They even washed my car and cleaned the interior which I wasn’t expecting them to because the last place I went didn’t do that. It saved me some time!

From start to finish, Abra is a star! Jerilynn, in customer service, went above and beyond to help me through getting my vehicle back to its original condition and instill my confidence in the quality of the repair. My highest concern was that replacement parts were OEM and not a/m or LQK -Abra met and surpassed my expectations. I was updated everyday on the status of my repair and they returned my car to me 36 hours before I expected them to be able to. They detailed the interior, placing an item I had lost under the seat in view and (gasp!) even removed the dog fur from the back floor! Thank you to all the service techs and Jerilynn for your attention to detail! You have my nod of approval 👍

Im an independent auto appraiser. Normally I dont recommend body shops that Insurance Companies recommend as I file diminished value claims and advocate for consumers with total loss claims. But with Abra in Tualatin, I have to make an exception. Their repair work is always top notch and Brian and Doc really care about their customers. They always have full disclosure to me as do all the Kadel body shops Ive dealt with. They are always helpful and provide detailed explanations to their customers about work done, or to be done. 1 star for customer service but this place and whatever mechanic shop they use are straight up dumb or just don’t know anything about lifted jeeps. My jeep got hit about 5 months ago and not everything got fixed after so the wobble has gone from driveable to barely driveable/scary. I had multiple jeep people tell me that if this one part isn’t fixed after getting hit it will cause the really bad shake. Well abra told me that it’s because my jeep is lifted and it’s probably my tires. Also after my jeep got hit the emergency break stopped working. Abra told me it was because I needed new rear brakes.... all brakes were replaced recently and went to 3 different tires places and it has nothing to do with my tires. Took my jeep to an expierenced jeep mechanic and bam the problem that I said was wrong with it is now fixed and no more wobble and had to pay out of pocket for something insurance should have covered but this place had no idea what they were doing. These people don’t know what they are talking about. Wouldn’t recommend. Oh and they also told me to “google death wobble” probably thinking since I’m a girl I have no idea about lifted jeeps.

Dont believe whatever everybody else say about fixing the cars this Aero Body Shop really fix my car and you did really good job on it and everything they even texted earlier than the day that accepted to get it back like a week in the beginning they told me they are busy but they told me they will work around it and truly they did not recommending you for any other show up with kadel just specially in this one there is one next to my house like one block down but I didnt I chose this one even though it is about the other side of town they updated me every single time when they were doing I didnt have to call I would definitely recommend this
