They really did a excellent work on my 07 kia rondo on all wheel alignment thankfully and will bring my others vehicles to this shop

Pat and Tom give me the straight story about my cars and truck. I trust them 100%I asked for a quote on new shocks. Instead of simply telling me a price, they investigated and mentioned the shocks had been replaced at least once before and asked me some questions to qualify my needs. It is very hard to test shocks and they wanted to be sure I needed them before going ahead with a fairly expensive replacement. Together, we determined that new shocks would be appropriate. JC Motors had the parts up from California and installed in 2 days. I use the vehicle to tow our travel trailer and do so with great confidence because I have Pat and Tom as My Mechanics.Thanks Guys

They take advantage of women My wife took the car in for a oil leek they said they found the problem. They said it was timing cover leeking . I asked if they checked the sensors. He said yes not the sensor 1500 dollars to fix. Took it to another shop. 150 dollers later .1 oil pressure sending unit and car was fixed . Sad they take avatage of people during this corona crisis . Mother of 2 with min income. Think twice about jc motors

These guys are the best. They recently repaired shoddy work done by a local lube place. The bad work by the lube joint left my daughter’s car unable to start. I had the car towed to JC and they diagnosed and fixed the problem within a couple hours. JC got my daughter’s car back up and running quickly and with little cost. They are a great value and always earn my business. They will be doing all the work on my cars (even the small stuff) from here on out.

I needed a water pump replaced at last moment and these guys came through for me. If you have an Audi or Volkswagen Id recommend their work as it was done in a timely matter and at an affordable price.

Terrible place. They sabotage your vehicle. I’ve gone to them 3 times just hoping it was a fluke. But every time I have something simple done, a week later my car is having issues.

When I moved to Oregon I got a recommendation to take my care to this place an I didn’t regret taking that recommendation they got my car fixed with reasonable time and price. Recently I needed my care to get fixed again and they pushed me in between their schedule and got my car on time

JC is always on top of the service I need right from the moment I bring my car in. They are never too busy to listen to all my concerns, explain things, and take my calls. My 2001 Subaru Forester needed the engine replaced. I was given an immediate estimate including other needed repairs to be done at the same time in order to save on labor costs. Once decided, all the work was done WITHIN THE WEEK. This included engine, clutch, ball joints, 4 wheel align, electrical problems (instrument panel removed), and brakes (rear drums resurfaced).They have serviced my 2001 Subaru for 4 years with a lot of repairs and I have never questioned that I am getting the best service. These people have a hard job and are constantly treated as if they are the bad guys. I left a bad review for them in the past but the truth is... nobody is perfect and they have a great shop that can fix cars, i just wish I didnt have to meet them on these conditions. Tom and staff at JC motors were awesome!I brought my work truck in because the engine light was on and they got it diagnosed right away. It’s got a lot of miles on it and hasn’t been maintained very well so it had a lot of maintenance to be done but my boss didn’t want to spend that much money. Tom did a good job at helping me prioritize what items were the most important and didn’t try to up-sell me on the rest. They did all the work same day when I gave them the green light and then paying for it was kind of a pain because my boss wanted to do it a certain way(long story) but Tom was patient and let me change payment type and made it easier for us. And the truck is running great now.It was a pleasure doing business with them and I’m glad I finally found a good mechanic I can trust.I’ll be bringing my personal and work vehicles to them whenever I have a problem and for general maintenance.

Such great service! They made me feel welcome and took great car of my vehicle.

Less than pleasant when I dropped my car off and it went down hill from there. It cost $91 before discounts for an oil change and they charged me 20% more than they quoted me once the work was done. Got grime all over my light grey cloth doors and seats and sprayed it with 409 and rubbed it in with a paper towel to fix it. Talked to manager and no offer for discount for charging me 20% more than they quoted me or to properly steam clean my fabric.

I consider Tom, Pat and their staff to be very professional and, in my experience, appreciative of my business and, most significantly, honest. Newer cars are much more complex and require proper care but you cant go wrong bringing your cars to these guys. I don not know what happened to the few haters sharing their zero ratings but, giving the benefit of the doubt, I see them as the exception, not the rule.

J.C. Motors is one of the most honest and efficient businesses I have ever encountered. I found them 5 years ago after being treated dishonestly by another mechanic in Tualatin. Over the past 5 years I have not trusted another mechanic and neither has my family. The are fair, do an amazing job, and take incredible care of you on top of it. Just a fantastic business and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would.

Ive been a customer of JC Motors for many years. Great guys and very straightforward about what is needed for repairs. One time while inspecting my cars rear differential they found and fixed a small problem that would have cost a couple of thousand to fix if the small part had failed. You can trust them.

This place is great. They were open on a snowy Friday when most other businesses were closed. So grateful that they were able to replace the thermostat that failed the night before in our Jetta. Thank you so much for getting us in first thing in the morning. They actually drove downtown to get the part because delivery wasnt available due to poor road conditions. I went to JC Motors with a transmission problem. I was told by two other shops that I needed a whole new transmission. One shop quoted me $6500 and the other shop told me that it would cost me about $5000 but it could more. A friend of mine recommended JC Motors so I took the vehicle there. They diagnosed that it wasnt a transmission problem, but a problem with the differential. Then they told me that the repairs would be $1263.89. That is exactly what I paid. They ROCK!

J.C. Motors deliberately breaks things on your car so that you have to get more and more things repaired. Then they pay Google and the Better Business Bureau to sweep it under the rug. Do NOT take your car here under ANY circumstances.

From the second i set foot/tire into JC Motors i have seen nothing but the best in the business out of them. the shop is imaculate, which is always the first sign of a well run shop. they actually take the time to inspect the whole car everytime they touch it. other places claim to do this but JC Motors actually does it. how do i know? because they found a bunch of tiny issues that i already knew about that other shops had missed. (ie: i have a bad strut. JC Motors noticed but two dealers didnt.)ill certainly be going back as attention to detail is what makes for a great automotive shop!

Dealership was quoting over $700 for a new muffler. Nothing gets done on our cars without JC Motors looking at it first and they found that it was just a loose rubber gasket that had been bumped loose. In and out in minutes. Dont take your car anywhere else.

Almost $1000 for a $100 part!!!!
