Clean, quiet and spacious. Good location if you solely want a wide variety of books. They don’t have a cafe or music selection at this location. I found several language learning books here that I haven’t found at other locations.

Easily found what I was looking for and no line to check out. Quick and easy.

Ive always loved going to this B&N since I was a kid. Its pretty neat to see not too much has changed since then. I like most B&Ns, but this one has a pretty wide selection of some sections that other locations dont have. Theres always parking available and the most you gotta watch out for are the other drivers. Staff is friendly here and can be easily found for any questions.

This place is a must-to-go location for those who are hugely interested in books. You can find various books written in other languages like personal growth, business, yoga, technology, etc. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Barnes & Noble always gets 5 stars from me. Have been buying books, magazines, National & and International newspapers from them since the 70,s; Although a few products have disappeared with the advent of new technologies. Even so, its still a great place to shop!

Very friendly service! I asked for them to search a bunch of books and they searched them up with a smile and said they could order anything they didnt have on hand. Ill definitely be coming back soon to find more books!

Everyone has bad days but when Im standing at the information desk, not acknowledged or told Ill be right with you or offered a different solution. No one else is there but suddenly you huff, roll your eyes and complain about how you have two tasks that need to be done, offer zero help to me and then immediately ask the girl behind me if she has question, I will not come back. I just wanted to know if a book happened to be there just not on the shelf. I imagine the employees are not being paid a decent wage. I bought it on Amazon anways so thanks for the lesson

Not an Independent store, of course, but the only book store near me. As of this writing, they do still require masks in the store, which is fine by me. They have reorganized and there is more space between displays. Also good. The adjacent Starbucks is GONE...closed up and paper over the windows.

Do you like books? This place has them and a lot of them! Not as much story or history as buying a used book BUT this place has a wide selection for most readers needs.

Location: the location is simple to find. It is in the plaza right next to Total Wine Shop. It is simple and convenient to find.Cleanliness: from what I can tell it is very clean. You cant really ruined books and make it messy. LOL whenever I have used the bathroom there they are always clean and smell good.View/ ambiance: is a very relaxed and calm environment. You go in to either buy or read some books and enjoy a coffee at the Starbucks next door connected to it. It has just the right amount of Lights that are not too bright and perfect for relaxing. It is a very big place with plenty of seats and books for your enjoyment.Service: customer service is pretty relaxed and very helpful. If you have a question or are looking for a book they are quick to try to find it.Overall: overall it is a very nice Barnes and Nobles, that is clean and relax. If youre looking for books or want to learn something this is definitely a place to find the book to do so.

What are your hours of operation this year before Christmas such covid 19 hours were only open to online purchases and pick up was only done by appointment to prevent breaking and enter and audit issues for books that arent always carried based off the need. The Northgate and the south center where both closed for some time and Im sure through the school district hopefully you all are a le to catch up if you can post or email what you have for middle schools that would be great In case Amazon is low based off they send books out all over the country. Such you a have been a great resource when they have been used first. When all school books if changed happen in the spring. But due to covid 19 sprays you never know what might happen as a PTSA executive memember who have bought books for whole classes due to chemical responses and them not moving them before such events.Thank you I appreciate you all

Decent selection on the shelves, and stock recently re-organized. Staff will order books they dont have on the shelves. Pricing a little high compared to Amazon, but what brick-and-mortar store isnt? Starbucks next door a huge bonus, I like to buy a magazine and a black drip and watch the world go by.

Good prices, interesting stuff, and the inventory is often updated. I can go in every couple weeks and find what I didnt even know I was looking for.

My favorite B&N location! They have the biggest selection of all the locations in the greater area, it seems. The staff is very helpful- Victoria helped me process a return and was very patient and kind, which helped because I was stressed. Will always be returning here. :)

Got just the Alton Brown cookbook I was looking for. Didnt have the Thai book I wanted, but I couldnt remember the name for them to order it. More research on my part so they can order it.

Great selection of books, magazines, children related items. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about location of books of various subjects.

Nice looking place however I would never shop here again..it seems that out of all of the shoppers there moving around Im the one that needed the most supervision. I picked my selection and made it to the counter and was helped by the same person that felt the need to supervise my shopping. The thing is I didnt get a how are you or anything.. all I got was make sure that my mask was up when I tried to answer her questions about whether or not I had an account with them... Maybe its just me🤔

I was going to down rank a star because the line to check out was more than 50 people deep. But being successful isnt a reason to hate. The line moved quickly considering it was Dec 23rd. Been disappointed on last two trips to B&N. Looked for books on 4 authors Sean Parnell, Jack Carr, L.T. Ryan and Steven Kent. One was actually in stock but clerk was unable to locate book. Reduced to back ordering book. They will call when copy is located. Bummer

Love going to bookstores.There is something real about holding a book, the smell of the paper. Going for one book and seeing another. That is totally foreign to the use of an electronic book. Maybe when I lose my sense of touch and smell then Ill be ready for electronic books.It is always a marvel to walk into a B&N. The selection, and the help to find the book youre looking for. If they dont have it, theyll check their inventory to see if it can be shipped to you.I have always had great service at B&N. I highly recommend the experience.

Went to get a bible, appreciated all the options, even though it made my decision very hard. I just love books, thankfully left without anything for myself 😊. Im glad theres still a brick and mortar book store!

Huge bookstore with all things written, spoken, and pictured. Visit and support Barns & Noble before your only choice is Amazon. Great place to browse. Lots of comfortable chairs if you want to check something out thoroughly before you decide to buy. Huge children’s area. I love to give gift cards to kids for birthdays. They seem to relish the experience of picking out a special book for themselves, hopefully to enjoy for a long time.

For a bookstore they are not to bad. Employees helpful and parking is great.

Overweight manager followed me around the store, evidently thought I was stealing. I am a member and will be calling to ask for a refund.

They removed all the seating in the place even though they are controlling the amount of people walking in. Its very difficult if not impossible to contract something from an inanimate objects. Some slight rearrangement of shelves Other than that its the same B&N. Nothing to see here.

Staff was really nice. They seemed to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable on this particular book I was getting. At first they seemed to be following us around the store like we might steel something but once asked if we needed helene asked about a question we had and they we very helpful and respectful as well. They lady helping us was nice and also showed how some of the other books near that section that were good as well she showed us a good amount of other options around 4 or 5 books and then also informed us about cupons once we asked. Over all nice and clean store just go profiled a little bit I feel. But I found the book I came in for and the staff was knowledgeable..plus the store was clean.

Nice staff and can almost always find what I came there for plus a few extra items. Shame they are having to close so many locations.B&N is especially nice for long distance gift giving since they offer gift receipts, making it easy for the receiver to exchange.

It just makes me feel good to be surrounded by so many books and the childrens section is a fun area for kids to read and just be themselves. Friendly staff too!

Friendly staff and a well laid out store. It did take me some time to locate the items I was looking for and they ended up being out of stock. Clean store that didnt seem to busy. Worth coming back to if your in search of that new release.

Barnes and Noble always seems to find a way not to honor discounts.... Im an employed certificated teacher but because I do long term leave replacement instead of contracted teaching I dont qualify for their teacher discount program. I still need books and supplies for my work...maybe not as often as a regular contracted teacher, but I am still an educator and still look for books to use in my classroom. I actually need the discount as much, if not more since I pay out of pocket for benefits and dont get the same salary or retirement. Not cool B and N. Childrens Bookstore in Kent respects my credentials better.

I absolutely LOVE coming to Barnes & Noble whenever I have any extra time!!! I am a total bookworm, so this place is heaven for me. I came here a while ago and bought two books. One was called A Dogs Journey and the other one was Behind Closed Doors (both are great reads btw). Barnes & Noble has a fantastic selection of books, so I would definitely recommend this bookstore to anyone.

This store had an amazing collection of board and card games. And their book sections were well varied.

Barnes and Noble is always a good choice - this one is no exception. I didnt realize that they would have a wrapping table for the holidays - which was a nice touch.Also, I thought it was nice that the clerk struck up a small conversation about the book that I was purchasing after asking about a membership, it kept the conversation on a friendly note.

B & N is a touchstone for me, a trusted favorite. I can browse the magazines for inspiration, see the dimly lit Starbucks inside with all different folks, get drawn into a new bestseller and scope out the gifts and this seasons Christmas offerings. And who wouldve thunk, a cameo of vinyl records, some popular ones back in the day 😊Today, Im inspired by a book of artistic prompts to complete and a How To Crochet kit.
