Only rating 3 stars because I feel businesses should stay on top of hours posted on Google for courtesy of customer’s time. Says opens at 9am so I figured couldn’t hurt to wait a few more minutes. I waited for 20 mins, until security guard told me they don’t usually come in until 930-10am, then left because I had to go to work. Update: thanks for apologizing, just so you know though, the hours posted on your physical door also say from 9AM. Maybe update everywhere.

Wonderful owner and products. I was there when he unloaded his truck full of boxes.

They have a great selection of hair for braiding or crochet. The owners are so kind, helpful and welcoming. Its an hour from my home but I drive to this one over all the other hair supply stores in Tucson.

Favorite place to go to find wigs etc. Not overwhelming with too much stuff, like most private own hair supply stores. Owner gives a percentage of your purchase to the church you support or attend.... Wow. He remembers you, youre treated with great respect.

The best hair store in Tucson. The owner is super kind. Let them know if its your first time there, they have a point system that can give you money off if you shop often. Wide selection of wigs that are neatly organized. Great braiding and crochet selection too. Nice clean store with lower cost hair. Id recommend going here first before Lees or Wabas

Nice variety for hair. Great service. The man who runs the store was very helpful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish they had more hair product variety.

Unless you’re looking for a wig or hair products don’t bother stopping here. If you’re looking for Freetress products I suggest you call first. They stock the very bare minimum of this popular product for braiding and crochet latch hook. Very disappointed with the managers choice in not caring a wider range of braiding hair. From my understanding the laws for beauty supply stores prevent them from carrying the same hair brands to discourage competing.... duh shouldn’t it be buyers choice?

Han was very helpful selecting a wig and explaining its care. They have a good selection of styles and colors. We were quite pleased.

Nice selection Staff needs to be more attentive and definitely needs training in personality and no custonwr relations. l felt like the Staff didnt like Folks being inquisitive.

This place is a hidden gem...much better than the beauty supply store at Grant Rd and 1st Ave...no shade.

I can always come to hair club and find the products that I need but they are always over priced. I do apreciate the fact that they have the freetress equal hair because they have some of the best synthetic wigs however the wigs are over priced just because we are in Tucson when, I was in TX the max I would pay for a synthetic wig was $25 the synthetic wigs here are like $45 to $60 dollars and it is too hot to be spending over $60 on a synthetic wig. The guy that is running the store is very friendly I just wish they were more affordable on prices of the products is all.

My go to beauty supply store great customer service and I love the fact he tries to save his customers $$$ by offering a bonus card and he stamps the card with every visit and purchase of $20 or more with that being said 10 stamps will give you a $10 credit on your next purchase 😘

Doesn’t answer phone and on the door it said it opens at 9:30 I’ve been out here for over 10 minutes or more now pass the time and they still haven’t open
