Brought my wifes SUV in for some suspension work first thing in the morning. Within a couple hours, Matt called me with a full diagnosis and a quote for repair. I cannot rave enough about this shop. As a woman we are oft ignored and bypassed when it comes to vehicle repairs and service. We are spoken over, they’ll speak to the male with us etc. I have never felt more respected and HEARD as a human being. Our vehicle broke down and we had it towed to the dealer. The dealer wouldn’t have time for 3 weeks to fit it in. This place got us in the same day, after noon actually, and repaired everything before 5 for us to pick it up. The costs were about 1/4 of my expectation. To be respected, heard and not taken advantage of will have us using this shop for any and all future needs. Please don’t change.💖

Unbelievably rude. I called to get a quote for my vehicle. They quoted me and I asked to make an appointment. MATT asked me for my name and phone number for the appointment, then asked for my home address. You dont need my personal information for a engine coolant flush. I politely refused which baffled Matt. He said forget it, and hung up. I called back to ask what had happened and he said. if you cant provide me your personal information then I cant provide you service for your vehicle..... I thought this was an autoshop not the IRS... also I just found a place with more reviews for half the price. See ya

One of the blend door actuators was bad and making a nocking noise and was letting hot air come through the drivers vents. I thought it would take a few days to fix but they had it done same day and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend One Stop and I will be using them alot.

While traveling down south during the winter, our air conditioner loss charge, I happen to be a few blocks away from one stop automotive and repair service in Tucson AZ and could not of been happier with the service that we received. An hour and a half later we were out the door and the air conditioner was as cold as can be and still is.The service technicians were clear, concise and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. We got to visit with the owner, Randall and the office manager and felt like we were back at home in Nebraska.If you are ever in this area with any automotive problems I highly recommend 1 stop automotive.I give them 5 stars!!

The One Stop team has been my mechanic for several years. They are always professional and thorough with my vehicles. One experience sticks out in my mind when I was sitting in the office waiting. There was an elderly couple needing to get there AC worked on. The gentleman had spoke with them to troubleshoot what the problem may be. Now keep in mind this was in the middle of our hot hot summers. We must have been at 110 for over a week. They found the problem, and found an affordable solution. They could have replaced the whole system and made their money, But they didnt. What they did do was find a switch, a small switch that needed to be replaced and only charged them a very small amount. I know if that were my aging parents I would have been very pleased.

Randall and his staff are top notch! I took my civic there because of a slightly delayed start and I was prepared for it to be a lot of money. They looked at it and said everything was in good shape and theres no need to replace anything in the ignition or fuel system. They also noticed my AC was not very affective so they swapped the filters and I was actually cold on the way home!I just moved to town and Im super happy that I found a mechanic that I can trust to do the right thing for me and my family!

The owner, Randall and his left hand person, Matt are awesome. I have been taking my car to One Stop Automotive for almost a year. They are great. They will give me estimate and suggest what to do first, then next and then next when I could not do it all at once. Also, I recently stopped off two times recently because of a knocking noise and a cover near wheel basin was coming off. They Fixed the cover near the wheel basin in 5 minutes. No charge. With the knocking noise, Randall took it for a test drive and then looked under the car. Some piece was hitting another piece and was easily fixed. No charge. I was concerned it was my muffler or something worse and it was going to be expensive but it wasnt. If you are looking for a car shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and reliable I would highly recommend One Stop Automotive.

Matt was a great guy. Diagnosed my water pump problem in a couple of minutes,. He ordered a new pump and had my car back to me all fixed on the scheduled day. He found a burned out fog light as well. That was good because I use them as my daytime running lights.He beat the pants of Miller Jeep who wanted $180 to diagnose.

Awesome service! Called in AM and Matt told come on in, we can take care of it while you wait. My need was replacing the front turn signal bulbs. Got to 1 stop, and Matt recalled me, and quickly got my truck in. I took a walk and was surprised when Matt called only 10 or so minutes into my walk. When I returned to the office Matt wished me Happy Thanksgiving and said no charge. In this day and time, service of this level is nearly extinct. Thanks to Matt and the team at One stop automotive. Ill be back if I have other repair needs on my truck.

I had a fan go out in my ac and they knew I didn’t have much money to fix the other side that was going out. I received a call the next day letting me know when they had found a cheaper fan for my car. I was really touched by that effort and it really showed me they care about their customers! I also never feel like they are taking advantage of me because I am a woman. They are very honest and I’m happy to be a customer.

I had a tire going flat & took it to One Stop. Not only did they receive me warmly but they found a second tire was also going flat. They removed both & took them to the tire shop where I had purchased them & gave me a ride home. They picked up the repaired tires, remounted them & as if thats not enough service, they had also taken my car through the car wash before picking me up!! Just this past Friday, as I was driving on 22nd St. a coolant low signal lit up on my dash & I went straight to One Stop. Heres what they did. . They took my car in immediately, checked & topped off the coolant, checked & topped off the window washer fluid & checked the oil. Then they refused to let me pay anything! Told me its what i deserve for being a good customer! These men are always in a great mood & make me feel very secure in the knowledge that my 20 yr old Volvo is in the best hands in town. May 2019 Update: Weve been going to Randy and One Stop for years and we wont change who cares for our cars anytime soon. Randy impressed me with the very first car we brought to him, a 1967 Supernatural Impala to give it an honest assessment. I was shocked when he came back with this HUGE list of things he noticed...and....then proceeded to place them priority. Going over the list, most of it was this can wait a while, but keep it in mind and there were a few that were this needs to be done to keep you safe. Thats not something you usually hear from mechanics. Most recently, I bought a 2001 Monte Carlo SS as a new toy. He gave it a total inspection. Again, he was completely honest and I left the shop knowing I could trust the vehicle completely. Every now and then he follows up with a phone call to make sure the car is still running well.

Sorry you guys were too expensive. No need to catch an attitude bro. Charging me 350 for a 200 dollar worth of work.Everywhere I went it’s a reasonable price. 150 -200. Then I go there and I asked for a price match and they hit me with 350. I was like what are you guys doing to my car. Then he caught an attitude and didn’t even let me finish talking.
