Absolutely amazing service!!! I wont go anywhere else for my tires. I showed up around 5:40 (they close at 6) and they were more than happy to do a 4 tire change. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They even offered me a discount! Very friendly staff and reliable service. I spoke with Marco a few days before and explained my work schedule, I was worried I wouldnt be off work in time to pick up my car. He went above and beyond and offered to drop my car off at my work! Luckily I was able to move my schedule so he didnt have to. But its the thought and amazing customer service that counts!!

I purchased all 4 new tires from Embassy Tires a little over a month ago. Well, while driving on March 30, 2020, my left rear driver side tire went flat unbeknownst to me right after exiting freeway. I had to find a spot, pull over and change the tire by myself!!!Needless to say, I was very frustrated [it was hot, I was dirty and just getting over a cold!!!]...when I walked in, David M., whom has helped me prior with some issues with my rim and tire, saw me and immediately he had a look of concern on his face [did I forget to mention my hair was standing up all over my head because it was windy???].I explained what happened in a very boisterous manner and he, in a very assuring voice, said calm down, Ill take care of you.I just want to thank Embassy Tires and its knowledgeable staff. They always show genuine concern and consider for the situation Im experiencing. Overall great job till they failed to return my lug nut key to my tires. Now I have to make another trip to pick up! Which is a 30 minute trip!

I went in for a balance and rotate. There were 2 gentleman working on my vehicle. The first guy started the job and got 2 tires off the vehicle. Im not sure what happened but he got taken off the vehicle and started on another. The second guy started taking off the other 2 tires and rotating them . He mounted the tires on without balancing them. I told the salesman and he corrected the 2nd gentleman on what was to happen. I think only 2 of the 4 tires got balanced. Pay attention to who is working on your vehicle at any shop you take it to. Make sure you are getting what you asked for.

These gentlemen provide personalised top notch customer service! I got 2 flat tires today from our lovely roads in the city of Tucson and Dave and his crew came to my rescue! They removed the tires and took care of replacing everything on the side of the road and then I came to the shop where they took care of the rest. I love the hustle they have. Always fast so I’m in and out. I got a flat and was left on a donut they switched It in under 5 minutes. The guy at the bays came right up to me and he knew exactly what my Kia Rio needed. Most tire shops only have used tires but embassey has new and used. This is the only shop I trust with my tires. I will be returning every time when needed!

Great Service! I had a problem with the jack trying to change a tire at home and my truck literally just dropped down to the ground with no tire on it. I called the Embassy to see if they could deliver their services to my house and yes they do! They were very professional and service was fast. This is were I bring my vehicles and always leave satisfy.

Very expensive. Charged me 50 dollars for 60 seconds of work. Had I known the price was going to be that I wouldve never let them do it. Always ask price before letting them work on your car here. Even if its for something that they should be happy to get 10 bucks for and end up charging you 50. Lesson learned.

My mom purchased tires here without coming to me first. I am a tire technician so I am knowledgeable on the subject. She paid over $600 for four new tires that were not name brand and that you can purchase online for less than $60. The fact that they were willing to scam a little old lady for her cash disgusts me which is the reason why I am writing this review.

Didnt have the cash for new tires used the finance option. They charged me 1000 for set of tires a friend went in used their credit card got same tires for 500. The 1000 was their pay not including the finance companies money,so they basically charged me double knowing I was in a bind never will spend another dollar with any embassy tire

So went on a trip heard a noise coming from my driver front tire. I was like it sounds like it going to fall off. Well next day I took it to Nissan dealership since I still leasing the car through them. They had my car from 10am to 3pm told me it was just a peace of plastic hitting the tire so they cut it off. Let home sure enough I heard the noise again. I was furious so I took it to Embassy Tire and wheel and these guys were my hero’s cause guess what my tire was gonna eventually fall off all the bolts were loose on the tire. An easy fix. Thank you guys for saving me!!

Went in for because I had a slow leak in my tire the guy said not to worry the leak was in an ideal spot for a repair, on the bright side they didnt charge me for the repair. However following the repair, I dove straight home then the next morning walked out to discover the tire was completely flat. So my once managable slow leak tire, which requied a little bit of air every three days or so, is now ruined. Thanks a lot, probably not going back there again.

Not only can I go there to have the crew check the air pressure in my tires but I can go there for great deals on tires,oil changes and other car maintenance needs. Never been more dissapointed. Thier mechanics broke not one but two of my hub cap covers and i was told there was nothing they could do about it, that they were helping me out by putting my tires on the rims. The first time i bought a tire from them at embassy tire and wheel and the mechanic broke my hub cap and told his boss he broke it and i heard him tell his boss he broke it. Then when i asked him about it he denied breaking it said it was already broken...then i was told they would find and replace the hub cap and i would recive a 25$ Store credit. The second time i took a tire i just bought to embadsy tore and wheel and figured id used the 25$ credit, have them put the tire on the rim for me. This time the owner offers to so it for free due to former bad experience i agree and the second mechanic breaks the hub cap. This time im told there is nothing they can do and and these thing happen and that they were helping me out by mounting my tire to the rim. Never had an issue like this anywhere before and ill never return again.
