I love this dealership. I delayed maintenance until I was here in Tucson. I was not sure of what I needed, but Anthony checked all my records and I only needed an oil change and filters replaced. I had been told by a WI dealership that I was due for over $600 of services. I bought my truck in WI, but my next one will definitely be from here.

Searched far and wide for a truck to start my business and this was the only place in town to have what I wanted. My salesman Troy was very professional and actually provided me with my first and only pleasant dealership experience. Usually its a bunch of slick talk and chess moves but Troy got what I was looking for came with a more then fair deal on my trade and purchase and made sure everything was taken care of through the entire process. Theres a reason he has so many trophies in his office. If your serious about purchasing a vehicle, reach out to him and save the time and hassle.
We were traveling so we needed to stay close by the whole day. Waiting room is nice enough with TV and water. Zoo is a mile down the road so went there for a while. Had a 10:00 appointment but not sure why as our vehicle didn’t get attention until 3:00 or 4:00. Service advisor was friendly and came through in the end. We couldn’t get status updates during the day. Price was reasonable. They fixed one item and could not find the cause of the other (dash warning light). We waited there for a few hours and were driving out at 6:30.
Everytime I have come to this dealership, Ive dealt with Kellie. She is an amazing people person and really goes above and beyond. She checks in to see if I want to do anything else to my vehicle while Im there, and also if I need anything personally. She is the pinnacle of customer service. The auto repair guys also do a great job and I have not been dissatisfied!
We had an excellent buying experience at LHM Dodge on our new Durango. I made an 8am appointment for its first service. I was very skeptical but by 8:04am my car was in the bay, and by 8:50 Kellie came to get me from the waiting room to get on my way. Couldn’t really ask for better service, and compared to past experiences with both buying and servicing at dealerships, LHM has done nothing less than impress us.
Called to make an appointment for an oil change.1. She couldnt find my record and tried to send me elsewhere. I pushed to look up by name, not phone number. Found me and had area code off by one digit even though my phone is in same area code as dealership.2. Asked for confirmation and she said shed text. Never texted.3. Called morning of service and she had difficulty finding me but did and confirmed appointment.4. Got to dealership. They had no record of my appointment. Took me in anyway. Said it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change!!!5. Chelsea who took care of me was professional and a good representative for the dealership.6. Got my car back after 1.5 hours. I could have gone to Jiffy Lube and been out in 20 minutes. Another customer was there saying he was waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change.7. No car wash. Really???8. Summary: poor poor customer service. This dealership sucks.
Well first they managed to lose the key to my vehicle. The vehicle was taken in with a engine code for the second time yet they state nothing is wrong. You can feel the engine not running properly just sitting in it. So they chose to drive our vehicle around putting miles on it and failed to find the issue. We were told we would have an update within two days which turned into two weeks. We have always had good experiences and bought multiple vehicles from LHM however their service has declined dramatically.
This was the second in a package of 3 oil change maintenance services I purchased from Larry H Miller Dodge Ram. Both services had atrocious service, they did not contact me to tell me when my car was ready during either service and both times I had to show up and ask for my car just before they closed only to be told it had been ready for hours. On both occasions I had called repeatedly to check, with no response to any of my attempts. They also scheduled me for a different time than the one confirmed over the phone on both appointments which messed up my entire schedule. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone for service or maintenance of their cars.
Kellie was spot-on. This was my final service appointment included when I purchased my truck. She got me in, let me know what to expect, and gave me a number to call if I had questions while I waited. After the service was done she explained what would be required next time and how much it would cost.Dont know how anything could have been handled better than the job done by Kellie.
Brought my car here for the free oil change that came with it (bough 5 months ago) and to get the tire balance checked because it shakes at interstate speeds. Waited 3 hours from my appointment time for them to change the oil and tell me they couldnt check the balance on the tires because the tread depth.A week later I notice the cover for the cabin air filter sitting next to the windshield wipers (they forgot to reinstall it). By complete luck it stayed there for a week, very lucky.I took it to a local wheel shop and the balance on the tires was fine. Lowest tread depth was about 5/32 vs the 6/32 they said it needed. Good thing I didnt spend a grand on tires that I dont need, yet.I will either do maintenance myself or pay a trustworthy shop to do it. I wont be going back to Larry H Miller Dodge in Tucson.

I dont like dealerships. The work quality is typically get em in get em out and screw the quality. I was happily surprised by Miller Dodge when I needed factory recall work. Todd was a great service rep. And delivered on time as promised. I may return to this dealer and see how they do adding sidesteps to my van next.
Anthony is very professional and works hard to promote excellent customer service!As for my service need, my part will take 6 to 8 weeks to to sent to the dealership. I believe someone is personally walking across the country hand delivering my infotainment screen so it doesnt get damaged.

Only Lisa was their shining light but she was so well liked that it was difficult to get her help even for an appointment!Several of the service department employees were terrible in customer service! These things I have written about in previous surveys multiple times!However, they have done a complete turnaround and deserving of 5 stars! Way to go Larry Miller Dodge! Keep up the good work!
Completed all the work love Juan Guiteriez hes my service advisor always up front about everything car was fixed for the day. Next day started to fall back out of alignment and now seem back to how I took it in. Sadly its been a ongoing thing since I brought the vehicle new from Jim click dodge. And between both dealerships I cant seem to get it repaired and stay repaired. But I love Larry h Miller Dodge ram and there team they always help out as much as they can so Im sure Ill hear something back soon about further repair or action.
Nick Riley was very good at explaining what was going on with my vehicle and suggested that I do have dirty air filters and suggested that I changed them and I did he was very informative
We originally took our other truck in for a window repair and the salesman convinced us to get a newer better truck. The truck was newer and we figured it would work great for our family. Then, three weeks later Im driving my children through town and the truck starts driving horribly and the check engine light and service throttle control alert comes on. We set an appointment for the service repair and no one can give us an estimated time of repair. (We live 30miles from the dealership). We leave the truck there and coordinate a ride all the way home. We get a call the next morning that the truck was fixed- go to pick it up and find out we have to pay a $100 copay on a $300 service repair. We havent even made the first payment on the truck and are paying for repairs!!! Two days later after picking up the truck- it did THE SAME THING!!!! The issues is not fixed and I paid $100 for nothing. I called the dealership and left a message with staff members and was promised someone would call back, I emailed a request for a manager to reach out, and no one is answering. I am beyond upset with this experience. My husband was recently disabled, and we have three kids- we did not sign up for a newer truck that we now have to dump money we dont have into. I will now have to go back into this dealership, miss work, and demand that someone there makes this right.
This is the third time I have had a horrible experience at both Larry H Millers. I brought my car in for a tick I could hear in the engine and also for them to take a look at the clutch. A week went by not a word from them so I called and my advisor had taking Friday off and no one had any information on it. So I get a call from then saying they can’t replicate the noise that I was hearing and they would keep trying. I said fine another week goes by no contact call again talk to the head service he informs me that the lead mechanic that was working on my car has moved over to another project because the engine was blown and that takes priority over my vehicle that had been there two weeks with a scheduled appointment. So overall I would not buy or take my car to Larry H Miller again.
One name - LisaOutstanding customer service and follow up support through out the entire process my truck down time while being repaired. Informative, caring and the after options available should l encounter any problems in the future completely won me over. A very Special employee for this company. No complaints from this customer and yes, I would recommend using this company in the future if ever needed. Thank you Lisa for being a true professional.
I bought the truck new and this shop did the get ready prep for delivery. Overall a good job but I did notice that the tires were overinflated about 30lbs. I adjusted air pressure down to factory spec so no worries.
Drop off was great and easy. My service agent did seem preoccupied and stressed. She did great at drop off...however, I sat at home for 6 hours not knowing anything...not even a call to tell me it was ready. Then when I finally get there to find out my paperwork for the services were at the bottom of a pile of customers whose vehicles had been completed. I had to wait 30 minutes while a storm rolled in and I finally got my car and left. I received a thank you from the agent the next day. I seriously think she needs a vacation...as the service reception area should be larger than the lounge since you have more traffic there. I counted maybe 6 people sitting in this huge cafeteria sized room with very little space for people checking in and employees moving about. Overall...i give it a 2.5 stars but since there isnt a half star you got 3.

On May 10th, 2021 I returned my 2016 Dodge Dart (for the 3rd) time back to the Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Service Department in frustration. I have had an on-going issue with my coolant system the results in my AC system shutting down. At on point in the year this issue had been ongoing; I even had a total system failure on the coolant system. No temp, oil temp almost to 90% and a check engine light. The 3rd time I returned the vehicle was RELUCTANTLY given a loaner and for a TOTAL of 67 days did not see my car again! It took me complaining to the GM to even get my car to be looked at. A total of 45 days siting in their back lot not being touched. The Service manager Ivan was condescending, and even at time rude to me. I had a rental agreement for a vehicle in my contract, which Mr. Ivan was not going to initially honor. At the end of this ordeal, I simply asked for a separate document stating that my requests for the vehicle were accomplished and wanted it signed by a manager. THAT was even not honored.DO NOT USE LARRY H MILLER DODGE RAM SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR ANY REASON!
Where to start. Had an appointment and upon arrival was told if I stayed I would me marked as asap or they could uber me home because it would be an hour and a half. At the two hour mark I was told they were working on my truck. All the while I could see my truck still not taken back. At the two and a half hour mark I asked for an update and was told the bay went down and it would be another 30 minutes.At that point I became that crazy person. 30 minutes later I had my truck back. Supposed tire rotation done as well as oil.This was the second time I had an appointment. Yes it was the same before. So much for second chances...
Always have a great experience with Lisa and Ted over at service. They’re slammed always, but still do their best to get my car taken care of. Always go above and beyond when I need anything at all.
Brought my truck back to them after having done some replacements myself and still not having issues. The staff there was able to identify the issue super fast and even got in touch with the original company that made the mistake and got it set right.
I took my RAM in got check engine light on and got servicing. It took two days to correct ownership issue because the RAM was still shown to be under the previous owners name. I did not get my RAM back till day three. I did not leave the dealership a happy camper.
My appointment was at 9:30 by 11:30 my truck was still in line I had to leave it never got a apology

Terrible experience. The guys at LHM don’t know how to treat or even talk to a customer. I went in for a faulty rear view mirror and went back 5 times. The first 3 times the parts never came in but they called me anyways to come in. When the parts did come in it was in the wrong color. Finally, the 4th time, they replaced my mirrors only to find out that one was still not the right color. What makes this even worse, they knew it didn’t match and still put it on and just to add insult to injury, they flat out told me that the mirror cover they used was the original one that I had brought in installed on the truck. Some how I was able to remove the clear coat and give it a matte finish all from my the waiting room. During this visit, I had pointed out another issue. The window in the rear was leaking. They said it was from the third brake light. Any guesses on how the fixed it? Hot glue. So much hot glue that it leaked on to the window trim. It looked horrible and it still leaked. Now coming to the fifth visit, they replaced all my mirrors and covers, ordered the glass to replace the current gluey mess and leak. All was good until I go out to my truck only to find that the actual mirror on my truck was broken. I’m completely appalled at their lack of care and competency. We were considering buying TWO new vehicles from them but I rather not. I rather take my business to a place where I’m treated like a human and not called a liar. This place is absolute trash, a joke and a waste of time. The only upside to this place is it’s free water bottles and its proximity to a golf course.

Had to have a software upgrade completed on my Ram pickup. Sam and the service crew could not have been helpful. Just moved to Tucson from out of state and very happy to have a great dealer to service my truck.
Scott the manager is a man of his word and very hands on with the employees and communication. Sam our service person was everything you would want. Professional, listened to concerns, called with updates and so on. This service department has improved 💯. Since we were last there. We will definitely be doing business with them again. A big thank you to Sam and Scott for getting the A.C. in our truck up and going.

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They seemed busy and they kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. One thing Is after we were done I ran some errands and got on the highway my truck started to shake excessively. I called the the service line multiple times and got no answer. Had to leave a message on 2 separate days with the receptionists with no response still. It has been 4 days now. Planning to drive by when I have a day off work.
Was able to get truck in quickly and on a day and time that met my needs. Service Advisor, Kellie, was amazing - listened to my concerns and understood my needs, and then went above and beyond to ensure that they were resolved.
Good customer service, just took longer than stated. Seems like no one can actually give you an update on your vehicle except your assigned advisor, so if they aren’t there you are out of luck getting any information about your service. My particular advisor seemed to never be there and didn’t return messages left on phone….
Fun fact, I wasnt there all day! I made an appointment, they got me in when I arrived, and u was out the door 90 minutes later. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. 10 out of 10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Banging noise from under the truck when starting and clunking from rear after stopping..They could not find the problem. Two years ago the drive shaft was replaced because of the clunking at the rear end. It was ok for a couple years and now its starting again. Just wont do it at the Dealership.

Although Im pretty upset about my 2017 Durango R/T needing $6,700+ worth of engine work at only 70k miles (considering Ive put every single mile on her since new - meaning I can confirm ALL of the regular scheduled maintenance), I cant complain too much about LHMs service department. Anthony went to bat for me with the warranty company to make sure they covered the repairs that were necessary - and then helped chip away at the small amount I ended up having to pay out of pocket. All in all, Im pleased with my experience and happy to have my baby back after 3+ weeks - but Ill genuinely be reconsidering another Hemi engine anytime in the future...
I showed up 15 minutes early for my appt, only to be told I DIDNT have an appt, that it was the following day. After leaving, 10 minutes later Todd calls me to ask what happened, why I left??! I explained to him what transpired, and he informed me the greater must have misunderstood him. And if I wanted to drive all the way back they could see me. When it was brought in, they told me the recall part was defective, and they were putting my original OEM part back on. What a joke!!!
Brought my truck here for a few repairs including the A/C not blowing cold, a squeak in the front suspension, a loose door panel, and a whistle on the freeway. I advised the service representative of these items and waited to hear back. I did not receive any call back so I began to reach out to the dealer, I eventually got ahold of the service representative who told me that Ram trucks have poor A/C and they cant do anything about it. (Despite there being multiple TSBs about it). He also said the tech couldnt find the squeak in the suspension, obviously they didnt even drive the truck. I asked why they wouldnt stand behind their product especially since its still under warranty, and the service rep told me if I want better service, I should go back to Ford! Long story short, I was without my truck for over a week, with no rental or loaner vehicle, and I picked it up with warm A/C and the same squeak in the suspension.I would not recommend going to this dealer for any service related reason. Worst customer service Ive had.

Went in for my paid package deal oil change tire rotation . Was told everything was completed. I had prior mark my truck tires. They told me they rotated my tireswhen I pointed out the marks on my tiresand the fact the tires were never rotated .They said they would talk with staff and only then did my tires get rotated. Very disappointed in Dodge Ram.Makes me wonder if my pass service appointments were completed as stated

I was given the wrong information about the time to complete the repair as well as and most importantly the price. I added an oil change to the service and was charged even though I had already pre purchased for that service. Was lied to by the servixe person as to why he gave me the wrong price information when i know and have it in writing that the info was there when diagnosed. They did not bother to remove the old oil change sticker and then dash is still giving an oil change needed prompt. Makes wonder if an oil change was even performed but i was still charged for the service after prepaying.. This was not a good experience
It was a really bad day that kept getting worse and the Fiat folks over there (Sam) did an absolutely awesome job on my car and did it within my budget. Ty.

Made appointment for oil change & minor warranty issue. Anthony took info and said oil change and warranty issue would be taken care of but add a day due to they would look at warranty issue. We called on 2nd day phone answered by Natalie she was very pleasant and tried to help but was reluctant to transfer me to service department dont know why. Finally transferred to Sam in service dept, vechicle hadnt been even looked at, Sam went on to explain that warranty issues go to the diagnostic line which take longer. After a lengthy conversation Sam took care of us and we are very thankful. The reason your not getting 5 stars is you had 2 chances to say the warranty issue is going to take longer, dont be afraid to give customers the truth let them make the choice before handing vechicle over for unknown extended times.

Put a door handle on my car and left the lock out, had my car for months, manager used fowl language, Poor customer service, and im supposed to be happy and ok with this, CEO, Management refuse to fix their mess, And now refuse my business, its ok I know alot of people staying away from here. Very sad, so many problems and Im supposed to be happy and ok. And now they refuse my business after they didnt and couldnt figure out the problem. Happy to leave this behind me now. My car have the lock in door they forgot to put in.
