I have used these guys for many, many years and have always had great service. We have never had any issues with a repair they have done and truly the price point is amazing. Always, always the lowest quote. When we moved we tried a closer mechanic who charged us way more and didnt even fix the promlem. It is worth to go out of our way to have it repaired here, plus the are fast and you can usually get in pretty within a few days of calling. The owner is very nice and has always treated me with respect and he is an honest guy who has never tried to run up the bill. He always calls with the details before starting work and is very upfront if anything comes up.

I have been taking my 2003 Volvo to Brad for around 10 years. His mechanics are thorough and do only what is necessary. Sometimes they look ahead a month or two to consider what is getting ready to go. They dont want a woman broken down somewhere. I trust them. These are my car guys.

Brad is a great guy and Im glad to have him as my go-to mechanic now (since my previous mechanic relocated too far away to make it practical for me to stay with him). While I hope I wont have to be gong into the shop too often... I feel good knowing the guys at Prestige are there to help me out if/when I need it.

Concerning the previous review:Slanderous? What if the statement is true? Noes statement is entirely true and correct! He cannot be verified as a customer because our mother was the official customer. Owner is getting around e legal loop-hole. My mother drove her car to this shop with an intermittent problem (car shutting down) and received the car back after they could not fix it. Problem is that when she went to pick it up, the car wouldnt start anymore. Its now in worse condition then when we took it in. Thats one thing that Brad failed to notify me about over the phone. How professional is that? So much for being Prestigious (what a joke). He called me and I told him which parts had been replaced. Nothing was omitted. Brad is a damn liar and very unprofessional. Why couldnt they just say we cant fix it and leave it at that? No, they start playing the blame game! Question is, are they going to try to pursue me in court for slanderous statements also? Freaking retards! Wont ever go there again; wont even THINK about it.Extremely Unpleasant Experience!

Always a great experience with both my cars, Im from a small town in the north east and thats the feel I get from Brad and his crew, small town service but fast and efficient. Great work and outstanding customer service. Love the printouts explaining everything when I get the inspection done with my oil change.

Brad and his techs are great, until they make a mistake. Heres my story of an egregious example of poor customer service with the documentation to back it up.Ive brought my 2004 Volvo S60 R to Brad for a few years now. The trip before last, 2 clamps were left uninstalled, and the PTC valve was left disconnected. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. As a DIYer, I tend to bring Brad the things I cant do myself, or dont feel comfortable doing. I recently changed my water pump and got the timing off a bit and Brad assured me he could fix it. I paid $50 to tow it to him on a Tuesday at 3pm. I did not receive communication for days and they did not touch it until Friday of that week (keep in mind, this is my daily driver).Come Monday afternoon, after a weekend without my car, there was still no communication. I had to call and I was told it was good to go, timing was perfect but theres a check engine light and that theyd want another $89 to diagnose it.. (it takes 5 minutes to scan codes, wouldnt you want to make sure its not a timing related code before returning it to the customer who paid to have the timing done?)I opted to not have the light diagnosed, as I trusted Brad and his guys to do the job right. Sure enough, I scan the codes in their lot and they were timing related...ok maybe it needs a drive cycle. I was told they drove it and idled it and it was fine... I drove not even 2 miles down the road, hear a large whoosh of air and the car stalls. Even though I just picked it up, Brad refused to help me out with a tow, claiming he did the job I had asked for and his hands are clean of any issues; didnt even consider the possibility a mistake was made. His tech had an idea of what the issue was and he was kind enough to come check it out. Turns out the charge air pipe V band clamp was not secure and he claimed it was faulty. He reinstalled it on the side of the road and said I was good to go. I drove off on Grant and sure enough, it came off again. This time they left me to fend for myself, having to push the car down the side of a busy Grant road. I borrowed tools from a nearby shop and fixed it myself in 10 minutes and was on my way. The clamp was perfectly fine, it was just installed improperly, twice. A dangerous, time consuming and frustrating experience. On my way back to work, the check engine light was still on. The car also ran poorly and felt off. You could just hear/tell that the timing was still off. I didnt feel comfortable driving it home so I opted to leave it at work and bring it to another the shop the next day, considering Brad was already on the defensive and they couldnt do the job right the first time after having it for nearly a week.So I dropped it off Tuesday at 4pm at another shop and they were done by Wednesday morning at 10am. They fully documented everything and sent me pictures. Brad returned the vehicle to me with the same code it had when I brought it to him, plus another timing related code. Per the pictures below, when the crankshaft mark was aligned, both cam gears were off alignment. In less than 5 business hours, the new shop returned the car to me with no codes, running perfectly, and all the evidence to show that the timing was not fixed correctly by Prestige.Confronted with this information, Brad was defensive, aggressive, dismissive, and insulting to me. Brad refused to cooperate in any way, and did not own up to any of the mistakes mentioned above. I paid him my hard earned money only to be treated this poorly, and the original issue wasnt even fixed, so I had to pay again to have the job done right. Suffice to say, Prestige Import Auto Service will not be trusted to work on my car again.

Just had the worst discussion with an auto mechanic in my life. Of course reading the previous reviews you can guess who Im referring to. Yup, Good O Brad who thinks that he can never make a mistake and will quickly point the issue elsewhere. So I had my mother take her car in to get it looked at because previous shops couldnt not find the issue. So the shop also was unsuccessful finding the issue which is not such a bid deal cuz I know that there will be some vehicles that may have a challenging issue. He had provided a list of items that should be replaced that could potentially be the problem, but once he was told that those parts had just been replaced, he began with the attitude. Therefore, after realizing that his recommendations were completely incorrect, Brad had to admit that his shop could not find the issue, he was unwillingly to continue forward. Furthermore, instead of just admitting that they couldnt fix it, he began his unprofessional response/blame on someone else. Saying, Intentionally Omitting information that certain parts were already replaced I decided that we are not gonna continue working on it. First mistake was assuming that there was intentional omission of info. Second mistake which I brought to his attention was why did he not ask if anything was done to the car? I told him that my mother is not a mechanic so she would not know what was replaced and she could have called myself or my brother. Then later in the discussion he mentioned that he talked to my brother and asked questions. So then I told him, so you did ask the question and this was his response.AT THIS POINT WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKEAt this point he pissed me off and I told him he sounded like Hilary Clinton. Thats when he deiced to hang up on me.This guy should not be in customer service. If there was half a star rating I would select a quarter of that.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They saved me quite a bit over the dealer. I found them with a groupon oil change but have used them since for timing belt, window repair, major tune up. All ran much less than the dealer. Great job and on time.
