Came in just after 8am looking to get a wheel alignment. Was promptly greeted, information was exchanged, and told me they could work me in. I didnt expect to get the vehicle back until late in the day, but was pleasantly surprised when I received a call at 11:30am that it was ready to go. Price was very reasonable, and the alignment report provided good details. Very pleased! Ill be back

The team at X-pert Auto are top notch. We have been taking our cars there with complete satisfaction. We purchased a new travel trailer and the brakes seemed to be grabbing. The dealer we purchased from could not see us for over 60 days. We took it to X-pert and the first thing Frankie said was that it would be under warranty. We then explained we had plans and the dealer situation and asked for an estimate anyway. 3 brakes needed adjustments and 1 brake was installed incorrectly and was completely mangled. Frankie worked with my husband by sending him pictures and detailed descriptions of the damage and needed repairs and we were able to file the claim and get received our reimbursement check. Although I spent a LOT of money to have all of my brakes done on my 2007 Jeep, including rotors and pads for all my wheels and calipers in the rear, I trust that the work that was done was needed to be done and I got a fair price. Not only was everyone extremely professional, they showed me all of the work that was needed so I could see for myself how bad my brakes actually were, and even the owner came out and sat down with me and explained everything in detail and went over the prices and options with me. There are a LOT of scammer mechanics out there trying to screw people out of their money, but these guys are honest, trustworthy and professional. Hopefully I wont need any more work done for awhile, but if I do, I will ABSOLUTELY take my jeep to them!

Xpert has been maintaining my car ( 2004 mini cooper s) for a couple years. I tried them on a simple latch replacement and they were great. So the next time my car had a problem I took it to them instead of the dealership. And Ive been taking it to them ever since. My service advisor Jaime is terrific and everyone there is congenial and helpful.

I left my vintage car with a self diagnosed vacuum leak. Frankie, the consultant, had explained the diagnostic charge beforehand. They had checked the car and found no leak. Because they felt unable to help, there was no charge.That never happens in 2020. This is old school treatment. Amazing, and thank you.

I took my truck in to have the front shocks replaced and a wheel alignment. The shocks had the option to adjust the front end height. I gave a suggestion as to where to put the height at. Joe later called and said, the height I suggested put the front end too high and he dropped it down one notch. He thought it sat and looked better there but said he would change it if I didn’t like it. When I got there it was perfect. So here’s why I use Joe, trust. There about 4-5 people that I trust and Joe is one of them. Joe you got my business.Keep on trucking.

Xpert Automotive is a great place if youre needing repairs in Catalina, Az. I had a major issue with my 2004 F250 6liter diesel. Im always leery of taking a diesel to strangers, but Joe put me at ease, even let me stow my Travel Trailer in their gated and locked yard. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

Took car in for electrical diagnostics on AC because drivers side was cold but passenger side air was warm. Told 2 hour job. 6 hours later called and told definite electrical problem. An hour later I had no response so I showed up to get car and they got angry. Leaving, I had NO cold air AT ALL and their diagnostics found no problem with AC electrical as specifically stated on receipt. Specifically instructed not to touch AC refrigerant under warranty but did anyway. Now a different repair company says refrigerant side has a problem which makes me wonder what they did against my specific instructions. Drove to CA with passenger warm air side problem the week before but still remained cold in the car. Leaving, I have nothing but hot air on both sides. Gave some excuse insurance company instructed them to countermand customer specific work order request. Work order was specific to check only electrical blend door actuator motor and dampers. Dont trust them at all.

The mechanics do good work. It is on the pricy side as far as auto shops go. Most shops offer free diagnostics, this place charges $80. However, they are much more thorough. The waiting room was great, TVs, couches, and dogs to pet. That makes the wait a little less annoying. They didnt try to sell me things I didnt need, but they did charge full retail for the parts they ordered for my car. Parts that were found much cheaper elsewhere.

Joe and his crew are great. My wife and I purchased a large Weather King shed and didnt believe that they would be able to place it where we needed it on top of a 4 foot tall slope in the back yard, but they did. And carefully, too.

The mechanics did a very good job however it ended up being $2000 over their quoted amount. I generally allow for overages in quotes/estimates but a additional 50% is absolutely crazy. With it being a motorcoach the gal behind the counter was counting her extra money long before the unit was finished. She didnt give much of a explanation of why she added all the extra charges and didnt hesitate to throw out keeping the motorcoach as hostage when I started to question and complain about the billing. Would I return? Not if they were the last shop in the Tucson area. Its unfortunate with having good mechanics.

They might be honest about what is wrong but they charge an enormous amount on parts and labor and sneak in warranty charges that you did not agree to.
