After wasting my time with the Dealer’s Service shenanigans lol, I took my Scion xB to Tokyo Imports for a noise that was coming from the engine. John was able to diagnose the problem on the spot. John’s presentation was very informative and made sure you a good understanding. He gave me an on-site estimate with a fair price with warranty. It was the water pump and needed a tune up. All this was fixed in a few hours and my xB runs great now. John is a good, honest mechanic which is hard to come by these days. Good price and good service. Thanks again, we will be back!

Brought my wifes Honda del Sol to John for a service. Weve owned the car for a while and she loves it so well keep it a long time. John went over the car and made a list of everything he found that needed attention. Called me, discussed the work and gave me an estimate. I authorized the work and he had everything done that day. Went to pick the car up, he showed me what he did and had the replaced parts to show me. He wound up doing more work than he quoted (he did a front brake job that wasnt included) without increasing the price. The car was returned clean and it now runs and rides like new. Cant say enough good about the guy. Highly recommended to anyone who needs Japanese car service. Honest, more than fair and an excellent mechanic
