AMAZING OWNER!!! This tire shop saved our California Trip! Very friendly and quick service! Everyone should come here and get there auto repairs done very honest and caring owner. I am highly satisfied with the quality of work done at this shop.

I used to come here and they were fantastic and so helpful but recently their customer service has been horrible and they are unbelievable rude! I tried to call in for help and the man on the phone seemed irritated that I even called and kinda blew me off! I asked a few questions and it didnt even sound like he actually looked anything up for me but instead just told me no so I would hang up! Unbelievable disrespectful and the worst customer service Ive had in YEARS!!!

I had just dropped off my child at a class, and my tire was nearly flat from a bolt/screw that I must have picked up on the way there. Luckily, Tire Pros were next door. I dropped in unannounced end of the day, and they were able to check my tire pressure on all tires, and filled the flat tire, even offering service to repair/replace the tire. I have my nearly new tires under warranty at another shop, so I declined. But they were very helpful in an emergency situation, and would definitely consider them on my next set of tires.

Very friendly and professional auto repair. We had an emergency tire situation on our trailer and the owner helped us right away with quality service.

They did a horrible job on my car. Shady as can be.They put another cars parts into my causing it to be unsafe to drive. I show them video of the damage it created. They say they will refund me the parts back and thats it. I waited for months for a refund the least they can do and then they later deny that even though I have a paper and signature saying they would do so. The worst car shop experience ever and unsafe.

I have used Tualatin Tire Pros twice now for Tires and Alignment. The Staff and Mechanics are all very polite and treat you like family. The pricing is comparable to other shops in which I shopped around without them knowing and they came in lower than all. The best feature to me is that they are straight forward and only charge you for what you need done, No push to upgrade and never felt like I was being fed a line of BS.. This place is great and I already have recommended to my co-workers. They have a customer for as long as Im in the area . Great job all. :)

They installed my spare tire with no charge

Nail in my tire brought me in. Robert walked me through different options/suggestions with no pressure. I was going to leave to check out other places but I didn’t have time as I had to pick up children. They put on my spare so I could continue to use the car until the tires came in the very next morning. They changed the tires within a few hours and when i went to pick the vehicle up... their credit card machine was down. I offered to leave the CC info but Robert refused. He allowed me to take the vehicle and come back the next day to pay. No one does that anymore! I appreciate everything he and his staff did for me. Will definitely come back! He even registered the new tires so I didn’t have to. Win win!

Highly recommend! I got my tires here, and come here for all my regular maintenance. They have good prices and are super loyal to their customers. Recently one of my tires was damaged beyond repair, and when the warranty refused to cover it, Robert truly went above and beyond to make it work out!

These guys are the best in town. The prices are great and the people there are so helpful and friendly. I’ve been to other mechanics in town because they’re not open on the weekends and they do not compare price wise and customer service wise. My parents speak highly of this place so I took a day off of work to get some things on my car replaced and it was well worth it. 10/10 recommend them out of any other place in town.

The mechanics were great. There was a lot wrong with my Jeep, and I knew that going in. They did the best they could with the mess I brought them and did it at a very fair rate. Definitely recommend.

I went in to get my car looked at for possible overheating issues. They did a pressure test and then the mechanic checked my fuse box and realized the radiator fan wasnt kicking on fast enough. He found the fuse and fixed the fan issue. Little did I know he didnt replace my fuse box cover. A few months later I went to change my own oil to realize their mistake. I called them once a week to see if they could find it. Their front desk worker gave me the run around and constantly said he would call me back and never did. Recently my car broke down on the highway due to water getting into my fuse box which fried my circuit board. I called to speak to the manager and the front desk worker refused to give me his number and said hed call me within the hour. 4 days later I havent recieved a call from them. I had my mechanic fix the issue and he advised me to get ahold of Tires Plus management. I never lost my temper with them but to ignore me like they have I might have to go a legal route to get their attention. My money this month is for Christmas shopping and not for unessasary auto repairs due to Tires Plus negligence and unprofessionalism. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PROPER AUTO REPAIR.

My Honda Pilot and Inifiniti QX60 used to be serviced by Honda and Infiniti dealers until I started shopping around and found that Tualatin Tires Pro can do the same work at a much cheaper price. I had my timing belt, cooling fan and new tires done by Tualatin Tires Pro. What really impressed me was that they honored the first price that they quoted me on the cooling fan. I think they quoted me on the wrong part and when I took my car in they told me a different price, doubled the first quote. When I asked about it, Ralf the owner, looked into it himself and said that he would honor the first quote! How cool is that?! So, I got new tires from them right then and there. They earned my business.

Spectacular service and rare automotive experience! Do yourself a favor and avoid Tualatin Tire Pros. They do not stand behind their work. They used an incorrect part on a repair they did on my vehicle. Within three weeks that part failed, causing further damage. The stress and inconvenience of this event was immense. The manager, Robert, passed off the issue and even tried to place the fault back on me! He was impertinent, uncaring and unpleasant. He would not refund the cost of the repair nor any amount of it. I am out the money paid to Tualatin Tire Pros for the shoddy job and more since I paid another shop fix the original issue AND the damage sustained by Tualatin Tire Pros mistake. AVOID THIS SHOP!

Really nice folks. They did a diagnose and advise on my truck for free. I didnt even have to buy anything. Turns out it was too rough and I ended up deciding to sell it but they were able to give me all the information I needed quickly and with a smile. I was truly impressed by the customer service

Rick is great but...mechanics replaced a perfect starter @ $300 when I needed a new engine. (Argued and said that I told them to. Did not happen that way.) Cant put headlights on and adjust them evenly. Told my gf fog lights are unnecessary. Told me I needed new tires when my tires are perfectly fine with seriously lots of visual tread and life left. They do simple oil change but give no details on the work the way quick changes do like the condition of the oil. Told me that the color of oil has no bearing. In lobby I overheard customer specifically ask for one mechanic over the others. Presumably the one who didnt put a starter in unnecessarily. Wise. Now searching for 120% detailed and quality shop.

This is a very dishonest place. Ive brought my car here for a water pump issue and was over charged.The Manager Matt acted very strange...about pricing.We just brought another Car in and for some strange reason the shop was closing at 3pm on a Thursday...we needed to drop it off, but for some strange reason he was closing and he just took our Keys and Left.We went back 15 minutes later and took it to JC Motors, and they figured it out and we got it back working fine in 2 hrs....Ill never go back to Tualatin Tire Pros

Robert saved my bacon when my car went on the fritz right before Thanksgiving. I brought it in on Wednesday, and they had it diagnosed, repaired, and back to me by Friday. I definitely recommend these guys.

I had a tired blowout less then 24 hours before I was supposed to go on a long road trip... my AWD Mazda CX-5 needed all new tires. These guys were very busy and yet took care of me in a quick and professional manner. I HIGHLY recommend these guys! I will be using them for my tire and other vehicle needs! A++++

Disappointing service. Brought my car for oil change and seasonal tire change, told it would take 45 minutes so I waited. Finished 3 hours later with no explanation or apology. Did get a 10% discount, maybe the apology was supposed to be inferred. Not recommended.

Matt and his team of excellent mechanics saved my bacon! After my trailer failed driving from Alaska to California they had me back on the road under 24 hours. Highly recommend this shop!

Edit: My experience was with the old owners. The new staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend them first service.Original post: Prearranged an appointment. Show up at the scheduled time and a sign says closed. The equipment is down and the shop is closed. Giving a couple stars because they were nice on the phone the week prior making the appointment but you can at least call the people you have booked so we dont waste the morning getting time off and driving over just to be turned away by a sign.

Theyre close to where I live so thats why I gave them a star. The other star is cause the owner is nice. I will never give them then a full 5 star. I go here a lot but the last 2 times the mechanic (that I havent seen before so he must be new) fixed my car, its like he fixed the problem but made another since 5 minutes after I left the first time my car was having MAJOR PROBLEMS, brought it back and he said he fixed the problem (that he created), now after that fix, theres now something else that mysteriously needs to be fixed. Like what the heck!! It was only one issue and now I have like 5. Ughh!!

If anyone needs ANY work done on their car- Jason at Tualatin Tire Factory is the best! Ive purchased 2 new tires, 2 oil changes, tire rotation and alignment. More recently I had my Civic towed into their parking lot around 4:30pm on a Thursday- It just stopped on the freeway. After testing, Jason emailed me daily w/ updates and put together a plan of action for getting it back on the road. I was driving by Tuesday at 8:30am. The prices for parts are a tad expensive but Jason more than made up for it by informing me of coupons on the website and throwing in a complimentary oil change. Seriously excellent customer service, daily email updates, quoted prices in writing, discount coupons on the website, ETC. Jason & Tualatin Tire Factory have my business!

Keep on driving. I needed a simple alignment but the guy insisted I pay an extra $200 for unneeded maintenance. Took it over to Les Schwab and they did a fine job no questions asked. Dont waste your time here.

My first visit to the Tire Pros and I couldnt be more impressed. I came in for a rear brake job because of squeaking. Rick called and said I didnt need a rear brake job but the calipers on my front brake was twisted. I didnt even ask them to inspect the front and the price they charged me to fix it was quite fair and, they didnt do a service for me when it wasnt necessary!I also asked for a fuel filter change and when Rick called me he said I didnt need that either. And he didnt try to sell me on ONE extra service. Good job, guys and thanks, Rick! Ill definitely be back!

NIGHTMARE Update: After new management a year ago, this place has become a NIGHTMARE! The regular guys have all quit due to poor management. Replacement desk staff havent a clue what they are doing. Dropped off van for simple oil change on Monday, and very same guy on Tuesday had to look in parking lot because he didnt believe they had our van. Then they couldnt find if they had done the service yet or not. Then they accused us for taking the keys (that they later found). We had been using them for years.

I had a coolant leak and took my car to Tualatin Tire Factory. They did some poking around and found that a bolt was missing behind the exhaust manifold that kept one of the coolant pipes from securing the coolant, no doubt my last mechanics mistake of forgetting to put the bolt back in when they did work on my car recently (Sherwood Exhaust). Rick, the owner of TTF, was kind and his guys fixed the problem at an affordable price. Ive also bought tires from Rick and had a nice experience then too. They seem to really care about helping their customers and it shows. Ill be back here for any car problems in the future. Thanks Rick and TTF team!

Although service was friendly and quick, there was the lack of quality. I got an alignment on my Jeep Wrangler, and when I picked it up,the steering wheel was not adjusted with the alignment.
