Excellent customer service and great prices with no bs or extra charges. This franchise actively support our veterans and will forever have my business. My tires were not in stock and the manager was nice enough to personally drive to their warehouse and pick me up a set and install same day.

They did a wonderful job with my oil change. It only took about an hour, and I was a walk in at 11am on a Monday. The staff was friendly and courteous. The waiting area was clean and organized.

It’s summer here in Tucson, and that means everybody is getting their new tires and vehicles serviced for their holidays. I see a lot of complaints on time and stretched appointments. I for one try to understand that it’s hot, and that these men are human. Not to mention things that are beyond their control. I ordered tires for a Saturday, the warehouse delivery truck was late by an hour, and they still managed to get me out within a reasonable time. When I take my vehicle to a shop, I don’t ask for a rush, I ask that the job gets done right, and that’s precisely what Shawn and his team delivered. If me meandering around for a while means that my vehicle is serviced correctly, then by all means, I know how to occupy myself. These guys are awesome and should earn your business. Life happens, and at the expense of an extra hour, my truck looks beautiful with her new wheels and tires, and drives straight as an arrow.

I got tires from the Big Is on Silverbell about 2 months ago. I had to go back three times to get my bill right. I want very happy. They didnt even offer other things that go with new tires as suggestions. So my wheel alignment is of and I have to go back a 4th time. Not a happy camper!!!!!!!!

I had a new 2006 tire as a spare and when the other went flat I just left it on. My bad. They explained my issue nicely and I got a new tire at a reasonable cost.

Had an alignment done a week ago. After a week of driving started to get a death wobble. Tires where worn a little but still good. Photos are taken after the wobble. Tried to talk to the manager, Ivan. He got in my face and yelled and refused to fix the issue. Stay away from this location. Will contact corporate and a lawyer. This manager needs to be fired. Got 4 tires put on in about 25 mins. 2 new 2 used at a price of $304. I was happy. I had been looking for the specific tires for my truck used and couldnt find them anywhere. But they had 2 used here.

I called this morning to see if they could fit me in because my front brakes were ... well . . . metal to metal. Sean said they were busy but he would get it done! I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 am and had it back by noon. My experience with this Big O Tire shop is nothing short of Amazing. The free tire rotation with purchase of new tires last September. They got me in and out in less time than they told me😀! No cost as promised and no pressure to have other services completed while there, something I assumed would happen. Big O is the only place I take my vehicles to for tires and many other services!

I had put in all tires each time because site said I HAD to call the big o tire shop to get actual price comparison. NOT. No prices. Just a demand i put all my info and make an appt and damn if your gonna get a quote online. I tried. 6 times. Nope. Not going to play their info game. Recently bought a pair of Coopers here. Great tires. They had to order my size, as I expected. Told me theyd be in the next morning. !0:00 a.m. next morning I got a call that my tires came in. Brought my truck in that afternoon. Even though they were busy and I didnt have an appointment, I was still in and out in a little over an hour. I also noticed that the people waiting before me were all on their way before me and no one that came in after me was done before me. Ive been to a lot of tire stores in my life and this ones a good one

I ordered some tires for my 2014 Camaro SS and had them delivered to this Big O. Little did they know, another place was recommended, but I chose Big O. The tires were delivered on Wed. I called Thurs for a Friday morning install when they open. They said no problem and will take up to 2 hours.I show up Friday and the guy says shouldn’t take longer than 2 hours, but 10:30 am at the latest. I call at 11:00 am and he tells me 2 of these tires are done. TWO in 3 hours!!I get there at 12 noon. Still, only TWO tires done!! I leave at 1 pm!! 5 hours for tires to be installed at a tire shop when I dropped it off at 8am and he tells me 2.5 hours!!Did they apologize or show any care in the world? NOPE!! I’m not rating them lower because they actually did install and balance the tires the right way, thankfully.Will I ever go back? NOT A CHANCE!! They clearly want you to buy tires from them. They definitely don’t need my $117 dollars for install and that’s their right.

I have been taking our company fleet vehicles as well as my personal vehicle to Big O on Thornydale in Tucson for the last 6-7 years. I absolutely love the service I get there. I have on occasion had to take our fleet vehicles to the dealer only to then take it to Big O for them to fix what the dealer broke. All of the guys there are so friendly and helpful. I have recommended them to several of my friends and family. Big O has become my go to place for vehicle repair and I wont go anywhere else for my tires or repairs.

We always receive excellent service here. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The prices are very fair, and we have always been very satisfied with the work they had done on both of our cars.

Ive been going to big o for years and this time around was just so poor I paid for a balance and they didnt even do it.. all four tires where off by 20-40.. they wouldnt give me my money back.. Im so upset and hurt so future reference stay with your car watch them work on it make sure they are actually doing what needs to be worked on or your just gonna be paying for nothing.. I will no longer go to this big O

Well the TOW TRUCK DRIVER I needed afterwards was very professional. I went in for a tune up and diagnostic. They found the starter needed to be replaced, which didnt surprise me and the replaced it. It started and I got to a store near my house, it didnt start again. I called them back and first they said I could bring it back and theyd fix it. THEN they called and said it was definitely the flywheel and they couldnt do anything. Yesterday they finally agreed to send a tow truck at 8am and fix it. The guy I talked to never said they didnt have my address on file. Today I called at 8:15 for an ETA and they said they never called the tow truck because they didnt have my address. No one even called to ask for it. If you want reliable service from people who care, go somewhere else. Im not convinced they do.

Monsoon Oil Change Special - They left the washer fluid dry and empty, so I doubt they actually did the 22 pt. vehicle inspection or the A/C performance check. I would not recommend this place.

Second time having problems here. Would give 0 if possible. Took car in because brakes went out after they supposedly checked everything in April after replacing rotors. Replaced rear caliper and said other was leaking and needed repair also. Since for 1 caliper I was charged 387 I said I would wait to replace other. I then took to brakemax they said nothing wrong with other caliper and they would only have charged 260 to replace the one. So after messing up my oil change and screwing me over on cost and telling me more work needed to be done that didnt I will be reporting them to the BBB.

In the past 2 weeks Ive been to sears and 3 different Firestones. All for breaks, wheel alignments and tires. They all gave me the run around about my car and made me wait at least 2hrs for service to do it. I paid Firestone 50 dollars to balance my tires and my car sounded horrible. Finally with frustration I decided to go to Big O Tires, and it finds out that Firestone never balanced my tires, and that they were extremely off. The mechanic at Big O Tire, Brett balanced them and Nathan didnt charge me. So grateful and happy for their service!!!Now my car rides beautifully again and isnt makin an awful noise.

Guys are great and yes the prices are horrible, but not as horrible as most places. 😁

I will NOT take my car to anyone else. I discovered this shop through my response to a flyer/coupon offering for oil changes some time ago. Since then I have had many maintenance services done and a few repairs. The staff at this location are professional and knowledgeable but even more importantly they are friendly and courteous. I have no qualms in their recommendations and feel they will do their best to take care of me. I have referred several others to this shop because of my trust in them.

Im a long term customer, primarily oil changes on 3 vehicles. Always a good experience. This last service was for 4 tires and replacing all the suspension components (2 shocks, 2 struts). Im an engineer and mechanic and do my homework for projects like this. Excellent product knowledge, parts availability, and VERY quickly accomplished. I could not be happier. As a side note, I had stopped in to have a similar conversation at a National Brand competitor two days prior with a polar opposite result...and a quote that was almost 3x higher for the exact same product!

They check and will air up tires for free. Cant beat that - having a knowledgeable person checking out your tires. But we careful about the prices. I ended up paying like $270 for a pair of tires for a small car dolly. Totally ripped off but I needed the tires. I could have ordered them online for half the price but I needed them now and they had them and had me on my way in no time... Sadly there is a cost for that. Granted regular tires for a car are much cheaper and these were specialty tires. So I dont want to rag on them for this.. its business, but if you cant afford that price I understand and feel for you.

When I brought my car in for an oil change it was not dripping or leaking oil, in fact, none of my vehicles do. After parking the car in my garage, I now see it is leaking oil onto my garage floor. This isnt just a few drops that have found their way to the floor, but quite a bit of oil seepage. I am at an utter loss of words to reveal my complete displeasure with the service.Additionally, my Big O tires that have less than 20,000 miles on them are going bald. I have been told this is because of a bad alignment which I will take at face value as correct. However, I had my vehicle serviced 7,500 miles ago where a tire rotation was supposed to have taken place. Shouldnt have someone at Big O noticed then that a problem was starting to occur? Dont you think your technicians or managers should inform their customers that an alignment needs to be done, rather than the customer asking for one?

Stopped by late Saturday about an hour before closing due to a slow leak in one of my tires. The staff was very friendly even at the late hour, got me right in and even did an oil change before closing. Very pleased with the service and the price was very reasonable. I will be a repeat customer.

Veteran friendly, great shop

First time trying your establishment. Old sticker with miles to next oil change was not replaced and change oil light was still on. Had to take car back in to have these fixed. Small problems but with something as easy as an oil change should of been done first time. Im considering bringing my car back to have Rotors done but a little leary of something being missed and that would be a bigger problem.

Ive had several oil changes where I was under the impression the air filter was being checked, but after asking them to verify, as some other shop stripped the screws, the staff at Big O said it had not! They took the extra time to get the compartment open and replaced it for me.I appreciate the help, can do attitude and friendliness! Ill be back!!

After 12 years...Update..3/3/21After years of the only place to work on my truck I now have to find a new shop! Poor service being provided on vehicles by non trained mechanics, manager has their back by saying hes watch them doing their job, now how do you know thats the truth.My oil is low after being serviced within 30 days time.No,bring it in we will check oil filter. My truck has never had these problems before, also did my transmission flush, now doing a flush can take out your transmission!Didnt say that when we did the flush first time! So confident there wasnt going to be any issues actually fought with Toyota dealership!In seven years I only put 50000 on that transmission after service. Stand by theyre work! Couldnt just do a diagnostic check on my truck would have found out it wasnt the transmission it was a ABS computer chip but they lost a longtime customer.

I bought 4 new tires from Big O on June 1st. On the 14th on my way to work I had a flat. I went to the closest store which was on Thornydale, they did not have tire in stock...called the store on Old Vail Road ( the other side of the county) and the girl said they had 4 on the shelf. When I arrived there an hour later I was informed that they did not have the tire in stock and they would have to order it, what a waste of my time, day, gas etc.So I am hoping that I do not have a flat before Tuesday when tire will be there, because my spare is on my car. I know that things happen but I live in a very remote area and they could have offered me something to use in case I needed a spare. After all I never expected to a get a flat after only 2 weeks. The staff was very nice about it, but they will not be the ones stranded if I have a flat...

I have been taking my car here for about 2yrs. and the staff, especially the young man up front ( I think his name is Shawn) have been absolutely amazing! Courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. But the other day I stopped in to request an oil change and encountered an extremely Rude person at the front desk! I understand things can get very busy, but that is no reason to treat customers the way this man did. He certainly has a Long way to go to fill the younger gentlemans place that was there at all my other visits. I will be taking my business elsewhere to avoid this type of treatment. Too bad, since all the other staff has always been amazing. Unfotunately I didnt catch his name, otherwise I would have posted it.

My Dad highly recommend Big O due to being a customer for over 47 years. Ive purchased 2 front tires from them for my BMW. When I bought tires and had them put on the front desk serviced sucked. The gentleman in front do not even acknowledge you when you come in the store. I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. This morning my front driver tire was low so the first thing I thought of was to take it to Big o because I have a warranty and service.again I come in the store for gentleman standing behind the counter none of them even looking at you to acknowledge your presence waited a minute then finally someone said can I help you so I told him my issue they took my car back.my father was with me and noticed that my car had pulled up and was ready we waited a few minutes no one came over to tell us that our car was ready finally my dad went to the counter and they said oh yeah its been ready for 10 minutes well we didnt know that it would have been nice if they would have told us. In other words Big O customer service isnt as good as it was 40 years ago. only taking my car back because I have tires other than that I think I will go to Discount

Really disappointed with this location.I arrived at noon, for a tire repair and rotation. The shop was really busy, suggested I return about 2 pm. I booked the appointment .An hour later, my van was ready to go.The rep verified a tire repair & rotation. I inquired about the slow leak, what did they find, how was it repaired? I feel this info should have been made available without having to ask for it.But wait, it gets better. The rep verified completion of tire rotation. I wanted to know the rotation placement and he shared that info with me. Thank you and bid me a good day. Upon reaching my van, I performed a walk around to discover my tires were not rotated. They were in the same position as I had brought it in. Walking back to the store, the rep met me at the door with an apology and said they could get it back into the shop for rotation.Unbelievable! I had already been there for an hour! Thankful I had the knowledge to inspect my vehicle. These guys would have let me drive off thinking the had performed this simple task, their business!Again UNBELIEVABLE!2 fellas worked on the tires under my close scrutiny. One of the same fellas climbed into my vehicle, dirty hands & clothes and backed my vehicle out & handed me my keys. I hope I never have to return for any service from this store again! I regret purchasing my tires here...

Got an oil change my tires rotated and a flat repair. Took about 3 hours. So that sucked but its the day after Christmas and I was just happy they got me done and did it all right. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Worst place to get service done on your car. First time they couldnt figure out how to remove lug nuts from my car. I had to go back to do a warranty claim on my tire that keeps going flat and they are now having a problem doing that. They inspected my tires a few weeks ago and I still have the same issue. Never doing business with this location again.

Horrible customer service. 1st of all booked an appt online which they wouldnt honor so I waited. Then after looking at my car they stated all four tires needed to be replaced. I bought the tires from Big O Tires in Glendale 1 yr and 8 months prior, including the warranty.They would not honor the warranty since I didnt get my tires rotated exactly every 5000. So buyer beware make it in for your rotation on or before the 5000 mile marker or your out and they dont care. I had them put the tires back on and drove across the street to Costco where I bought new tires.

Came in today for my oil change, had an appointment for 10am but got there at 730am beacuse I am going on vacation. Conrad the sales associate had my ticket printed and remembered me by name and car!! Everytime I go in this store, Conrad is phenomenal. Makes the best suggestions to fit my budget, never pushes but makes suggestions. Trust this store and Conrad with my car now and every vehicle I will ever own.

As the old adage goes You did it again. This time I had to have my A/C lines, evac & recharge & refrigerant put in because my A/C line had holes in them. I dropped my car off on 8/5/19 & was told that it could be a day or two & was expecting that since they were not sure about the lines since they had to take them off & send them out to be repaired. Well much to my surprise I got a call later in the day to tell me that my car was fixed & ready to be picked up, which was a huge relief since I was borrowing some one elses car. You guys have always come thru for me, dont charge me anything extra & give me the straight scoop, if you cant fix you will send me to someone who can. Thanks for your honesty & professionalism.

This has got to be the most incompetent big o I have ever been to. Wait for hours. Check on vehicle several times. See the techs playing on their phones while hiding behind a car. Then only to find out they hadn’t even looked for the parts. Which by the way they didn’t have. Told that the spare is fine but it’s not. Finally asked them to put tires back on which took another 30 minutes. Plus my husband had to help.

I had my oil changed today. The staff was friendly but when I left I asked if the computer on my vehicle was cleared and was told it had been cleared. When I opened my door to get in my vehicle I noticed there was grease all over the frame by the door. This was cleaned off immediately. When I started my vehicle to leave, the computer had not been cleared and when I got home I realized there was more grease on the floor mat. I will not return.

I wanted my spare tire put on the ground, a new tire mounted and tires rotated.. The customer care rep needed me to repeat what I wanted 3 times and never did get the rotation done.
