I drive from three points just to deal with these guys, been going here for 5 years and wont take my business anywhere else i always get the best of service and they always work with me and are straight forward with me! Thank you to Louis the general manager and Ryan the assistant manager for always taking care of me when Im there you guys are awesome and have a great crew!

WOMEN, BE CAREFUL! Make sure you know your car. 4 months later and Im actually still upset they tried to take advantage that Im a woman and lie to me about my battery and filters. Like he was so adamant that my battery was so low, that it most likely wouldnt start for me the next day. The next day I drove to San Carlos, Mexico, enjoyed my vacay and drove back a few days later. To this day, my battery is still going strong. The other filters I supposedly needed are perfectly clean, oh and which by the way one was already included in the oil change, again just thought I was ignorant. Just upsets me that I cant find a decent place to trust because they see a woman and assume I know nothing.

One of the only places I could find that could align my truck and get it to drive straight after trying many other places. Luis was very helpful and informative. 10/10 would recommend

My first time in and they tried to take advantage. Went in with my coupon and already was getting me to change to a different oil. Definitely got me there as I wasnt thinking at the time that really I dont have high miles and really didnt need the oil he sold me. Also, of course, came back with a list of things I needed. An engine filter I quote because thats exactly what he said, 2 different cabin air filter, my brakes need to be changed, and my battery was super low. I knew then that was all BS, because Ive had no issues with my brakes or battery, so that was odd to me. I asked for the printout to show my husband and of course it was different on my receipt regarding the engine filter. Im sure he could see on my face, Im not trusting him and then says, Im not trying to up sell you or anything and The reading for the battery is super low, and the meter doesnt lie. Sometimes there could be a malfunction but if you cant start your car tomorrow morning then you know our meter tells the truth. I just got my oil change nothing else and left. Went to get a second opinion and all is good. Battery was reading at full charge, even tested it another time to be sure and came back as good as new. Left the next day to Mexico and made it back with no issues. Brakes are on point. So they really tried to take advantage of me and take my money. I really hate dishonest people. They should treat all women as if it were their mother, wife or sister.

Got my heater core replaced. Thats a tough moving things out of the way, but it was done within a few days. Good job Brake Masters store #211. My Sooby Forester isnt leaking on my foot anymore. God bless.

I had a plastic guard suddenly start dragging from the underside of my car, this Brake Master location was able to get me in ASAP and fixed it in about 10 minutes so that I wouldnt have to continue to drive with it dragging. The guy who took my car was nice and I will bring my car here next time I need some work done.

Waited for 1.5 hours for them to evaluate after telling them I needed brake service. Thats all I asked for- brakes. Was presented with an estimate for $$$$ for all the work I need done. I explained I was aware of the issues and just wanted brakes. The man who assisted was condescending and pushy. It wasnt until I got an attitude about the time that he got them started on the brakes. Dissatisfied with the service more than anything. Wont be back.

Clunk developed in my front suspension after having an alignment done at this location. Discovered the alignment cam/nut was missing and the lower control arm bolt was falling out. Dangerously bad service

Ive have my car worked on four times at this location. 3 were simple high mileage oil changes, service was very quick;with an appointment I only waited about 30-40 minutes. The other time in was here was for a front and rear wheel alignment. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

This brake masters is the go to spot in tucson. Would 100% recommend them. Only issue is, if you have a appointment its not always a priority. I had an appointment for an alignment at 11 and it was not started till close to 1.

Pretty quick service. They don’t give me a list of 15 things that I should get repaired and try to charge hundreds extra. They treat me with respect and do not make me feel incompetent. And there is not usually much of a wait for drop ins.

Alignment was not done right. They’ll sell you an alignment then tell you it can’t be straight due to after market. Went to another shop they got me done right. Also they don’t do refunds whatsoever even if their team isn’t competent enough to do their job.

Need a break inspection here. Ryan and his team handled everything professionally and expediently. Exceptional experience and service.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment. Team seems lost and cant keep track of whos car is whos and what needs to be done. Tried to charge us for a different service than we had done, so hopefully they actually changed the oil and put in what we requested! Just go somewhere else!

They are really cool and helpful here, I went to get my brakes checked and they gave me a brake down of everything I needed to know.

Fast and knowledgeable. Only shop i found that didnt refuse my alignment for the modifications done to the car.

Luis & Ryan are the best! Always honest & never try to sell you anything that you do not need. Work is always perfect and I have never had to second guess if they actually did the work like other shops in town. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Brought in my lowered 350z for an alignment, which pulled extremely hard in random directions under acceleration. Before I brought it in, the steering wheel was a few degrees off while driving in a straight line. They reset the steering angle, adjusted camber as I requested, and reset toe to factory spec. They had me in and out in under an hour with no wait time, and ended up costing under $100. Not many shops in Tucson can align lowered vehicles, so I was extremely pleased that they were able to. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, especially with lowered cars, definitely gonna stick with then for future alignment work! I am absolutely thrilled with the work Ryan and his tech(s) did!

Questionable quote was given to me. I had 2 more quotes after that and none of the problems this store mentioned were in the quote given to me. They wanted almost 1k for an AC problem and even then the employee said it could cost more money than that.

Hour and a half for an oil change i had an appointment for. Then the guy tells me i need a cabin air filter replacement, the same one i changed a week ago. This is the second brake masters ive had to go to with the same service. Im just gonna figure out how to do my own oil change, at least till i can find get good service. Please dont go here if you want good service.

I have been a customer of this Brake Masters for many years. Today, as usual they went above and beyond. I have an 07 335i that had a steering wheel angle sensor on. I had previously taken the car to another shop to have it fixed and all that did was give me a steering wheel that was no longer straight.. very annoying. After speaking with Luis (store manager) and Ryan (asst. manager) they recommend that I have the vehicle aligned properly and then attempt a steering angle sensor recalibration. Mind you, I had no appointment. German (technician) knocked out the alignment very quickly and from there he calibrated the sensor. Low and behold, no more light on the dash, the steering wheel is straight and the car drives better than ever! Turns out, the alignment was incredibly bad prior to this visit and needed to be corrected prior to recalibration of the sensor. The price was less than half of a BMW specialist shop. This is why I have and will continue to use this specific Brake Masters. Thanks guys!

I have been going here for 10 years and am very happy with them—excellent work and excellent service. I have an old car that needs lots of work. Luis, the manager, is a particularly fine fellow. They are always honest with me and work to keep the price down, giving me alternatives to save money, getting me discounts and doing small items for free. Never any pressure to sell me services I don’t really need. What I particularly value is their shuttle service, taking me home and picking me up when the car is ready so that I don’t have to wait in the shop. I always bring my car in first thing in the morning (7:30) and always get it back by the end of the day. I couldn’t be happier.

By far some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I was in a really tight spot with my car and they helped make my life so much easier Ryan and Luis got my car in fast and helped me find a plan to help me the best they can thank you so much.

Ive been here before. They do good on one thing. Oil changes.But if you have a bigger issue, go somewhere else.We had a big issue, took it in, and they called us at 4:00pm to inquire about what we wanted to do after they had found the problem. We had the choice of either a full clean of the transmission or an entirely new transmission.Paying for an entirely new transmission would have been the price of another used car so we told them to just do the full clean. They said they would and that it might need to stay overnight because it was already 4:00pm and they close at 5:30pm. Understandable.Next morning, go pick it up, they say, Oh we didnt do anything to it, we didnt want to make the transmission worse.So apparently they feel they have the entitlement to keep our car overnight, decide what to do with it, which is nothing at all, and not even tell us?Dont ever go here unless youre wanting an oil change. These fakes dont deserve to be considered when a REAL problem needs to be fixed. Save your time and your money.

I took my 2016 Jeep Renegade there this morning for a brake fluid exchange. They were efficient, friendly and informative. It also cost me 1/3 less than the dealership wanted to do the job. In and out in under an hour. They were busy too. A little slow on coffee makings though.

After doing some modifications on my vehicle I was in need of an Alignment and some code troubleshooting. Ryan was able to solve the issue and get the vehicle aligned without issue. Him and his technicians are extremely knowledgeable and will to go the extra mile. I will recommend this location to all my family and friends.

Brought car in for “free” diagnostic for check engine light. They couldn’t give me specifics, needed to do a more detailed diagnostic for $70. Fine.I’m told it’s Spark plugs, spark plug wires, and 2 ignition coils. I was also told two of the four spark plugs were the wrong brand. Quote $700. If you know anything about cars, you know that is astronomical.After telling them “no thanks”, he magically lowered the price by $100. After still declining, I was told I only needed one ignition coil.I did it all myself in 30 min, parts were $80. Originally, parts alone were over $400 from them.The kicker: all the spark plugs were the same, it was complete bs he was feeding me.Brake masters on Tanque Verde scammed me out of 4 new brake pads I didn’t need 24 years ago. Lol, I finally went back and this happened.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Needed oil change and brakes done. Had alot to do and needed courtesy ride 3 blocks away. Thet said they couldnt do it until they know that i need brakes which was a 2 hour wait. Wheres the convenience you guys talk about?

Over at this Brake Masters location(#211), Ryan and Luis are the guys to go to. Ive been going here for over three years now. And my father five years before my first visit, so 8 years of trusted service with not a single issue. I dont think that I can fully express my gratitude to the whole team at Brake Masters (9540 E 22nd Street Location) for the excellent customer service they have provided me over the years. I currently have 3 separate vehicles that are serviced at this location and would never dare take them anywhere else. The manager and his team have always gone above and beyond to handle my vehicles as if they were their own. BM located at 9540 E. 22nd Street Tucson, Az. We took my wifes cherry 2008 4runner in for an alignment which, with a coupon, cost $69.95. They recommended new camber bolts at a cost of $45. They did a general inspection and recommended new shocks/struts ie Monroe struts $339 and rear shocks $239 with labor a total of $806.80. The struts and shocks they recommended may be purchased for $350 on line. Do the math. They recommended power steering and brake fluid flush service at respectively, $64.95 and 39.95.I declined all service except the alignment and at that point the service writer at the front desk increased the cost of the camber bolts to $177.36 adjusting the price of alignment to 247.31! BEWARE ..for the record nothing wrong with the stock camber bolts. The mechanics I spoke to were legit the corp culture is UP-SELL so act accordingly.

Soo I used to take my car there for an oil change etc. I decided to take it there before I went out of town. Get the oil change and fluids checked. I knew my oldest daughter would be driving it and I wanted to make sure it was good for her. I went in and told the guy there I wanted the oil change and all fluids checked and filled if low. He said no problem. When I picked it up I asked how the fluids in the car were. He said everything was fine and maybe get my spark plugs changed at some point... I went home and the next day figured I would do one last check. Mind you I only drove it home and nowhere else. My reserve for the coolant to the radiator was bone dry and my power steering was low... I called to make them aware of this and the guy on the phone said he would have a manger call me. Said ok that was fine but I was not bringing it back. Needless to say no one called me back. I won’t be going back there as well.

I went here and asked for an oil change and front rotor resurface, they said ok. After an hour of waiting, they completed the inspection that I did not ask for. This is when they told me that 1) yes indeed I need a front rotor resurface, 2) my rear pads were low, 3) and because the rear pads were low, I needed the rear rotors resurface, 4) and of course, the brake fluid must be flushed.#3 is bogus, they did not even measure rotor run out, I asked him why, he just said, theyre recommending it. I declined.#4 is standard, never expect to walk into a brake shop and not get offered a brake flush service. I declined.They billed me $35 for the oil change, which I think is more than the dealer!Better yet, the resurface was $58 for an off-the-car lathe, way too much. Best of all was the $2.50 fee I paid for waste. Could they be referring to the filings from the lathe?I dont see how I can recommend these guys, but frankly a lot of this was my own fault for not calling ahead and requesting a quote.

I have always been pleased with the service at Brake Masters, and this location is exceptionally clean and the staff is very friendly. They treat me like Im important (Im not, but they still treat me that way, which is what great customer service is all about!).

I took my 2017 Mazda MX-5 here to get the alignment adjusted after it got knocked around. I am very particular about my alignment. I normally only go to dedicated race shops and never to chain auto service stores like Brake Masters. However, the local Miata group swears by Matt Griffiths work so I brought my car in. Couldnt be happier. Matt got the suspension set to the exact specs I wanted and is a super cool guy on top of it. Ill definitely be back any time I need the suspension adjusted.

Went in to this location to get just a simple oil change. Dropped the car off with the man at the front desk and went shopping. When I came back and they pulled my car around to the front my driver seat will no longer stay in a locked postion. It is either folded forward like Im letting someone into my back seat or completely horizontal laying on the back seat as well as I cannot lock it into position forward or back ward. When I confront the desk man he tells me It came in that way. Im sorry, but I am barely 5 feet tall and the seat HAS to be all the way up for me to reach the pedals but my seat wont lock into position for me to reach the pedals. Then the technician that did my oil change walks out shoves my seat really hard forward into my steering wheel says There you go and both men walked away. Luckily I had a suitcase in my trunk that my husband and I wedged between the front and back seat to hold the driver seat in a drivable position. Got home contacted their corporate office the man said he would talk to the store manager and they would contact me. It has Been 2 days now and havent heard from anyone. Luckily for me I had a friend who fixed the seat for me in a professional manner and not just shoved it around like a mindless neanderthal. Never going back to ANY brake masters especially not that location. Which sucks for me cause come the beginning of the year Im going to need shocks, struts, brakes AND a new serpentine belt and I was going to go there cause I work in the same shopping complex and it would have been super convenient for me. But now I much rather take time off and spend my money with a real professional that I can trust will take care of my vehicle.

Dont waste your time with this location. Tried this one instead of speedway and pantano and was very disappointed. Called me to tell me the car was done and I showed up 30 minutes later and the car was still on the lift. I was informed that they couldnt have told me that it was ready. I lost track of the excuses being given because they were so plentiful. Save yourself a headache and head the extra mile down to the east speedway location. They are much better!

Big thank you to Brake Masters team for finding and fixing my classic 86 bmw 528e back on the road. Brake Masters found out my iacv or air control valve got bad and fixed the problem then they always check all the fluids on car even took extra time air up all my four tires too without costing me extra money. All around great service and cheap prices, definitely come back and do business with this guys again.

Currently deployed and my wifes car decided to start leaking coolant badly, I contacted Ryan and he made sure my wifes car was taken care of and done right. He saved me a lot of stress while away from home and for that ill forever be grateful.

Had to work this weekend so my wife had to take the car in. The breaks were at 25% worn which they stated on the paperwork. They recommend she still get them done TODAY to save on labor. Quoted 375.00. Maybe I should buy a new pair of shoes wear them once and throw them in the trash. Will never return to this store. Instead of fair honest service its all about up selling the customer more despite thier need.
