I have gotten 2 phones from them. First one was a few months back worked perfect loved it till I broke it. Went back few days ago bought a new phone that phone ended having a flaw went back next day they switched it out no problems and I have a perfectly working phone again. Their prices are fair and customer service is fine to me. Some might not care for their customer service as they do bounce around a lot multitasking but like I said it doesn’t bother me.

Scam. Classic Bait-and-Switch operations. They advertised an incredibly low price online, I called and confirmed the price, but once you’re actually at the store they unjustifiably raised the price. Buyer be aware!
