Do not get a car from this place! Way overpriced, ridiculous financing, and the owners are extremely rude and arrogant. The owner bragged that he flips cars for fun and obviously only for his personal gain. I wouldnt buy anything from him unless you want to be stuck with a problematic vehicle and a headache.

Nightmare scenario: You buy a used car. Its in beautiful shape, and the car dealer gives you a great price. Less than 48 hours after purchasing the vehicle the check engine light turns on.This happened to me with a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that I bought from Levels. I feared the worst, that they would deny the problem or drag their feet on making the repair. Instead they immediately put me in touch with their mechanic, who diagnosed the trouble and fixed it the same day at no-cost to me.I couldnt be happier with the vehicle I bought, the price I paid, and the service I received. I highly recommend Levels as a used car dealership you can trust to find your next pre-owned vehicle.

Test drove a few vehicles. They all had something wrong with them. Supposedly they will fix things if pointed out before purchase.Things should be working properly before put on the lot for sale and test driven by customers.Not sure I trust their vehicles when they operate this way.Check everything out before making decisions. Thats just standard when looking for a vehicle.

Of course the one car I really want is there now of course and the same price I paid for my Jetta. Lose some, win some. I came out a fair dealings, which is all I could ask for I reckon. A heads up however; due diligence is needed or buyers beware: call it what you shall. Point being; go over any vehicle of choice very well; as goes anywhere with any vehicle newer or slightly older but any under $10,000, give a thorough, diligent inspection. I started noticing rather substantial problems over the first 3-4 weeks immediately after driving my Jetta home. One problem I will know how significant and costly buy this afternoon, but could be a couple thousand worth of a lil fix. My bad; my irresponsible buying and haste and need makes a buyer remorseful in the end. Overall good guys 😁

I was waiting for my registration, and number plate. I got it. Now come to the point, first I didnt asked for finance, I asked for take out price, second, I asked them any accident happened in this car, they said no, all of them. When I bring it home and pull up, I saw under the car transmission fluid pan was hit by something. It was bend, and transmission fluid was slightly leaking. Thats why engine was shaking when I stopped in red light. So what they said to me it was not true. They lied to me about that car. So be careful about them.

UPDATEResponse to the “helpful” owner on the bottom....I really wish I could give 5 stars (Love the Ford Flex) buuuut unfortunately I have to give it 1 should be zero, nada, zilch. I bought my car May 5th of 2020 within a week the car had issues. AC needed some service, car was in the shop for an approximately 2-3 weeks, at the least. I do not have the exact return date but it was approximately around the first week of June. I will not lie to you months later, actually let me get you the exact date where I had to return the car with turbo chargers out (July 10, 2020) Spoke with Loai & Sarya (prob spelled wrong) regarding some smoke coming out of the car. Before taking it to them I had another shop check it out. I am very thankful I listened to my brother to purchase a 3rd party warranty because if it wasnt for them my car wouldnt have gotten fixed. Til this day I am waiting for this dude to give me a call back regarding repairs. My car sat in the repair shop until Aug 8th, 2020. I am appalled on their customer service and how they do not care about their customers. I WARN YOU NOW!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM or if you do please take a mechanic. I took my car to a mechanic soon after purchasing who told me about the ACs repairs. I also do not recommend taking your car to THEIR mechanics of choice. They work together and make sure the least amount of work and money is put into the car. Let me tell you this is just the beginning of my troubles with them.. and wont be the last they hear from me. I am upset they would take advantage of another human being. I informed them I am a single mother who needs a reliable transportation. Anyways, I am not done..... I pick up my car in August right, while at the shop supposedly they (breatheasy automotive) had done an oil change pfff I have no idea what they did. Anyways, after I got the car I wanted to make sure my car would be running good. Took the car to have a tune up and a fresh oil change. November 4th, of 2020 car stops mid freeway smoking and overheated. I had just had surgery and was not able to take to the mechanics until Dec. Dec 5th i get a call from Ford dealership that my car is a goner...... Engine is OUT!!!!! Can you anyone tell me how does that happen?????? In actuality I only had the car in my possession for maybe 4 months. How does that even happen?!!! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I almost forgot when I was looking around for the best auto coverage I was told this car could be salvage and I was not told by the dealership. Couples months after I bought the car I did have trouble closing the hood, of course drove all the way to the dealership and their auto guy there told me when they got the car is was crashed..... Now it all makes sense!!!! All I got to say is BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I do hope they are not out there scamming people. I do believe in karma/God they shall reap! It is so unfortunate that my kids and I are without a car. I called them over and over again with this issue and they have their $8K they dont care if the car runs or not!!!!! But thank goodness I did have a third party warranty who covered my turbo. Now with the motor situation yup you were of no help which I expected it. I was recovering from having surgery for that reason I was unable to pay my warranty. Idk why you want to bring God in this buuuut then again yah He see it all. I serve an amazing God, He sees it all! He fights my battles. I am very blessed to say He has made it away and I was able to fix my car. And your warranty?? Is a joke😝

Towards the end of May my car was stolen and I found myself in need of a new car in a short amount of time. I decided on a Nissan Altima and started checking out ones for sale all over Tucson. I started going around to various used car lots and was not enjoying the experience. Some of the sales people were downright rude, others arrogant, some very aggressive and others that acted totally uninterested in my predicament. I found the prices pretty much the same from place to place. I had done my homework and knew what a fair price would be. But there was one in particular that caught my eye. It was the same year and model of quite a few others that I had already looked at, but at a lower price than the others. When I got home after the first day, I started reading reviews about the places I had been to. I have to say that not one of them gave me a good feeling about working with them. The car that I still hadn’t gotten to look at was at Levels, so I checked out the reviews for that place too. I was quite impressed! It was absolutely the only one that I was comfortable with even thinking about dealing with. From the minute I got there, I felt completely comfortable. The price was very good and the car was beautiful. The staff couldn’t of been nicer! I didn’t even bother haggling about the price because I knew that it was more than fair. They got me approved right then and there within an hour or two. At some of the other places, they made it seem like it was going to be a big problem because my loan for the stolen car had not been paid off yet, but these guys made it happen! Unfortunately, last week before I even had to pay my first payment on the car, somebody slammed into me and totaled it. I was devastated because I really was in love with that car! Immediately I went onto Levels website and found one that was the same year but had a lot more options than mine did, so it was a little more money. But once again, I didn’t worry about paying the asking price, because at this point I was getting really familiar with the prices of these cars and knew it was fair. Just to prove the point, the insurance company paid out $1200 more than I paid for the first car. That pretty much took care of getting me the new one with all the added extra options. Needless to say, I now have spent quite a bit of time around these guys and I think they’re great! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car at a great value! This could’ve been a very stressful time for me, between having a car stolen and having a new one totaled, but I have to say thanks to these guys everything went totally smooth and I am so happy with my newest car! They had a wonderful deal that I couldnt pass on. Great shape. However used cars do what they do and I ended up taking it back to the lot. They honored everything. Its getting fixed as we speak. Completely obnoxious sales tactics. Loai Jamal posted dozens of listings per day in a small rural Facebook group pushing all the posts from the local people that live in the small community to the bottom. This was not only a violation of the group rules but many of us are struggling in these hard times and selling things to get by. One post I could understand even if they didnt care about the group rules but dozens is just obnoxious and inconsiderate to the people in the community. Do you really have faith in much less a desire to support a company who needs to resort to these practices and cant even follow basic group rules.

Issues from the start. Was told the car had all repairs done and was mechanically sound. It was not. Have spent thousands since purchasing it. Now it’s sitting at Ford Dealership with a fried Catalytic Converter. I had to come back to Levels Autos too many times dealing with stuff that’s far more than average person does to deal with buying a used car. Save your money and time go somewhere else and research the place and buyers!

This car lot is shady and their on sight mechanic is shady too. My daughter bought a car at levels auto the owner of levels auto was having trouble passing emissions on her vehicle we were told this was a mechanically sound vehicle after a few trips to his office and phone calls the owner tells us to bring the car to him and he will fix the problem he kept the car for a few hours and then said he replaced the catalytic converter with a new one to pass emissions well he didnt replace it with new one he had his shady on sight mechanic doctor up the catalytic converter to pass emissions this is illegal so we finally got the tags and plates after one month of coming to his office and phone calls to get this done but 2-3 months later the check engine light comes on and the the car has loss of power when driving so we take it to Ford Dealership for inspection come to find out Level Auto Sales never replaced the Catalytic Converter as they said they did they lied to us so now we are stuck with having to pay $1,500 for new catalytic converter. Thanks level one for taking advantage of a military widow and mom.

What striked me the most about Levels is the dedication these guys have for their business. I just flew in from overseas and saw a posting for a Honda Civic. I called to schedule a time for tomorrow to see the car and the gentleman on the phone said he was open “right now” at first I was skeptical and and then plugged address into GPS and it was down the street. Get it checked.At first I was impressed. Found a car Id love to own for a more than reasonable price that drove great. Zero pressure sales enviornment. Was even more impressed when they allowoed me to take it to my mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. Good thing I did. The price of basic repairs was more than the cost of the car.Solid dudes trying to run a good business. But they have had horrible mechanic issues in the past and it really seems like they are primarily auction flippers. Dont even clean the cars.

Bought a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from Levels. Louie and Sarya were very helpful and patient with me. I had put down a deposit on a 2013 Nissan Versa and I was supposed to come in for purchase and my money didn’t come in on time. Rather than penalize me, they let returned my deposit in full. I just came back weeks later and purchased another vehicle outright. They really care about their customers and not just their bottom line. definitely recommend!

The sales guys were friendly, helpful and listened to what I was interested in. Once I decided on the car I wanted I still had to wait for the insurance settlement before I could buy it. I went in as soon as I got the money and negotiated a deal with Loai. He was great to work with and gave me a great deal. He sent the car for a final check and they found a problem with the convertible top. It delayed picking it up for several days. I was in a panic because I needed to drive to Phoenix to pick up my husband at the airport and the night before, Loai told me the car wouldnt be ready until that afternoon. I expressed my problem with that and Loai created a solution. He drove me to Phoenix, I dropped him off at an auction, and he let me drive his car back to Tucson. I got my car that afternoon. The mechanics still needed to do a repair, but they just had me bring it back later in the week and they completely fixed my car at no expense. Loai even called a few days after the repair to see if everything was alright. Loai has good ethics and is a good business man. I will recommend him to friends any time!

This had to be one of the worst sales experience Ive ever had. When I first walked in, I spoke to the owner of Levels Auto and told him that I wanted a nice reliable car. The first thing he tried to sell me on was a Mercedes which is completely the opposite of what I was looking for. When I did find a car I liked, it needed work done and his mechanics couldnt figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. Loai, the owner, then promised me a Kia Optima that he said would be coming in the next day. He promised to send me pictures as soon as he got the car and told me to come in at one the next day. Loai fail to ever send me pictures of the car and when i came in the next day, instead of telling me he did not have the car yet, he tried to keep me in his office because he said i looked good. He acted as if he never told me to come back at 1 pm, and continued to tell me to come back later. This happened multiple times and the car was never there. Almost a week and a half has passed an i still never received pictures of information on this car and i continue to get the run around. I would say dont do business with this company. It is highly unprofessional and unorganized.
