Ability Center has been so helpful to my family. They helped my mom find a reasonably priced modular power chair and have provided awesome service in the years we’ve had it. They also helped me find a solution to my wheelchair needs even though they did not carry the type of chair I needed. I would recommend them to anyone who has mobility needs as they are super nice, very knowledgeable and if they don’t have what you need they will help get you in the right direction!

Working with Christine, Ozzie and Pam at Ability Center has been a truly great experience. They are responsive, helpful and caring. They understand that they are making a real improvement to the lives of people with disabilities. The van I have a few purchased opens up opportunities for me which are routine for those without disabilities and makes them easily achievable.I wholeheartedly recommend Ability Center to anyone who is contemplating a van purchase.Michael and Chris

Ability center was just amazing. The staff from the front desk to technicians to maintenance were wonderful. Everyone was very knowledgeable and worked with me to get exactly what I needed. Ability center gives freedom back to people with mobility limitations. Pam was working the front desk, she was a wonderful start to my experience with this company. Christine is the manager and is extremely friendly. She explained every step and was a great contact for questions. Coty was my technician and the hand controls he placed are just perfect. Everything inside the van looked like it could have come with it off the manufacturers line. I am extremely happy with my experience with Ability Center and 100% recommend them to anyone who needs modifications to their vehicles!

I have had a brief, but very positive interaction with the Ability Center. They are very responsive and listen to their customers to find the perfect solution. I was really impressed with my time with Ozzie who helped us find mobility options for my mother in law who was in a wheelchair after ankle surgery.

Both Christine & Ozzie were very patient & helpful with my many questions re: handicapped equipped vans. AND, its a plus that they perform free conversion adjustments every 6 months for as long as I own the van. Love my new ride!

I recently had a hand accelerator installed in my vehicle. When they were done installing it i had an error message on my screen that there was a problem with the GPS antenna and it was sent to the Honda dealer. I had to bring it back to the dealer. The dealer said that the housing to the GPS antenna connection was smashed. It cost me $168.00 to repair it along with another $147.00 I had to pay previously. i spoke to Javierabout itand he said his technician didnt do anything to it.

I rented a Sienna van from the Phoenix Ability Center location. While driving the van a minor problem developed. Cliff, a Senior Service Tech from the Phoenix location arranged for his colleagues at the Tucson Ability Center to evaluate the issue. Christine, General Manager at the Tucson location arranged for me to use one of their vehicles while the one I rented in Phoenix was repaired. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you soo much for seamlessly addressing this matter, and so close to Christmas.

We purchased a vehicle from these folks and 10 days later my battery died. While its unclear if I kill the battery or if it was just the batterys time, this team took care of the issue. Christine sent Javier to take a look, he gave it a new battery no questions asked with friendly service. These folks are great at what they do. Christine is extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well as Ozzie. If you are need of a special vehicle, they will take time and help you with your needs you can be sure of that.

Great people: Ozzie Ozolins and Christine Takerian. WHY? For a few months now I have stressed and fretted over purchasing a van that would enable me to make life a little more bearable and easier for my quadriplegic daughter and I. I researched nationwide and of course in Phoenix Arizona. While I found lower priced vans at various other places I kept returning to the Ability Center here in Tucson with my questions and for help in finding the right van for us and within our budget. Ozzie and Christine always had time for me and you could tell that they were committed to helping me. They made me feel like they really meant it when they told me if you have any problems with the van you purchase we are here for you. I trust them to have treated me fair in every aspect.. Today Julia and I got our van and I feel good about the purchase. I cant thank the Ability Center enough for their caring help. My sincere and honest feelings. July 17 2019

This company charges for estimates where the other companies, SpecialNeedsVehicles and ADE, do not. They provide misleading information on the acceptable loading of vehicles on a wide spectrum of lifts and mobility modifications. Their labor rates are the highest of anybody. Their bottom line is to encourage you to buy from them rather than be honest and listen to your needs.

The visit would have been fine, the guys in the shop were fine, But that ding dong receptionist was rude and had a bad attitude towards the customers in the waiting room. Also can someone show her proper office attire for a professional service, the skin tight see thru sun dress showing her backside with barely any underwear on was scary.Time to find someone that really wants to do the job and be friendly other than her personal calls to her hubby
