Great wheel repair and very reasonable prices. Lots of wheels flow through this shop. My wheels were out of round, they were some old factory wheels, that you cannot find anywhere anymore, they repair them to like brand new, even refinished then, came out beautiful! Will be coming back of I ever have problems in the future!

Kent “forgot” about my wheels for 4 months after multiple in person visits and phone calls. Took them around the block & they were done in a week. No apology, no personal accountability. Judging by all the positive reviews, I’m giving the benefit of the doubt that this was a fluke. Just felt I had to post this due to the quick turnaround elsewhere.

The work wasnt show quality but they were able to fix my bent wheel and get me back on the road the same day. Saved me $3k, so I would recommend them if you need to have a wheel repaired.

I Have never done business with them before and called for my first time with a few questions, the female representative I spoke with was very rude. My biggest complaint about her rude behavior is not what she said but the way she said it. I almost felt like I was asking stupid questions, by her responses. I have worked the automotive industry professionally as a certified mechanic since I graduated high school (graduated a year early) so I can insure you my questions were not dumb questions, even if they were I still shouldnt have felt that way by the customer service of a business. My experience has driven me to take my money elsewhere.

They had my rim back in a few days. Had a crack and was bent. Very professional and I am more than satisfied about my experience there!!! Best in Tucson!!!

First off I called and spoke to Kendra the manager about getting 2 tires flipped on a set of wide 3 piece import style wheels, she first turned my business down saying they dont dismount and re mount tires UNLESS they physically repair the wheels, which is bull because they literally mounted the exact same wheels months prior. Turned me away and sent me to jack furriers on Palo Verde to have the worst case scenario happen. The tire tech took my wheels apart which is a big no no and didnt properly reseal the two barrels together which obviously created a leaky tires. Went to pick them up and they wouldnt even hold a pound of air because as I said before, the tire techs never resealed them. So after a debate with the manager he then returned me back to Nu Wheel to have the wheels resealed. Again I spoke dealt with Kendra. She said no problem we can get them done in a week tops. 1 week later I call and she sent my wheels back to the same jack furriers that initially screwed up. I began to question why they would do that and her exact words were we have the right to pick and choose what bussines we do and with who! What kind of manager says that to begin with. I then asked to speak to owner because as I stated before, they were the shop that mounted them TWO times before. She says he isnt there, yet every time Ive called the guy is never there. Do yourself a favor if you have nice wheels.... take them to an actual shop that has experience and smarts enough to dismount and re mount a set of tires properly and save yourself the headache of dealing with Kendra.

Called this morning to see if they could fix a wheel on my classic car which I just recently purchased and didnt know much about, the lady on the phone was very rude and was NOT helpful at all with answering my questions, when asking questions she was very short tempered and unpleasant to talk to, I kindly asked for the manager to get some more information and was hung-up on, I will NEVER go here for any work and will continue to spread this information to all my hot rod and car enthusiast friends in Tucson AZ!! Very helpful and curtious. I couldnt lift the tire and wheel so a nice gentleman came out to my truck and checked out my problem.

While in the southern Baja of Mexico, we hit a major pothole and bent the wheel on the van beyond repair. We were only days away from heading back North and unable to source a replacement in time for our departure. I got on the internet, found Kent and NuWheel, within 3 days Kent had found us a wheel and had it shipped to his shop. I offered to pay ahead of time and Kent refused. I had contacted a few other Tucson shops who claimed to have wheels for anything and got responses like no we don.t have it, no offer to try to get us one. We managed to make it to Tucson on the donut spare, was in and out of the shop in 30 minutes.We were charged a very fair price and the service was excellent and professional. Good work but hard to get in

Pretty expensive wheel powdercoating prices. Anything that is not black grey or silver costs more due to being a special color lol. No military discounts. No cash payment discounts. Business must be booming for them cuz they were not willing to work with me at all...

Terrible place. My son went there to get a new wheel. This was at least a week before Christmas. They ordered the wrong one. Poor customer service.

Had a cracked mag. Over the phone estimate $125-$150 was told take four days got it back in two and only $100.
