Really friendly staff, wish they could find the problem with the air conditioner, cant say they didnt try. The satisfaction guarantee they advertise needs amending though. We told them the air was broken and they charged us for servicing the air and returned it still not fixed it didnt need servicing it needed repair. Nothing against the shop or the mechanics if its a fluke or an anomaly then admit it or if its beyond your ability or you tried everything whatever then come to an agreement on price. I understand everyone needs to get paid for the work they did but the problem isnt resolved

Our vans radiator decided to spring a leak after being delivered from across the country. We recently moved into the area and had no idea where to take it. Fortunately this shop was less than a quarter mile from where we broke down and had great reviews. We dropped it off and left the key in the drop box. They called me the next day around noon and said it would be ready by the end of the day. Excellent service. Fast turnaround. Fair price. I will bring my cars back any time I need work done. I couldnt have asked for a better 1st impression.

To be fair we had gone to this place for years and thought we never had a problem, never had a problem with anyone people were always nice but today I had a different experience. They offer car diagnostics for $100, so we would take our cars to get diagnosed. Today i was told that they feel we waste their time because we get alot of diagnostics and dont get the problems fixed in house, which we have gotten repairs on a few occasions, but we do get alot more diagnostics than repairs. I would understand if it was some free service that we were taking advantage of but its literally one of their offered services. Anyways they ended up doing an extra service after i told them I didnt know if i wanted it done, so they made me pay the price for something i didnt authorize because they didnt want to only do a diagnostics, no big deal but Im sure there are people out there that maybe wouldnt have been able to pay the difference.Shop used to be really good, shame they are doing this, it was just a weird thing to experience. Why put something on your menu if your going to get mad when customers order it? I will be fair though and say that the work we had gotten done there had been pretty good, shame I will have to look for a new shop.

Took in my 14 Cruze with 137,000mi on a Wednesday morning. Check engine light was on. I would noticeably lose boost from my turbo occasionally, would have a hard time accelerating and going up hills, would occasionally feel what felt like a misfire, had an oil leak, and would sputter while stopped sometimes. Got a call Thursday morning that they would need to replace the turbo, a knock sensor, valve cover gasket, and a few other gasketsand valves. Price came to $2,500. A little higher than I was hoping, but everything they said needed to be replaced made sense with the symptoms I had, so I figured Id go ahead. I had taken my car to 2 other places where theyd replaced some other things but never really fixed the issues. Got my car back Friday afternoon, it is now the following Tuesday and I am confident to say I am no longer experiencing a single symptom, my car runs like it did when I first got it at 30,000mi. Next time any of my vehicles has an issue, Ill definitely be bringing it to these guys. I dont know what their pricing is like compared to most other mechanics in Tucson, but it was worth it to have the job done right and not have to worry about my car breaking down.

What kind of company doesnt give a quote for work over the phone? completely ignorant to say the least.REPLY: There was no misunderstanding. I called to get a ballpark on what to expect. I did not call to get work done on a BMW or a European car (also, change your name if you do not work on All Makes & Models). The Mazda has a ford engine in it and is not a European manufacturer. Just odd that you would actively turn away business in such a foolish manner.

It was a scheduling error on your part. My brother and uncle were both sitting next to me when appointment was made and it was for Saturday. The lady that was there on Saturday kept trying to argue with me even after I rescheduled for 11 and came back, and thats when I decided I wont waste my time or money.

Simply awesome! Reasonably priced, thorough & professional. I went because my check engine light was on. I previously had work on the same error code and it was not resolved, hence the check engine light. Long story short, within an hour they discovered that the previous repair shop put in the wrong type of relay and that was why the code populated in the cars computer again. Ive driven about 700 miles since and the check engine light has not come back on. I would recommend AM&M to anyone.

I needed a water pump replaced in my 2011 Ford Taurus. The job called for 10 plus hours of labor, due to a poor design by ford. I called approximately a dozen mechanics in the Tucson area for the best possible price. Some shops even turned down the work due to the difficulty.All makes & Models auto repair was roughly $500.00 cheaper than most shops. They got me in fast and the work was completed right and on time. They even cleaned the entire motor. Everything looked brand new under the hood.I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs that you need. Additionally, they warranty their work, so if anything happens, you can bring your vehicle back. Excellent staff.

The team over at All Makes and Models did a fantastic job on my 2000 GMC Sierra. It needs a lot of work and there was quite a few issues. They resolved all of them and as usual the price was more than fair. I have been going to Josue for years and have never been disappointed.

A little pricey for me but they definitely know what they are doing and got my car back on the road. Extremely clean work area and all ASE certified mechanics. These people are serious and care about the customer. I will definitely be back.

Ive been coming to the shop since it was on 12th Avenue. Over 15 years with these guys and every time I brought in my vehicles Ive always got great service and reasonable prices. The owner is very honest and straightforward with needs to be done to repair the vehicle. Only downside is sometimes due to the high volume of vehicles that they repair you can get stuck waiting for your vehicle for a few days but its okay I understand that they are busy and do the best they can to make sure to get it done in a timely matter. Thank you for all the service over the years.

I found myself stuck in South Tucson with a failed starter. I had no idea where to go but these guys were close by (save on tow $). I also had to catch a plane later in the day. I explained the situation to the manager and he got me in and out in about 2 hours for a fair price. Given that my car had been towed to his lot, I was really stuck with this shop and they could have taken advantage of me, but instead they provided great friendly service at a reasonable price.They are also part of a nationwide network that offers warranties on the service (for no extra cost) if you are out of town and anything breaks.Anyway, I was very happy with All Makes and think you should give them a try

Gotta give these guys a 3 star review, not because they did anything wrong, mind you. But because of my particular situation I had with them, it was nothing negative of course; I was looking for someone to work on my car, an 85 Jaguar XJ-S. Finding a mechanic for that car is hard enough as it is, which is completely understandable, V12 motors are a project in themselves, ask any mechanic - more-so when the car in question is hard to find parts for. These guys, for whatever reason be it my aforementioned reason or otherwise didnt want anything to do with my car, really (which, is a common response with my particular make and model in general). I just felt that a place called All Makes & Models would well, at least give it a shot. Not that Im holding it against them, as I mentioned the car is a hard one to find parts for, thankfully Ive since found someone willing to work on it. Just understand my confusion in this situation is all Im saying, really. As for the work they do? I cant say, obviously as Im not a customer. Nonetheless, I wish these guys well and hope they continue to do well, as the other reviews say theyre doing!

3 stars only due to All Makes fixing the problem the second time that my vehicle was there for to begin with. Ask for rear brake replacment and upon picking vehicle up brakes made more squeal than it did to begin with. Was told that someone else must have tried to repair the brakes. REALLY!! If the brakes were under a minimum warranty why in heck would anyone allow someone else to work on them. Cop out.Having the job done the second time by All Makes, I removed the rear brake drums to see what may have caused the squeal to begin with and found a groove cut into one brake drums, drums that had never been turned. Never will go back.Oh and All Makes please dont bother to give a reply as all it is is an excuse.

I was not told that my vehicle would be worse unless i get all the work done at one time! Also my ball joints are new why would they need replacing and finally i had another shop chk my vehicle and i was told my steering wheel should not be that far off since a new gear box was installed and the gear box should of been adjusted to remove the slack in steering wheel !!

Techs just couldn’t get the work done right.Took it to All Makes because of reviews.The place is great. The price is great. The work is great.I take all my cars here now and even refer people to this place whenever possible.I don’t have any fear of being told of repairs that are not necessary, I don’t fear being upsold on other things.Very knowledgeable techs.I’ve taken my car there, with me believing the issue would be something costly... for example, this past time I took it to them believing the issue with my car was the fuel pump. The engine light had come on, and I took it to autozone for a quick test to see what’s up.Autozone’s reader said likely issue is the fuel pump.So I went and bought pump, $300.00.But I stared doubting it, so I called the shop up, told them about the engine light.So they took it in, tested it, called me later that day and told me the issue was a sensor.Replace the sensor, the total cost of R&R(and labor) was less than $300.00.They could have easily have said the issue is the pump, and made more money.Honest people.

First Im not sure what experience the other customers have had, but mine was a very expensive one. Here is my scenario. I have a chevy s10 I took it into these guys because I was having a very bad oil leak and my Hoa was in a uproar about the oil on the drive way. I ask the guys the price to fix all these leaks. Cost $800.Omg thats a lot. They say we have to pull the engine to replace the leaks.Hmmm ok lets do it.Place the amount on my cc and we good to go. 4-5 days pass call come in.You need a new clutch.Ok $400 more wow. Lets do it and please tell me thats it and he stated that will take care of your problems leaks and all. Few days later pick up the vehicle and notice as a I was shifting a noise so I make it home and ill just drive it its problem just me.Few days later call him and he stated bring it back I do so.He tells me that your tranny is going to go out omg and that your missing on #4 cylinder and I say no way. How much $200 more to fix. No way ill come get it and have it looked at elsewhere. I pick it up and barely could leave the lot running so bad, but Im leaving that money pit in the rear view mirror. I buy new plugs,coils,and wires still running the same. Get it to someone and he say your injector is unplug #4 for some reason. Charge me 49.95 for someone else doing. Fixed and I go to pick it up and he say you also have a rear main seal leak. OH hell no I paid to get that fix, Call these guys aging and his word bring it back. I talk to his sister explain my issue with the injector and she say. Hear this you should have let us fix it what lol.Just fix the leak ok.Few days later call from him and he states we place a new rear seal and if it leaks. You have a bad crankshaft.$1249.95 paid out for leaks that I still have to this day. My review simple you wont see another vehicle I have or my friends or family these guys a RIP-OFF.
