My husband and I have gone to many different mechanics for different issues over the years until we came across Eddie and his wife, they are the friendliness trustworthy people we have ever dealt with in this business. They explain what Eddie is going to fix, how much it is going to be and have even taken off Diagnostic charges. When my ac broke and Eddie fixes it, they called and made just to check up and see how it was going. We will not be going to any one else 👏🏻👏🏻

One of the most unprofessional car shops I ve seen my entire life. I took my car there because my car’s top was rattling. They claimed to fix it but it was nt at all. And then they ghosted me for the past 2 months after at least 15 voice mails I left to the owner. Noone returned them. All I asked for was for the mechanic to take another look, or if not, refund my money. I am very disappointed!

I highly recommend payless as your go to auto repair shop. Diana in the office was my first contact and she made me feel so comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and broke all my repairs down for me. I thought my car was on its last leg and Eddie the mechanic saved my car. They are very honest and the repairs were very affordable. I know my car was a nightmare but he knew exactly what to do. Thank you Diana and Eddie for all you did and are still doing. Thank YOU FROM the bottom of my heart.

I took in my 96 Honda Accord. I thought this car was at deaths door, and was on her way out. 1.5 days later, she is driving like a new vehicle! The owners are knowledgeable and so personable. I would give 10 stars if I could. Eddie and Deana are friendly, honest and provided me with amazing service and great rates! I had suspension issues and was feeling very unsafe on the road. By the time Eddie was finished with the repairs, my vehicle drove smoother than it did when I first purchased it 2 1/2 years ago! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much!

The front right of my car was damaged after I was driven off the road by someone who didnt believe in using turn signals apparently. After much research, I came across Payless Automotive, per their excellent reviews.The reviews didnt let me down, it THE BEST automotive repair shop I have ever been to!!Diana was incredibly sweet and kind, while Eddie went above and beyond the work that needed to be done on my car. In fact I had actually ordered a headlight through them, thinking I could install it myself and low and behold, when I went to pick up my car after an alignment, Eddie put it in himself, no charge!They were very honest and fair about what needed to get done and how much it would cost. We all know fixing cars isnt cheap, but after working with them, the entire ordeal seemed more manageable and less daunting.I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone that needed to get their car fixed. 10/10!!!

My first visit was to fix an oil leak...2 years later today I wouldn’t trust any of my cars to any other technician.Competitive rates for a professional shop, friendly owners, jobs well done, no excuses, always available and your car gets fixed promptly.So far no job has been too big for Eddie, I call it the one stop shop. From a tire patch to a transmission reconstruction. I appreciate these people.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. As a woman, I dont feel belittled when asking follow up questions to whats being explained to me. Overall, this establishment is very well managed and taken care of. With Deana behind the scenes running this company, and Eddie being the lead mechanic, these two are making a killer duo in this line of work!

Eddie does good work and is a devoted mechanic and perfectionist in what he does. Diana is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. I am planning on having more cars worked on int eh future.

This is the ONLY place I trust with my BMW, the owner Eddie, his wife and staff have always treated me well. No matter what the job, it is always done right and the prices are always fair. I have never had an issue with them or their service. They are honest and take the time to explain and show you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. They dont try to charge you for things you dont need. I would highly recommend them for your automotive needs.
