I absolutely recommend Nicks Menswear. My daughter is getting married and she went to a Mens Warehouse. We had a horrible experience with the associate and ended up leaving with my daughter upset. The next day she called Nicks and made an appointment with their associate director of weddings. What a breath of fresh air. She assured us that we could get our suits in time for the wedding even though it was short notice. She conveyed how much she cared about us and the wedding. She offered advice, options and guidance. What a complete difference. In my opinion, you should skip the guarantee and go to a place that truly makes it about you.

All in all this was a great shopping experience for a suit. They have an incredibly large selection of not only patterns but unique colors as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For a place that offers such a great selection along with custom tailoring, they definitely have excellent prices. I would highly recommend for multiples of occasions requiring a suit.

I just got a suit from Here and it was my first time dealing with the store. The staff was great. Connor got me right in and fitted and after I got the suit back we had to make a couple adjustments and Casey got me right in and fixed up no questions asked.I am a customer who really appreciates that type of service so if you are looking for great service this is the place to go to get a suit. Nicks did a wonderful job working with all of the groomsmen and dads for our wedding. They were always friendly and kept us informed about the suits and fittings. They were also very willing to work quickly with our out-of-town guests and honored a respectable price. So buying a suit for my wedding . Nicks was reccomended . At first you think how could a place in the mall offer me what I want . They not only offer me what I wanted and needed they got it all fitted sized and back in store by time needed . Great price for a suit .

I had journeyed into Nick’s looking for a size 50 suit in Long length for a unexpected event. Conner was there to help us with every step of the way. Based of his recommendations we decided to go with a brown vintage inspired suit that had a long length. Conner was also very insightful with the shirts as well as the tie selection and educated us on the fits as well as complimenting ties. We had also needed the suit altered and were delighted to know Nick’s offers same day tailoring for a extra cost. We left and did some light shopping and the suit was done in 20 minutes. Conner took great care of us and I will be returning soon to buy more suits as I love the atmosphere and the team working there. It really has a great staff and the selection is great. Very helpful staff. Excellent selection of suits. They have a bunch of locations around the valley. It was really convenient. They had all the wedding information on the computer. That made it really easy to get in and out of there. I figured it would take a while but it was fantastic. These guys rock.

Prices are good, service is great! They are very accommodating, knowledgeable, and they are not there to sell you the most expensive suit in the store. Alterations are quit and professional. Came here to get suits for my husband and all his groomsmen as well as 2 young boys suits. Coming back now for a suit four a formal wedding we are attending. We HIGHLY recommend the arrowhead location!

I do like Nicks. They have good prices and the quality isnt bad. Good selection. Unfortunately, they dont do alterations for items purchased outside of store. I went in hoping to get a suit altered and to buy a few ties and a pair of shoes, but I cant be bothered to go to multiple stores for stuff like that, so I left.

Nicks was amazing! They were so easy to work with and the Nicks Blue was exactly the color we were looking for. Our groomsman where from all over the country so not everyone could get to the store for their measurement. Despite this, all of the suits fit perfectly! I would recommend Nicks to anyone looking for suits for a wedding or special event!

First time in Nicks Menswear to purchase a suit Jordan LoCoco waited on me and explained the process of how the suits at Nicks are cut a little differently than other stores. In just a matter of a few minutes I had a suit on with the color I was looking for that needed just alteration in the pants only. The waist was a perfect fit. I was out of the store in less than 30 minutes, the easiest purchase of a suit that I have ever bought.

Manager was concerned my friends and I didnt have an appointment. We were there just to look for their wedding. She ended up helping us even though we were just looking. In about 15 minutes the man stuff was picked out for the wedding. Great pricing. Might as well buy a decent suit instead of renting for the same price.

I used Nicks for my wedding. We had a total of 9 suits needed, 5 of which were for people coming out of town. We all absolutely love how our suits turned out. It was like they were made on our bodies. Our out of town people simply submitted their sizes via the online portal and they were finalized the same day they got into town. The entire process could not have been easier. Michelle and all of the staff at the Chandler location were incredibly helpful. The best part was our custom, tailored, slim fitting suits that we get to keep were the same price as renting a standard fitting suit from the other retailers. If you have any special event, want to look sharp, head over to Nicks and they will get you taken care of. Thanks again!

Waited 30 minutes and not even acknowledged in store. It was busy, but a hello or we will be right with you would be great. This is one of the reasons why people would rather shop online. If you cant do basic customer service, no point in going to a brick and mortar store. Their suites are Caravelli which you can find for half off in amazon. Nicks will also charge you a arm and a leg for alterations.

Great staff, good selection. Better than men’s wear house any day. The only problem is the main managers haircut was straight out of jersey shore. Dude looked dapper as can be but man, seriously get a new barber. The last part isn’t relevant to the experience. Just an opinion.

They offered the greatest prom special! My son loves his new suit! We got such a wonderful deal we were able to get 2 dress shirts, 3 ties, and tie bar and tailored three piece suit for less than what other mens wear places wanted for an untailored two piece suit. We’ll never go in there again. The guy argued with us about sizing of a suit for my 8 yr old grandson. It was too tight on him & he said it needed to be. We asked for the next size up, he was loud with us in explaining he didn’t need to move around a lot in a suit. Excuse me? And they won’t change the pants size from another jacket. You get what they have grouped in that peticular size. I guess he expected us to dress my grandson like all the salesmen were dressed in there. Suits too tight, pants too short, no socks & shoes fitting like Agadora from The Bird Cage. Give me a break.Even the manager was of no help, he just walked away while the only decent salesman tried helping us. Finally we left that madness in there & went somewhere else for a better quality & price. No to Nicks !!!

I had an excellent experience 2 years ago when I bought a suit. That is why I went back to buy 2 more last month. This time it was a little different. I bought the suits and they were fitted different in length. I took one back and they did correct it, but I had trouble getting the other one fitted correctly. I know that no business is perfect, but I will say that Nicks Menswear did contact me and said they wanted to make things right, on them. I thought that was awesome of them, as not all companies care once they are paid. I will be taking my second suit to get fitted at Nicks Menswear and at no cost to me, as said by Shelly. Once they stand by their word, I will have no problem giving them a 5 out of 5 stars.

The service I received was beyond expectation. I had a complicated issue and their staff handled it effectively and pleasantly.Long Version:Im to be in a Wedding in Mexico in one weeks time and encountered an issue that needed quick resolution. The groom arranged for suits to be provided by Nicks Menswear and as I live in St. Louis, I was directed to input my measurements into their website for suit shipment. I put in a size that I had worn before and defaulted to without much forethought while out on business travel. Unfortunately, when I received my suit, it was much too big, to no fault of their own as I had provided the measurements as stated. To fix this it was going to cost $145 in alterations. I instead called Nicks and Lyla and other staff listened to my dilemma, quickly arranged a resolution and had a better fitting jacket shipped out immediately to arrive the day before I fly out. All this with very pleasant and friendly attitudes. Well done!

Great price to purchase a suit, but the staff are kind of awkward

I walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff who was knowledgable in what they do, as should be. They got a really nice suit fitted for me for a great price that was made of really comfortable fabrics and offered me assistance for any future reparations that might be needed for my suit. This was my first suit and I would gladly return here for my second suit as well!

I went in and bought a suite, couple days later I returned with my brother so he can get a suit. I decided I wanted to get a second suit for my self because of the 40 percent off deal, so thats 3 suits total. They forgot to charge me the alter fee for the jacket so they called me the next day saying hey you need to pay 20 dollars for the alteration of the jacket looks like they didnt charge you so I said okay Ill pay when I pick it up. Apparently Im not trust worthy enough to do that after already paying for 3 suites. They only had two options. Number 1 pay over the phone number 2 go to the store pay and wait 2 hours for them to alter it. Absolutely ridiculous that they cant just do it and Ill pay when I pick up. Definitely would not recommend.

I bought a suite with a group of guy about 6-8 of us for a wedding. surprisingly the make it seam as is they are giving you a good deal but its the same price as if you will buy anywhere els. For me I had to get the suit tailored but but it was done unprofessionally. There was a bulge of extra fabric in between my shoulders after they tailored it and I went back with the suit so they can fix it but they wanted to charge me extra to fix the problem they had created. The quality of the suits are sub standard and so is the service. I definitely dont recommend this place and will never go here again.

Terrible. We had an appointment and were on time. When we arrive we were asked to leave the store while they helped other customers. When they finally assisted us the woman was rude. On top of poor customer service, she was helping other customers during our appointment and when our time ran out she said to back another day with less people. Overall, it was a bad experience. I would not go back.
