Once again Integrity has brought my beloved 1994 Honda back up to speed . “Clover”, (yes I have named my car of twenty five years), had a minor timing issue . The car wouldn’t start, so they did diagnostics and found the problem. It was quick and less expensive than I anticipated. Great people, been using them for a number of years, no problems.

I thought that I had a lot more wrong with my front end than just a simple alignment since my front tires wore out on the inside quickly. But Troy and the team gave me an honest and accurate appraisal of my repair needs and the alignment was all they charged me for, instead of possibly replacing other unnecessary front end parts. When my car lost power I had it towed to Integrity Automotive & Diesel. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me a reasonable quote. They finished the repairs quickly and under the estimated cost. I highly recommend them.

I have been bringing my 1987 Ford F250 in for service and repairs since relocating here from Montana.The staff at Integrity are always friendly and professional. They always take as long as necessary to review and explain a problem and never proceed with a repair without first discussing it, regardless of how small. They are very knowledgeable and will take as long as necessary to find a problem and repair it.I would not consider taking my truck elsewhere.

They are busy for a reason because they do good work! They were kind and helpful throughout our air conditioning woes. I explained the situation and they gave me an idea of what the problem could be and scheduled me in for the following week. They fixed the problem within the day and we are happily driving in 114 degree weather with a cold AC! Thank you!!

At first I though the staff person was trying to intimate me, because I am a lady? With how much everything I asked about was $1,000 and more. I had thumping on diver side undercarraige, Im in college and money is limited. Please just do what you can do to help my situation so I can be free of worries without fear of going without food or a roof over my head.

Great experience!! I called ahead to schedule an appointment. I showed up a few minutes early and they were ready to go. They estimated an hour for the work and they beat that estimate by 15 minutes. Exceeded my expectations with great communication during the visit and detail of a plan for future work. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly and professional. Felt super safe with masks and social distancing. Prices were equal to or less than other shops I called so I felt like I got a better deal because of the service. Nissan frontier 06. Clutch pak was replaced. Flywheel and a oil filter adapter seal and 2 cam seal. 2376.00. I priced it through another shop it was less money. I was told shops add 85% for price of doing business normal everywhere. Well a cam seal cost 12$ there was 2 replaced i was charged 150. 85 % of 12 is 10.5. So that would be 12 +12+10.5+10.5. For a total of 42$ 150 -42=108$ seems high you tell me. A oil filter adapter seal was 175 i priced it through the other shop i think it was 6$ again 86% is 4.25. 4.25 + 6 =10.25. 150 -10.25 139.75. Seems high you tell me. The clutch pak I cant remember now what it cost but will add more with the info in front of me I will be adding photos of the other shops estimate with pricing for parts. I asked them to look at my ac. Blower wasnt working I was told it was a fuse or relay. They said it worked afterwards and it did blow. But before I took it here I had it a another shop and they ran the ac pressure. Tested it no leaks, and it was a lil low less than 2 smaller cans but was told need to come back the shop was closing next day clutch melted. While fixing clutch I asked to check it they said its now functioning properly. After I got my truck I received in the mail a thamk you card and while we had your vehicle our technician noticed......After the clutch was done it wasnt adjusted properly was engaging at the top not the floor. The other shop the one I will add the photos of the estimate adjusted the clutch. I had said that I spent 2376.00 and my ac is blowing now but isnt cold. They laughed at the cost. They put it back in the ac system diagnostic and it had absolutely no freeon they ran a 2nd leak test but it held the pressure for almost an hour. They asked me why it had.no freeon when 2 weeks ago they topped it off. Then the same day I received the thank you letter from integrity. I wasnt told when I picked it up that they purged the ac I was told it now works blower motor works just a relay. Didnt mention they purged freeon. The clutch was still acting weird took it back to integrity they said slave or master cylinder before they bled the line so now they bled line will update soon.

Its hard to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. That is exactly what you get with Integrity Automotive. They have fixed several issues that other shops said or couldnt fix. Highly recommended!

My 2006 Sprinter diesel broke while i was traveling thru Tuscon, using the van to sleep and live! I googled diesel repair and found Integrity auto.Blue answered the phone and I was immediately put at ease, i knew Id be taken care of and I WAS!!!! Troy explained everything in detail, and Joe fixed my baby up PERFECTLY!!! The whole crew got me in and out QUICK when they found out I was using my van to travel the country. I would recommend this shop for ANY auto needs, but ESPECIALLY for your Sprinter Van!!!!

I had trouble with my car they gave me good advice.

I came in on a Friday with a coolant leak. Blue the customer representative helped me and did a test and found the water pump had failed. They replaced my whole water pump kit and timing belt and thermostat the same day. Luckily all the parts were on hand. They even drove me home as I didnt live too far and came picked me up from my home. Jordan the mechanic did a great job! I am very happy with their service. Thank you guys for the Awesome Service! Couldnt be happier with the service that I received while my vehicle was being repaired at Integrity! I had just purchased a used vehicle from a dealership in town with a 2 month warranty...and OF COURSE 2 months and 2 weeks later my check engine light came on! I took it to the dealership who didnt want to help me out in the slightest, then proceeded to quote me over $800 dollars to get it fixed. Frustrated, I decided to shop shops in town...trying to keep it local. A colleague of mine recommended Integrity so I figured Id give them a shot. I was received by friendly & knowledgeable staff who took care plus some. I was given a ride to AND from work back to the shop and paid a fraction of what the dealership quoted me. I highly recommend this shop!

My daughter is going to school in Tuscon and had some issues with her car. She took her car to Integrity with what I thought was a charging problem and I was expecting a big bill. Blue called me for information and was very professional and helpful. Turned out it wasnt the charging system, just a minor repair and no up sale which would have been easy money. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Tightened my filter too tight on the last change. Had major issues removing it, then broke it off.Highly suggest avoiding this place, they were very rude about messing up my car.

This was my first time at Integrity, and I was very pleased with the service. I needed to wait at the shop, and they diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way with a fix in about 3 hours. I was also pleased that they worked out a fix that was really cost effective for me. I definitely will be back when I need another repair!

I have a very good friend who runs a shop in Phoenix and I always used to get him to look over everything Integrity wanted to do or did do. He said that it was exactly what he would have done, but that it was cheaper than he could do it for. I have used them for about 15 years or more and they have always been super friendly, honest and great to work with. I can not give them enough stars! It is great to know you can take your truck or car somewhere and trust what they are telling you.

They try to make the customer Happy but time frames they give are a little shaky if your driving a diesel cause only 1 diesel mechanic He does his best to keep up with work load but occassionally gets buried in his workload

Very recently, my car refused to start on one rainy morning in Tucson. I suspected the battery right away and was hoping that was the only problem as anything else would be, well, a more expensive fix! I know Don Meeker at Integrity Automotive and spoke with him about my issue and he arranged for a tow truck to get my car and to take it to Integrity for examination. A service tech called me several times during the day to keep me informed of the progress of the servicing, which was very much appreciated. The Integrity staff suspected there might be a problem beyond the battery, so they went ahead and performed a full electrical check to see if there were any additional problems. Fortunately, that was not the case, so they successfully changed the battery. They even stayed open past closing time so I could get the car on the same day. Overall, I found the attention to detail, quality, and friendliness of the Integrity staff to be top rate, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you want or need your car serviced, give them a call. Youll be happy that you did!

(I’m even starting to understand some of it!)Everyone I talked with was patient, articulate, and friendly (Don, Blue, Dawn, Jordan, Josh). Even Barb who shuttled me back and forth between the shop and my home was friendly and helpful. They all helped get me over the hump of learning how to take care of this vehicle and what to expect. They have been fantastic about letting me know what is important to take care of, what I don’t need to worry about right now, and what things I should just learn to live with in an older vehicle. It’s felt like they are looking out for my budget as well as my Jeep.Even though I have to drive across town to get to them, it’s worth it. The first diesel mechanic I tried was not a good communicator and did not know how to work with a newbie like me and ended up costing me $900 in repairs because they didn’t help me understand the importance of dealing with a particular issue proactively.
