This 7Eleven is responsive and very attentive. I had the unpleasant experience of a doordash driver not completing my order due to a line. I have physically been in the store and loved the convenience of the app. I wanted to bring to light how kind the employees are here at this store despite the negative impact that door dash driver decided to make because he lacked patience. I would recommend this store in person to anyone I know for the quick, kind, and convenience service on this day

I really enjoy this 7-Eleven because of the staff honestly theres a couple female staff members that work there they are completely great in every way they remember me when I walk in Im a smoker so I constantly am buying cigarettes from them and before I walk in the door they have my cigarettes waiting for me on the counter they know me by my first name they keep the store extremely clean they are very knowledgeable on all the products that they have in the store and in stock and if they dont have anything in stock they know when it will come inas a matter of fact I have never had any issue finding what I was looking for because it is always stocked up

This store is amazing, the staff are really nice and the owner, Tracy, is a wonderful person, this store is the best, always clean and well stocked, this is my go-to store for snacks and slurpees

So this post I will lose some really close friends of mine but are they really close friends......I have told most of you this situation....I trusted 7-11 on Broadway and kolb to protect my personal information my phone number. Facts A employee gave my phone number to a stranger who I didnt even know existed. This stranger then sent me harassing text messages and phone calls. I blocked the number and this individual continued to harass me by calling in with restricted numbers so I change my setting on my phone. Then this individual went as far as having another 7-11 employee text to ask me out for drinks. I had to decline 3 times before that third party harassment ended. Then I find out who this individual is. So now I have a face to this man. I make a terrible mistake by going down to 7-11 and talking with a 7-11 employee and then Texting these 2 men that have harassed me that I was going to tell everyone what they did and if they wanted to talk it out to come down. They proceed to yell and become angry. So I go to leave 7-11 and they follow me outside saying they will post videos of me and being cruel as I walked to the bus stop. Then I am at the bus stop on Broadway and kolb going to head to alvernon. That bus stop is so dark. Then the 7-11 employee not on the clock drives with the stalker man because they are friends and start yelling out the car window. Not sure what they said I was so scared I walked back as fast as I could to 7-11 ran in the back room crying and they came followed me but luckily the 7-11 employee that was working didnt allow them in the store. I am sadden because when I told the owner of the 7-11 she said she probably wont get the truth about who gave my number out but it doesnt take a genius to know who did. That person should be fired!! So I use to say please go to 7-11 on Broadway and kolb not any more.

Good morning to everyone that work for the 7-Eleven Customer Center how are all of yous this morning. I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile. Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very wonderful day ok smile. In ending I just want all of yous to know that Owner Tracey and all her Staff members are always so very very Professional Helpful and very very Caring to me and also to all the other Customers too ok smile. Last of all everyone mention above are always very Positive Role Models for all young and old workers that work as Cashiers for the very good 7-Eleven Stores and also all have very very Excellent Communication Skills and yes they love their Job ok smile. The staff was friendly a quick I was in and out of the store fast even tho there was a small line. In the morning the hot food was fresh and tasty would recommend the 5 for $4 deal if youre looking for something quick. Have had there coffee in the morning as well always fresh and flavorful.

My sons car broke down on Broadway in front of the store a couple of hours ago and a group of people helped push his car in front of the 7-11. My son went in the store purchased a drink and some snacks and asked if anyone could give him a jump. A friend of Tracys that hangs out at the store said that he couldnt help. My son let this guy and Tracy know that he was calling a tow truck. While waiting for a tow truck, the police were called and they were told that there were people having sex and doing drugs in the car. My son gladly let the police search the vehicle and as expected, there were no drugs and guess what, there was no one was having sex in his 2004 Hyundai Tiburon (which by the way is a 2 seater with a console and a stick shift). What was happening is that it is 1/2/2019 and its actually 37 degrees out in Tucson Arizona. They were two people waiting in a car for a tow truck, freezing their butts off. A short while later, the police came again and the officer said that Tracy had called 911 five times! The officer suggested that they walk across the street to K-Mart and walk around there until the tow truck came since Tracy wanted them and the car off of the property. Mind you, they are having car troubles and this uncompassionate person simply wanted them off of the property. A family friend was driving by and saw my son and stopped. She went in the store and Tracys hang out friend jumped up as soon as she went in and asked, Did his ask you for a jump? and proceeded to berate my son. She verbally defended him stating that his a good kid thats just having car troubles. Thankfully, the jump start worked and got them running and on the road again. So Im not sure what you can do if anything, I felt that injustice needed to be reported to somebody other than the store owner.

The people mostly. The fountain drink stand is handy for the whole family. The fact that we can go there any time we need something and generally they have it! 😉
