The service was great the people very friendly. Everything that needed to be done Group One would call before the work was done to get the ok and let me know the price. Love it and will go back.

Michael helped me out with a transmission issue I was having on my 10 528i. From drop off to pick up he was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly to me. Service techs performed a transmission service and battery change. He kept me up to date the entire time and I always felt that he had my best interests in mind. I also spoke with Chris and Bart for occasional updates and everyone was always willing to help and answer my questions. Car is running great and issue seems to be resolved. Great service, reliable, and trustworthy. Would recommend!

I have a 2014 Porsche Cayenne. The blower for the AC and heat would not work except when it would randomly blow air from the engine and even when the car was off?? I had someone before I took it here tell me they thought it might be the computer :/ Big money. Motorwerks was able to track down the problem. A corroded wire somewhere hidden. They replaced and it works better than ever!!! They kept me informed the whole time and got the part quickly. They did an inspection on the car recommending items I might want to consider looking into having done. My car was spotless when I received it back! I would defiantly recommend and I am SO glad I found my People!! I have been less then impressed at the Porsche dealership.

I own a 1980 911SC and have been a customer of Group One Motorwerks for 11 years. Bart, Mark and their crew have always treated me fairly and honestly. I have complete trust in their knowledge and workmanship on my car. They have never let me down over these past 11 years. They have kept my 40 year old car in top running shape. I truly recommend them.

Bart and his crew are first rate! I made an appointment as a new customer, showed up. they wrote up the work order, arranged for a loaner, and had me on my way. I had a long list of repairs and maintenance items, so I returned the next day, and they meticulously went over everything they worked on. When I was presented the invoice, it was the same as the estimate..no surprises. Im really happy to have found them, and I highly recommend them.

2012 Audi A6 - 69,000 miTook car in for check engine light. They diagnosed the most likely cause that required attention but also made it clear that a more upstream problem could be the cause. That diagnosis would cost about $1000 before repairs. Chris took a lot of time to explain this and was very transparent. In the end, the original fix seems to have solved the issue and the cost was reasonable and certainly cheaper than Audi dealership. STRENGTHS: professional and up-front, no pressure sales. Loaner cars available. Will return for routine maintenance.

Group One Motorwerks diagnosed and fixed my Mercedes slowing issues last year when the dealership could not find the problem. I decided to let them do the Plan B maintenance and was very pleased with service and price. I received a text showing the check list of my vehicle before the call to discuss repairs. Very professional and work completed timely. I will definitely use in the future and encouraged my friends with BMW and Mercedes to go to Group One.

I came in with my one out of 240 Westie Sprinter RV’s engine light on and a history of repairs on the fuel rail. The Sherlock Holmes mechanic, who is very familiar with the workings of Sprinter vans, nailed the problem, put in a new part and wa lah!They have previously helped me by dropping the fuel tank to replace a leaky seal.Also they sometimes have a loaner to offer.I hate to recommend them so highly because if they get too much business I might have to wait for an appointment!!

I found Group One Motorwerks on Google after receiving an outrageous estimate on my 2011 MINi Cooper S Convertible from MINI of Tucson. I had an engine light on the dash, that was later discovered to be a faulty temperature control module. Everyone I encountered at Group One Motorwerks were very friendly and professional. They provided me a written estimate for the original problem I came in for; and also for an oil service and brake flush (regular maintenance items that were soon to be due for my MINI). Never did I feel pressured to get any additional work done - no high pressure sales - only knowledge of my available options. I did select to have all recommended services preformed. They were able to take my car in the very next day and communicated regularly on the progress and completion times. All 3 items I had done by Group One Motorwerks were LESS than what I would have paid to MINI of Tucson. So, if you need repairs and/or service I HIGHLY recommend Group One Motorwerks for their professionalism, excellent service, great communication and fair/reasonable pricing.

Im lucky that Group One is so conveniently located near where I live. I feel taken care of when I take my Volvo there. The attention to detail with my car is appreciated, and I really liked that Don took the time to pop the hood before I left to point out the repairs that had been done.

I’ve used a number of different shops to work on my Porsches over the years, but I’ve never had such a wonderful experience until I discovered Group One Motorwerks. This is probably the best car repair place I have been to in my driving life. Thats saying a lot because Ive been to many and owned a lot of cars. Mercedes is my favorite and these folks have vast knowledge on them and experience that one doesnt run across often. I never write reviews but in this case a Special shout out was much deserved for Groupone Motorworks. I recently moved into town not knowing much about where to take my Mercedes SL500 I reached out and with no obligation on Chris and Barts end they were open to inspect and assist in fixing an issue I was having with my very nice but tricky ABC suspension. Little to no time went by before they had an answer that would solve my issue for a fraction of what the dealership wanted and for what I feel was 100 times better service than I’ve received in a long time. Not only will I trust them for my work going forward but I will have no fears when it comes down to my vehicle getting serviced with them they always provide service at a top notch level. Group One Motowerks is the place to go for top notch customer service, truthful assessment of your vehicles needs, and stellar service! We are full time travelers with a Sprinter van. It is very difficult for us to find someone to work on our make and model and they were more than willing to help us out. They sent a detailed overview to us of everything they looked at and they allow you to approve the work via email. They also allowed us to stay in our van in their lot over night as they were waiting on a part! The price was right for the quality of work and all the staff were engaging and truly cared about the service they did. Highly recommend!

I have a 2002 Mercedes E320 that I love. I always thought I had to take it to the dealership to get serviced. I was introduced to Group One Motorwerks by a friend and I am so happy with the work they did and the way they explained it to me. They offered me a loaner car which was also a Mercedes at no extra cost. When they delivered my car it was spotless they washed it for me. Unfortunate waste of time. Was quoted a reasonable price for a oil change (less than dealer) on my Audi over the phone when I made my appointment. When I dropped my car off after work I was told they couldnt get to it until the next day and was offered a loaner vehicle. The loaner was an old, gas guzzling Mercedes mini van that reeked of cigarette smoke, oil and grease. Ironically I was told not to smoke in the vehicle and to refuel before returning. When I complained about the smell I was told there was no other vehicle available and reminded that it was a Mercedes. Unfortunately I was unpreparred to wipe the steering wheel before driving home. When I did, it took multiple disinfectant wipes to remove the filth and stickiness from the steering wheel. The turning signal and gear shift controls were equally filthy. The next day I received a phone call at noon with an update on my vehicle. No work had been done (again, I brought it specifically for an oil change) and I was told my 55,000 mile maintenance would be over $700 (more than the dealer quote). I reminded Don that I had brought the vehicle in for an oil change only. He then gave me a new quote of $140 (again, more than the dealer). I explained that this was not what I was quoted over the phone and he said hed talk to the owner and get back to me. When he called back he explained that what I was originally quoted was parts and labor only. When I asked why anyone would not quote the entire price he said it must have been a misunderstanding. I explained that no other figures had been given by the person who booked my appointment but there was apparently no record of who booked my appointment and Don politely insisted that I misunderstood and took no responsibility for the error. I explained that my only reason for making the appointment with Group One was because their quote was less than the dealer and reviews of their business indicated the same. I was then asked if I wanted to bring the loaner vehicle back and pick up my car to which I gladly agreed. While Don was polite and professional I am disappointed by the incorrect quote and the unsanitary condition of the loaner vehicle. What a horrible experience and total waste of time! I still need a oil change.

Bart Lind and his people are outstanding. They have been servicing my Porsches and BMWs for years. Their quality workmanship is consistently excellent, they are honest and fair along with being easy to work with and highly service oriented. They are not a discount shop but in a whole lot of ways I have always felt I received what I paid for. Even though I now live on the far N/W side and their location is not as convenient as it used to be; there is no where else I would I would take my higher end vehicles to. Just had another fantastic experience.Bart & Don took on an unusual repair for a unique option on my 2007 CLK 500.The part drawing was old an difficult to understand because it didn’t present 360 degree views. They started by acquiring the part that allowed the least expensive solution. The installation was more challenging and therefore took much longer than expected because hydraulic lines for the convertible top and unique trunk release mechanism could be compromised but Bart stood behind his original quote. The repair and my total experience with Bart & Don again exceeded my expectations. I always recommend Group One to all my friends.

Dear customersThe mechanic came back to me and said that I had a tube torn and had to be replaced. I asked if that was the problem and he said 100%. I got to pick up the car I paid $ 476After a one-mile trip, I noticed that nothing had changed. The problem was the same. I went back to the garage and checked and told me to come back tomorrow. I was sure I was going to give the car back. I went to the dealer in Grant.They hooked up the car to the computer and put it on a completely different problem. I paid another $ 500 and took the carI said to him that he had changed a part of me that did not need to be replaced. And he would return the money for the part, he would not. I asked for the old part. He said that they had collected the garbage and did not have it.So my mother does not recommend getting him to repair this garage is unreliable. Non professional. In addition, do not know to admit they made a mistake. My recommendation is better to pay a little more and go to the dealership of Mercedes

I have a 2015 Mini Cooper, and it is hard to know who to trust other than the dealer. This shop did a full diagnostic test just to confirm that while I just brought it in for an oil change, that was indeed all it needed. Great communication and the price was what I expected it to be. I will be going back here.

I have depended on Group One Motorwerks (GOM) for the care and maintenance of my Porsche for over four years. I have never been disappointed. In fact, I have more trust in GOM than in the local Tucson Porsche service department. I recommend GOM to all owners of German vehicles. GOM service technicians are well trained and experienced. GOM is also a authorized Porsche service center.

Im a college student with a limited budget. I had several issues with my e320 with a misfire and bad motor mounts. This business was extremely respectful of me and did not condescend me in any way due to my age (like countless other businesses have). Plus, my e320 runs like a dream again! 110% worth the price I paid. I will be coming back again!

I had an appointment for an alignment. They REALLY wanted me to drop it off, but I was not able to. So instead they just inspected the car. The next day my A/C hose starts leaking, and the convertible hydraulic seals start leaking. I do not believe in coincides, and I am not happy that I had made the appointment for one thing, and they did something else. ……..Ok. that was the con, the pros, they were very nice.

The people at Group One listened to my description of the problem with my Cayenne, analyzed the location of the problem and dealt with it promptly in a fair priced and efficient manner. i recommend them with no reservation. When I came to pick up my car i was met by the owner, Mark, who had test driven the car and pronounced it sound. My car had been washed and cleaned.

The service at Group One just gets better and better! I dont know what Id do without them. They take great care of my car but they also take great care of me - keeping my busy life uninterrupted by the unexpected needs of my little car.Ive had lots of people take care of lots of cars for me over the years, but I have never felt as comfortable with anyone in the past as I do with everyone at Group One. Appointments are available on my schedule, the service is completed within the time frame predicted, charges are VERY reasonable, AND everyone I talk with is enormously pleasant and helpful. I have a Smart and hated having to go to Chandler for service, but I find the experience here far better than I did at the Mercedes dealership.

I took my Smart Car into Group One to get a head light bulb replaced yesterday. Arriving just after opening, there were already three people getting service. I thought that there was little hope in getting in and out in less than an hour. Imagine my surprise when I was told that my car was ready right after I had finished a good cup of coffee, compliments of Group One. I am very grateful for their quick and friendly service.

Made an appointment and brought in my vehicle. Asked for a service they did not perform instead asked to do a level 2 on the vehicle for $275 and leave it overnight after waiting hours... I have my own diagnostic tool and left with more problems than i began with. Smh... I wish i had an experience as the ones ive read.. For me was a waste of time. I just wanted my fuel injectors cleaned. Even brining it in couldnt get a quote. What i wanted done didnt matter... Just pay more money just to look at it.. I write honest reviews have 3000 plus following. I wouldve listened to what my customer wanted and given suggestions. But ultimately the customer is always right. They should get what they ask for. I wont be hustled sorry not sorry. Reply.( I did find someone shortly after this post that was able to repair my vehicle. And no did not call a week later asking about fuel injectors. I asked how much it would cost for a flush during the initial check. I called a week later for a quote for a different service as i forgot to remove you from my list as i stated above waste of my time. You probably meet alot of people im not offended you dont remember details.

It was by misfortune that my van had an engine failure away from home. It was my good luck that it happened in Tucson. Bad luck had this happen before Thanksgiving. Group One Motorwerks did everything they could to have me on the road before the beginning of a four day weekend. The harmonic balancer the Sprinter required simply couldnt be had in this timeframe. Understanding my situation, Motorwerks helped me secure lodging. This was a generous act that helped me greatly. Its something to be thankful for. Besides being wonderful people, these are top shelf mechanics.I needed to choose a repair garage with only an internet search to guide me. I gambled on Group One Moterwerks and came out a winner!

The work done on my 2013 BMW 328i xDrive was high quality with OEM parts. They cleaned my car afterward and gave me a BMW as a loaner car. Their price was about $200 less than what the dealership quoted me for rear brake pads and rotors.

As my Porsche gets older, I feel less inclined to go to the dealership, especially since I only recently moved to the area, and my old dealership is now too far away (by a thousand miles). In searching for a new shop to do my regular service, I wanted a place with a solid reputation for working on German cars that wasnt going to gouge me, try to rip me off and sell me unnecessary work, and not cost an arm and a leg.I brought it in first thing in the morning, got the keys to a free loaner, and went home (I work from home). Bart called a short time later with his estimate, which bore no surprises, and then had the work done, as promised. When I picked it up, Bart reviewed a couple things that may come up in the future, including the front brakes. He said the brake wear light would come on any day now and sure enough, two days later, there it was.Great shop, great service, and my Porsche will be back.
