I am so impressed with the kindness shown at this location. Enrique helped me in a situation where my front bumper came off. He was more concerned about the well being of me and my kids than the money. These people are honest and good at what they do. Hebert fixed the bumper in a jiffy and we were on our way. I still have to get my money back.I dont see any other solution,after Sept 2020, when I had the fuel pump replaced by incompetent individual, they had me come back 2 more times with an immense waist of time, and still my car smells of gasoline and the light service engine soon is still on.These people got my money though, $800!!People of honor would have by now given at least the money back!

Carlos, the manager and Kenny, the service tech were very knowledgeable and courteous. I had my 30,000 mile service done for under $100 opposed to $400+ at Toyota. Very pleased.

These guys are really good at figuring out how to fix problems….and fixing them. We had a brake problem, they fixed it instead of saying “needs a new set of brakes”. They went through our rough-running car and figured out the last mechanics put the wrong size plugs in. So they replaced them. And charged a fair price.We had an AC compressor replaced-and it failed a few days later. They got in and replaced it fast no charge. Even helped figure out an odd electrical issue.These guys have our business. And I trust them.

They checked my brakes and said I dont need them done yet, maybe the next oil change, they could have lied to me and did them, I think thats pretty honest.

Location is convenient. My husband gets his vehicles oil changes done here (Going on 3 years now). It is nice that we can set up an appointment online. The associates are professional and are efficient in getting everything taken care of quickly. The lobby is always clean. The prices are in our ballpark. You get a great value for your dollar at this location.(Also, a bonus that you can run nextdoor for food).

I like going to visit these guys when I need routine maintenance on my car: theyre always nice, have a clean spacious waiting room, and I never feel like Im paying too much or getting ripped off unlike many other auto shop experiences Ive had. I trust them and appreciate their customer service and professionalism.

I have two large diesel trucks I absolutely love this place the manager takes care of us all the time no matter what! They give great deals and usually don’t higher the price just because I have larger vehicles! Everyone is super nice and super quick to get me in even if it’sa busy day. I have gone to other Brake masters and all the other ones have rude customer service and huff and puff when they find out I have a large vehicle they have to work on . So I suggests this place always been a pleasure !

My wife has brought her car here several times too have her oil changed and has always had good things to say. Unfortunately, I decided to bring both our vehicles in and did not get the service I expected. The service advisor was very polite, but I asked for inspections on both vehicles and specific items to be looked at. I wasnt given any written reports and the verbal answers were not correct. I asked to have parking lamps looked at because they werent operating and they said they were. They were not. I was told I had numerous oil leaks but nothing was said about a brake line that was leaking. Very disappointed in the quality of service.

Oscar and his team are the best. Akways great service and honest. There are other shops closer to but always come here. If your looking for a great auto repair shop this the place to go.

I was able to have two vehicles serviced with oil change and tire rotation in the same day. The headlights on one car were also cleaned and made safer. All of this work to maybe three hours max. Great job and great service with a fair price.

Informing me on what needed to be taken care of is another small thing.For instance, Wheel ball bearing went bad. Replaced one (Passenger side). Then a month later, driver side went bad! I wished Id just replaced both once to prevent the cost of repeated other maintenances.No objection but it happens! :)

Service was speedy and affordable. Scheduled an appointment for an alignment and was in and out under an hour.

Every time I come to this location I get an automatic upsale. Today was 50% off which is great, yet the total was more than the original coupon I brought in.The honesty is lacking at this location. I usually just take their recommendation across the street to the locally owned auto shop.I have never felt like a dollar sign over at Monsoon Automotive and they always knock off $50 for repairs.I have postponed reviewing Brake Masters for awhile now but, enough is enough. Please tell me the total before doing the work so I have some sort of choice.

I brought my car in to have the belts replaced and was originally told $160. They called me a little while later and gave me a list of other things my car needed even though I only asked for the belts, so I wound up paying $400. I get my car back and suddenly my entire air conditioning system isn’t working and my car is making this awful noise like a vacuum leak. Mind you I just had the system inspected not even 2 months ago and I was told it was working great and there were no issues. So now they’re telling me I need to pay an additional $600 to fix that. I don’t understand. I brought my car in to be worked on and when I get it back it suddenly has a new problem that was just fine when I brought it in? That makes no sense and I ain’t happy with Brake Masters at all. The employees are polite but something isn’t right about this.

My best friend recommended brake masters to us because thats where he goes.... our first time and definitely not our last. They will continue to receive our business for sure! Thanks Danny for taking care of Tonya and I.

I wanted to get my brakes done.. They insisted on just flushing and adjusting it and that I have good brakes... I still dont like the stopping power I have and wish they would have just done the brakes like I asked. Now I have to come up with more money to do them again. EDIT: I was contacted by Oscar the manager and he was able to assist me in getting my brakes taken care of at a decent price for the issues I had at hand. Thank you Oscar you made this a 5 star review.

Great honest work and no hassle. They also give you free uber rides to and from places when they are working on your vehicle. Everyone has been very nice to me and no signs of any greed nor deceptions and lies like most car places. Theyve earned my trust and i continue to go to them for many services and especially accurate diagnostics. Those are hard to find. They also always give me free coupon credits towards my bills without me knowing about them. They really serve their customers well and have old fashion conservative values which is a breath of fresh air in this leftist, liberal, crazy, corrupted culture now a days! True, diverse, Americans at your service who do things right for those of us on the right! lol.🤗🚘 I highly recommend this business which has treated me more like family than an impersonal customer to fill large pockets with cold hard cash.

People are nice but I fell they are trying to up sale me when I go in to get my car fixed. I took it in and they added several charges on top. I had issues with the same part and had to bring it in several times.

Just got our altanater,and gas system repaired along with fixing the valve cover gaskets that were leaking oil,once they knew what was wrong they got it fixed super fast on the way home we found our passenger side mirror hanging off called em they said come back and are fixing as I type this now they say it was like that but still fixed it so what more can you ask for

Incompetent service costs you more money! I paid for a new alternator after being told that is 100% the problem and the rest of the electrical system checked out. That was not the problem, and a simple ammeter check could have proven it. Still had to pay to fix the problem and for a new fan belt that the alternator replacement stressed to failure. The customer service fell short when their incompetence costs me an extra $400.

Dont go to this brake masters unless youre alright with being ripped off. My 04 Durango had a problem with the A/C, where it wasnt blowing air. They tell me the resistor was bad, which fried the wires to the blower motor, and the blower motor needed to be replaced. Estimate was $279 to replace a resistor, blower motor, and wires. I tell them Ill have to wait till payday, and I take it home. Since I knew how to replace the parts, and I just happened to have another 04 Durango I use for parts. I pulled the parts I allegedly needed and go to pull the bad parts out. I quickly noticed the wires werent fried and the blower motor was unplugged. I plugged in the motor and pow! The A/C worked fine. These guys tried getting me to pay for parts that didnt need to be replaced. Ill never take a vehicle back there. I highly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else that wont try conning you out of your hard earned money.

I was a Brakemasters customer when they opened in Tucson decades ago..the Founders ran their small shop on Grant-Columbus with quality & integrity...now, all across town, they still do! WOMEN BEWARE!!! GO TO DIFFERENT SHOP!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I had gotten my brakes done here recently, and when I left the shop, I got a call from a phone number I didnt know. So I answered it. Turns out to be the shop boy by the name of Jorge who worked on my car and he took my number from the computer logs and he wanted to get to know me. I told him I wasnt interested in talking, so he had the gumption to as me if I wanted to have sex with him. He then continued to harass me with the same questions through text messages. It took me about a week to go back and tell management about my situation because I FEARED for the wellbeing of my family and myself since my address was in their system as well. I didnt want retaliation. He got my number from their database, why not get my address too and stalk my home? When I asked management, a man by the name of Oscar to take my address and number out of the system, he didnt ask why or anything. I had to openly tell him what had happened. He didnt apologize for his employees actions or anything or tell me what was to be done about the situation. He didnt really seem liked he cared at all. And in the midst of the conversation, I found out that another woman had called in about the same issue. So not only did it happened to me, but to another woman as well, and probably many, many others. SO PLEASE, PLEASE LADIES, take your business somewhere else or you might end up in the same situation as I did.

Danny is always very helpful and friendly. I trust very few service shops, but this is one of them. They never try to upsell me on things I dont actually need and they are very prompt with their service.

Ive been going to this specific brake masters for YEARS, ever since I got my first car! It was up until recently Ive decided never to return. I had my car towed there due to a badly corroded battery so they replaced it without a problem but only two days later my car did not start, so I opened the hood to find a battery charger hooked up to my battery! Brake Masters had been the only ones to touch my car since being towed.I am by no means a car expert but I know for a fact there is no way that was put on by anyone else other than Brake Masters. So after having to rip of this contraption off, I drove back to Brake Masters and they completely denied ever putting such thing on my battery and then continued to tell me that they dont even use battery chargers.Oscar- who is usually so sweet and someone who usually takes time to talk to you and makes you feel like you actually understand what is going on with your vehicle- was completely rude to me and made me feel like a complete idiot and kept asking me if I had put on the battery charger myself?!Moral of the story: The experience I received after this one incident was dehumanizing and just really wrong. I dont recommend this specific Brake Masters or any to be Frank.Im sad I feel that I can no longer have business with this shop due to very poor customer service and the inability to own up to a mistake.

The guys there are always friendly and tell prices up front. If there was something they missed they eat the cost. Or at least they did with me.

On Saturday, September 15, I drove into brake Masters to see if they could repair the front shroud under my bumper, that was hanging down and almost dragging on the ground. I noticed as I went in that it was about 10 minutes past closing time, but the manager Carlos, told me they would take a quick look at it anyway, and Danny, the assistant manager and several of his technicians put it up on a lift and fixed everything back together, fixing my problem on the spot. At one point there were 3 to 4 people working on my vehicle. The teamwork there was incredible and I can’t begin to thank the team enough for taking care of me after hours. I highly recommend this break masters store for staying late to help me fix my car’s problem. Thank you all for putting me ahead of quitting time. This is a great team at the shop. Bob Munzenrider

Oscar was so helpful and friendly. He took the time to show me the issues on my mom’s 2001 Mazda Miata. He was honest, did a pressure test, tightened the loose hoses, and even cleaned the underside of the car where the leaky hoses had leaked engine oil and radiator fluid. He restored the faith I had lost in Brake Masters after dealing with the Old Spanish Trail/Harrison location and being told the job would be $1900. I had already spent around $3800 on a brake job and having the differentIal being rebuilt at that location. Thanks Oscar, you have gained a customer. 😊

Came with two issues underneath my car, three things were hanging due to fallen clips or other damage and may have caused further damage if it wasnt repaired. They fixed my car and i wasnt charged!! BEWARE COMING HERE.I did my rear and forward brake pads here. One week later, I started hearing a whistle sound every time O hit the brakes but I thought the sound would go away by itself so I dealt with the sound for one more week. Two weeks passed and the sound was still there so I took the car back. After test driving my car and supposedly taking what they had done apart then putting it back on, nothing was found that caused the sound. They told me that the car had to get used to the new break pads so I continued to deal with the sound for few more days. I decided to get a second opinion and took my car to Brake Masters on Grant and the issue was indeed found and fixed. This Brake Master on speedway had placed the break pads the wrong way.
