I went in pretending I didn’t know anything about engines to see if they’d be honest. Although he did share I had a crack in my radiator, he told me it’d cost $1500 to replace then said I needed a new alternator, which 2 weeks before this Auto Zone told me it was fine, and he said the alternator would cost $800. All I have to say is LADIES BEWARE!!! I was going to call him on his game but I thought using them for my article would be better.

These gentlemen went above and beyond my expectations.Honda suddenly died idling at a stop light. Took it in. Turns out the distributor had shuffled off its mortal coil. I told these fellows to use a refurbished distributor which was one of two options offered to me. The rebuilt distributor failed at the shop! Accurate installed a new (more expensive) distributor at no charge. They also correctly noticed that the timing belt needed replacing.AC service was performed on my and my old mans Toyota flawlessly.Side note: I personally witnessed one of the owner/mechanics not charge a customer for the used car inspection fee on a vehicle being considered for purchase. (The vehicle failed inspection).In conclusion, this shop has proven to be not only competent but honest as well.

I have been utilizing Accurate Automotive since they opened for all of my vehicles. I have never had better service from an auto repair and maintenance facility. The diagnostic abilities of this shop are top of the line, the employees are very well trained on all tools available, and their abilities are off the charts. I once had Brian diagnose an issue on my car, because he heard something from across the shop while I was leaving. He quickly grabbed a wrench and ran over to resolve it in literally a matter of seconds.

I have been going to Accurate Automotive since they opened shop on Bowline (and before when the owner worked out of another location). I have always had honest and friendly service and appreciated when I get a heads up for things to watch for down the line (this really helps with budgeting for any automotive expenses). Took my wifes car in it was making a noise. I couldnt be there so my 75 year old father and law went. They told him the power steering had gone bad and it would be 1000 to fix it. I told them to bring it home. Next day we died in the middle of the road with a dead alternator which was what was making the noise. We would have paid 1000 for the power steering and another 700 for a new alternator fix. Such bs, this is what you guys do for a living.

The name says it all! If you want accurate and reliable services this is the place to go. My truck was sitting in a parking spot near my house gathering cobwebs for months. Its barely drivable and I didnt know what to do with it. I took it to Accurate to get a diagnosis and they put a lot of time in to figuring out the problem. Well, unfortunately they found a whole slew of problems and it seems that the cost of fixing it is more than the value of the vehicle. Instead of trying to make more money off of me they were upfront and honest about the situation. So although I wont be getting it fixed, I really appreciated the time they took to figure it out.
