I love this bath and body works location. You dont have to delve into a mall to get to this store but rather its got its own little corner nook in the Tucson Spectrum. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU SIGN UP FOR THEIR EMAIL DEALS. They have sales each week rotating their products like aromatherapy, body care, candles, hand sanitizers, etc. For example, today the hand soaps were the deal of the day. I will be back soon!

We get coupons in the mail that we love to use here. The deals are great. Store is always so clean, well stock and organized. Service is so friendly and helpful. One staff helped me pick a new body spray after I described what I wanted.

Gelica was great in helping g me. All staff was friendly. I went in right near closing and everyone was still in a good mood

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the wonderful smell of a scented candle they had going.The smell was so inviting!You feel compelled to go in and see whats going on in the rest of the store, lolThey have all these new and wonderful scents to choose from.After smelling what seemed like almost everything in the store, I ended sticking to my favorites, lolBut it was so amazing being in there. I go during the week during the day since its not as crowded and I can browse as slow as I want. The set up is nice and organized because B&BW has SO MUCH stuff, but I can grab and pay as well. The employees are pretty helpful here, I wish I could remember her name but she was super helpful and her suggestions were on point, I bought most of the candles she suggested (I went in to buy 6 but didnt know what other scents I wanted). Its the only B&BW where I can count on someone helping me without seeming like they would really rather be else where.

Wanted to go...it was showing not busy but when you get there a long line all the way to old navy .....Thats crazy.....

Always very helpful and great you when you walk in, makes for a nice visit. I always find something new and nicely fragrant. Make sure u sign up for emails you get awesome coupons. My only complaint is the glass bottles for the aromatherapy lotions, when u have a fourth of the bottle left u cant get it out, and tipping it upside down overnight doesnt help. Other than that, awesomeness.

Too many smells and ALL seasonal. Who wants to smell like a pine tree or a cactus... not me. Bought what i thought Id like and not the same when i got home. Horrible smells. Prob will wait to be gifted so i dont waste my money again.

Only greeted with a hello.. no help.. no assistance. Way over priced. Was there for 20 minutes. Did not buy one thing! We even washed our hads with an item we liked.. but 4 $16.50 for a body scrub hell no way! No one told us about the sales. Nothing. I actually asked about a product and said its over there only in trial size. $6. For a trial size. Bad customer service. I had money to spend. Spending way too much time with customers holding their hand while ignoring others.. its about time managment with customers, not looking busy to collect a pay check.!

Its ok I just dont like them constantly following me telling me about every product saying whats on sale. Im usually there for one thing but theyll get me a bag and say maybe youll change your mind and buy more!!

Well beautifully organized, the appearance is eye catching and very colorful inviting at that. Customer service is all about the sale they stay on you quit a bit guiding you to all the sections they have and what each sections promotion is . I would say alittle pushy for my taste. Then she/employee guided us to the tester sprays well that was a mistake the smells got to my head and my taste buds well I was sure tasting perfumes, body sprays, and I even believe the lotion as well .... After all the smells, after all the promotion deals offered to us we were so confused, with headaches, and the only taste we had in our mouths was Summer Lilac Shimmering Morning Bliss or something like that . The names they come up with on those body sprays, due grab ones attention reeling in new potential customers, Wow ...Give them credit there .They are so intriguing so different tend to picture in your head that your there at the green forest at midnight by the fresh springs, then you imagine how that would smell as a body spray ??! Thats the que to smell the testor and see .if thats what you imagined it would smell . After all this All and all I give them three stars we ended up not buying anything, leaving due to terrible headaches, and the linguring tast in our mouths of multiple sprays in our mouths .... It just wasnt for me to over bearing, visit them for yourselfs and tell us what about your experience...
