Fantastic. They were the only place (out of several others I tried) that would cut a blank programmable car key (that I supplied) without charging a programming fee in addition to the key cutting charge (a reasonable $20).I gave them my new key and the existing one and took about 10 minutes to cut. I tested it in the ignition and it turned to all positions. Got the “Key not recognized” message when I tried to start the engine, which was totally expected. Then I programmed it to the car and it stared the engine right away. Perfect.The entire staff was friendly and helpful as well. I’ll definitely return here in the future.

Reminded me of an old Radio Shack mixed with a Napa battery center. Well, the sales person wanted to help and got me what I needed fairly quick. If not in a rush, I might have made my purchase online to save a little money and time. Now that I know what to expect, I will go back.

They had a hard to find battery for my 1991 Mazda Miata in stock at a great price. I ordered online for an additional 10% off and then drove to the local store to pick it up immediately. From website to store it was a very easy transaction.

Needed a 12v 8ah battery and charger. Walmart had absolutely nothing. Home depot only had battery which I did buy first but it died by the next morning. This store was only place locally that had both battery and charger. The clerk who helped me, dont know his name but he had ginger hair, he was very helpful. Knew exactly how to help me. Going here for my battery needs in the future.

Not a good customer experience. I was issued a used/refurbished motorcycle battery for a faulty still under warranty battery that I bought at this store. This is not in compliance with their corporate policy.Picked up my second replacement battery today, (08/20), from the store trusted advisor. It doesnt look like new, it doesnt smell like new and it has already expired. Hmmmm....

Wow did we have a long day today, and boy did Gary & Mac come through for us. Those two deserve a raise! After hours of going back and forth with other companies and trying to find help with a key that was stuck in our ignition, your two employees went above and beyond! I needed a new car battery and was pleasantly surprised to find that they carried not only the standard replacement, but also an optional upgrade for a minimal price increase. The Customer Service Representative was able to change it within 15 minutes and I was on the road again. Everyone is very friendly and service oriented.

I went to get a new battery for my car key. When I got there they had shut down the registers and were just about to lock the doors (closing early due to snow storm)The employee said let me see the key he then came back out with two batteries. its one of these two he let me take both for no charge!Of course Ill be returning the unused battery, and paying for the correct one, when they open back up. Outstanding customer service!

Nice, welcoming, took the time to speak with me about repair of pixel phone. Gave time estimate and estimate of cost. I knew what to expect. Each interaction with staff was friendly and helpful.I scheduled on line and the part needed was ordered ahead of time. They fixed the phone on the spot. Total time 3.5 hours for repair.

I had the embarrasing experience of breaking my phone screen, not once, but twice within the same day...and Im happy to say I got it replaced here. The customer service I recieved at this location was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Both guys that helped me out were very kind and knowledgeable. Garys customer service skills are top notch. He even went above and beyond what was asked of him and cleaned out the speakers in my phone to make the audio a little louder. I went in knowing what I was looking for and was surprised with a warm “welcome in, we’ll be right with you”. I brushed it off thinking most places say that. About a minute went by and I was greeting by an associate who heard my situation, checked my motorcycle battery, and offered different options based on pricing. I forget the gentleman’s name, but I’ll update this review when I find out as I need to go back for a key fob battery soon. Great service, warranties, and pricing. I’d happily recommend this establishment as well as its educated personnel.

I brought my Ipad in to have the battery replaced. After it was replaced the Ipad was not performing to their standard so they replaced the iPad. This took several days. They kept me up to date on the progress and their customer service was excellent!!!

I walked in and was greeted as though I was someone they were happy to see! I needed my fob battery changed - they did it in less than two minutes. They asked how my day was going and seemed genuinely interested. It was just a very friendly experience, particularly needed during this pandemic.

I would say the staff that was working June 11th had impeccable service as well, I would compare them to level of service one would expect at a high end store. You’ll never get out of an Apple store without spending half your day there. Between dropping off my phone and picking it back up, I think I might have spent a total of 15 minutes in the store. If you want quality service that won’t break your budget or waste your time, Batteries + is the clear choice. They don’t upsell to make more money off of you, but offer services you might not have thought to add. Like a battery replacement while they have your phone open to replace a cracked screen. I went in for a simple phone battery replacement which should have been pretty straightforward. My old battery wasnt returned so I had to ask for it. I also had to come back to the store because my S pen was missing. That was inconvenient. I also wonder if I actually did get a new battery because my phone isnt holding the charge Id expect. Not 100% on this one, though. I wanted to give them a 3 star rating but because it was the start of the quarantine, and they were open, I gave them a 4.

I went in to get a new battery for my car key fob. Turned out the fob itself was bad. Employee there was super helpful. Spent a lot of time getting the new fob synchronized with my car. I would definitely go there again and would recommend it to others.

I took them an hour to fix it they check everything to see if it worked right . Put a new battery in. Everything works right lost nothing on my phone ever thing works perfect. New battery take longer to die . My maps works better the battery stays up longer

Most people have cell phones. When they break (like mine needing a new battery) people get panicked about where to go. I know Apple stores are closed, so I was wondering what do I do now. Great service at the store, but the phone number connects to the Batteries Plus Bulbs robot that routes it to the WRONG STORE ! ! ! i was calling that Tualatin Store number and the damn robot connected me to the Beaverton store. Fix your robot, or better still, HIRE A HUMAN to answer the phone ! ! !

I took a bunch of old household batteries, light bulbs and a car battery. It only cost $.89 for certain light bulbs (the ones with mercury) and $1.25 per pound of batteries. Although I bought a power strip and the batteries were free to drop off with purchase. The car battery was completely free to drop off. The manager even offered to help me unload it out of my car. Really really appreciate having a place to dispose of these house hold items!!!

I did not know Batteries Plus was such a good resource of quality products. I asked a lot of the staff (such as programming a new vehicle fob, cutting a new key, testing and installing a car battery) and they did everything proficiently and professionally.

I was very happy with my shopping experience. I was able to purchase some light bulbs for 7 areas of my house. Then I was able to replace a laptop battery that I couldnt even get at other stores. I asked do you have motorcycle batteries guess what ? Yes they had one I was happy with my experience here Id recommend this place b.c. as a one stop shop.

There are plenty of employees to help you meet your needs. Our city replaced all of our bulbs with LED lights, however, our fixtures are not compatible so I had to replace my fan lights. Unable to locate the non-LED lights until I visited Batteries Plus Bulbs. Happy camper here.

DO NOT GO HERE!! It is NOT worth saving $30 for their sleazy business. I took my iPhone in for a screen repair because it got cracked pretty badly. It was fine, but after about a week I started having issues and then the screen just shut off completely and no matter what I did I was unable to access or use my iPhone. I brought it into an apple store for a professional opinion, and they took a look inside the phone. Apparently, when Batteries + Bulbs replaced my screen with a Third Party screen, they completely BROKE my iPhone. They had destroyed a screw box and a screw was just floating around inside my iPhone.. Apple was unable to replace the screen. Had to buy a whole new phone, and when I called Batteries + Bulbs to get a refund, they completely refused and said that I should have brought it to them before the apple store. I am completely upset with them, I will NEVER go anywhere other than an apple store for troubleshooting. Steer clear.

Need batteries or light bulbs? I really appreciate the great old-fashioned customer service at Batteries Plus in Tualatin. They have always been super helpful and usually have what I need in stock; when they dont they order it and have it there for me to pick up within within a few days. They will install the batteries in your device if you ask -- they have all the delicate tools to open watches and other small battery-operated devices. Batteries Plus will also recycle your used batteries.

Appreciate the friendliness and knowledgeable team of staff at this store. I appreciate the ease of ordering online and picking up in person. Highly recommend for great products and competitive prices.

Looked for a replacement cell phone battery at Frys and a Sprint store. Sprint had none at all and Frys only supports the 5 most popular models. Batteries+Bulbs had a compatible battery with half the capacity of the original at twice the price of a refurbished. At least they had one.

I wouldnt buy a battery from them again. I spend $80 on a battery that lasted less than one year. The battery has a one year warranty but they say it is from neglect due to not being charged or having a battery tender on the motorcycle. The factory Honda battery last for 6 years with not battery tender or charging needed ever over winter storage. I though I was buying a battery from a company that would take care of its customers. Think before you buy a battery from this place. I know I never will again.
