A lovely little shop absolutely filled to the Brim with everything beading! We went in looking for crystals and came out with fun beads and pewter pieces.The ladies working the shops were friendly and helpful. I look forward to revisiting soon!

Such a wonderful store! Ive been meaning to leave a review, but kept forgetting to do so! I bought so many great beads over the summer and stocked up on a ton of beautiful beads. Sandy, the owner is SO helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of beads and she even does fun little offers depending on the holidays! I dont agree with the review of the store being cluttered or why anyone would give this store anything less than five stars! The store is well organized and the ladies there are always extremely helpful so they make it extremely easy to find things. Once I start to run low on beads, I will definitely be returning. Love the staff and the array of beads! Cannot say enough good things about Sandras store! I am definitely a happy customer! Thank you!

This is a great bead store. Sandra the owner and her 2 friends who work with her are very nice individuals. A really nice selection of beads, Bali silver, and supplies. If you are into beading this store is a must.

What a fabulous store! I initially came to browse beads and get back in to making jewelry. Since that visit, Ive not only gotten into making jewelry but have purchased and gotten inspiration from the many artisans who have work on display.Sandra, the owner is a priceless gem. She knows her products, has a wealth of knowledge and is happy to offer advice to budding anf experienced artists. She surrounds herself with awesome people including Deborah who had made several pieces I purchased and Rose who continually tempts me with vintage clip on earrings and pins. The shop has many local artisans offering classes for all experience levels.Elegant Beads is also one of the only shops around that does repairs for a fair price and with high quality.Whenever I am in Tucson I always make a visit(s) to Elegant Beads.

The place smelled awful! Idk if they a cat or something but it smelled like ammonia. Its almost too cluttered to shop comfortably.

Elegant Beads and Artisan Gallery is the best bead store in town for my needs. It has the best selection of gemstone beads, crystals, metal findings (especially silver), and unexpected treasures of any store in Tucson. The ambiance is peaceful and very happy. The owner, Sandi, is extremely nice and helpful. Shell help you find a single item or put together everything you need for an entire project and probably make you laugh before you leave. The store provides a wide range of classes, many set up one-on-one at your convenience. The store also does a wide range of jewelry repairs. Finally, its probably the best-kept secret in town for unique, handmade jewelry by Tucson artists.

This is the only bead store that has absolutely stolen my heart. As soon as I set foot in the store, I am transported to a magical land of beads. You can tell that the space has been created with a lot of care and love. The owner is wonderful and the quality of beads are lovely. I simply cannot go to any other brad store. Sandra the owner was very open about the necklaces I brought in to fix or add length too. Couple of neck chains I could not get the pendants on. She may have had a class going. The store was overwhelming full beads and so much more. She also creates necklaces . Fun to explore.

I was walking Westward on Speedway, my first day visiting in Tucson from Canada, when I happened upon this bead store. I was greeted by two adorable miniature poodles. After petting and greeting them, I gazed upwards to be stuck by a truly beautiful store. Sandra has merchandised all her beads and stones in beautiful, perfectly polished, glassware. The effect is dazzling - each piece of silver or glass reflecting light from all angles.She has a very large selection of bali silver, glass, stone, crystal, Tibetan, and biological beads. She has a long standing passion the these gifts of the earth - demonstrated by her knowledge of each beads origin, her care in helping her patrons find that elusive bead they are imagining, and her impressive rock collection that sits on her office window sill.Sandra’s kind spirit was evident in all of our interactions. Her friend that helps out in the store, Rose, was a pleasure to speak with as well.A very pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Thank you Sandra!

Visited the store about a year ago, just popped in after noticing it. My initial impression was the store was elegant, colorful, well layed out~strands of beads along the walls with an array of lovely tables with cups, crystal stemware and lovely bowls holding more ornate focal type beads. There was a trunk sale going on with great discounts on a favorite bead makers wares. The prices were reasonalbe, lower on many items I purchase frequently at another local store. I avoid big box stores if at all possible to keep our local economy strong. I met one artist who sold beautiful jewelry she made at this shop. The jewelry designer was very content with the mutually beneficial set up she had with the owner. It turned out the woman who rang me up was an owner! After speaking with her for a bit and purchasing a few items, I wanted to give them all or most of my business!! The only drag, for me, is their store is across town for me, so its not really practical. I highly recommend this store and stop by any time Im Out East in Tucson !

Best bead store in Tucson. The owner Sandy is a warm person and very knowledgeable about beads and beading.

The place is to cluttered, not enough room to walk around in. Not enough seed beads to purchase. They have more stones and pearls which is alright for those who want to use those items for the jewelry one makes.
