Bad customer service! Staff was not listening... Was not trying to solve the issue and literally ask us to leave!Was told different story with corporate customer service over the phone; offer to have them make a call together to better understand our account. Staff and manager Sam rejected and state ”it will not make any difference I dont know why you want to call and why you are complaining when you are paying a low price!” trying to explain that it was not about price and the manager state that we are trying to blame them and accuse me that I was being rude!!! When I was trying to understand our account then manager state ”the door is this way you guys can leave” I am very upset with their service and attitude! I will give them a zero if I could being a T-mobile customer for over 10 years!
Lost phone, bought brand new phone, wanted to keep phone number, answered all security questions; last payment date, how much, where, still would not switch over phone number because of a unknown pin # setup the day I got phone. Incredibly disappointing. Luckily this is a work phone, my personal cell is on #1 Verizon.

This is the only T-Mobile I will go to in the area! They always are eager to help as soon as you walk in the door. Authorized dealer locations do not seem to care about serving their customers and are not knowledgable.
T-MOBILE next to JIMMY JOHNS. Non-trust worthy sale associates. Make sure to do your research and confirm EVERYTHING they tell you in this store. This is the second time I went to this particular store and had a sale associate tell me one thing....then I later found out it was not true. ANYTHING TO GET A SALE AND COMMISSION. I went there yesterday trying to get a IPhone 11MAX-PRO. One girl told me they had it...before I am ready to buy (it cause I lost me phone and needed one NOW), she told me they are all soldout in the store. They offered to ship the iPhone MAX PRO to my home in 2-3 business days for free. BUT I needed a phone NOW for my work. The sales associates told me I could get the other IPhones instead if I needed to have a phone now. I asked if other T-MOBILE locations may have the particular phone. I told them I would be willing to drive to other T-MOBILE locations in the area that had the max pro.. Without even looking at the computer screen the sales associates told me ALL iPhone max pro were sold out in Washington state and ordering it online (preferably from them, I bet) was my only option to get that phone. I considered getting the iPhone 11...but I really wanted the pro...so I told them I would think about it and return if I changed my mind. I went to the other T-MOBILE in Southcenter to try my luck...they had the IPhone MAX pro! I got it immediately and activated my phone. Those associates were so greedy to get a commission they lied to me in order to get a sale. Won’t be returning.

My Google application stopped working I could not figure it out. I tried two other TMobile stores in west Seattle and capital Hill but they could not figure it out. This store had an employee that figured it out. I am very pleased my next option was to restore the phone back to when I purchased it. I really really did not want to have to do this but I need my Google for Gps and basic search functions. Thank you very much sorry I did not get your name.
I had a disappointing experience, but Stephanie kept working on it after I left, and even though it took sometime, she did get it done.
I would put a 0 if i can, I tried coming in to get a new screen protector but Oleg said i was not eligible. VERY DISSATISFIED. i took my business elsewhere and they happily changed it. I do not recommend this Tmobile at all especially if you need to do something fast.

I had the most irritating and disappointing service from this store. I have never had an issue with T-Mobile they have always been great but unfortunately this week has been filled with frustration. I went to this store last Wednesday because the sensor in my iPhone 6 Plus was going out...the first associate that I encountered was accommodating and order my replacement phone that day. I was told it should arrive the next day...5pm rolls around on Thursday and it is not there...my fiancé and I spent all weekend getting the run around from multiple employees. No one could tell me where my phone was and when it would be there...I am someone who relies on my phone for work so this was hindering my ability to manage my time/salons. My phone finally came in on Monday; I picked it up with no issues...until I left the store and not 30 minutes into it my new phone was having the same exact issues. We called the manager (Joshua Washington) and explained to him the issues we were having not only with the exceptionally horrible customer service but that the new phone we JUST received is not even working. We let him know that we would give it another day to see if the issue would subside and if not we would come in to have this resolved the next day. Not surprisingly the phone is still freezing so we come in after I leave work. Josh greeted us at first than pushed us off to an employee...who then told us to go to apple. Which we did...we spoke with their tech representative who told us that we should not be having this issue and apologized for T-Mobiles customer service and sent us back! Josh was on the floor when we arrived back; I let him know what Apple had told us. His response was saying okay then hiding in the back and sending out another employee! I let them know I would call customer service and deal with the issue since it seemed that they were incapable of doing so. We asked for Joshs information since he would not come out of hiding and were denied at first! Stephanie told us she couldnt give that information out which we knew was a lie. We finally got his card with his name and number after calling her out on it. DO NOT give this store your business. If it wasnt for the customer service rep that I called I would have canceled my service and gone to another carrier.
This store has definitely had issues in the past, but they must have new managers in place! Now every time I go into the store, they are always willing to help me and answer any questions I have, even if I am there to just pay my bill!
Worst T-Mobile store in WA. They don’t know how to connect with customers at all. Theyjudge too fast and ignore you if you don’t say that you want to buy something. They f****** dumb asf. First try to figure out what their needs are and see how you can help out and not just try to sell or ignore them if they look like they won’t spend money because people really want help and to purchase phones or whatever their needs are. Without customers T-Mobile wouldn’t be sh**. That’s true in any company. The customer is the core of their success and those people suck at helping and selling. Need more training! Won’t come back here. If this was the only T-Mobile store in the world, they would be out of business fast ONLY ONLY ONLY BECAUSE OF HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. T-Mobile service is really good but there’s a lot of phone companies whom are really good too. It’s alll about how well you treat customers. Bye

There is no customer servers and all so there are unprofessional service not first time or second time, and all so its too loud when u ask questions because of there are wearing head phone and very body will know your information,,,,, Please let the know your employee people are difference you don’t know be a nice and professional to you costumer!!!!!

The customer service person whose name was Ken was so rude. I went there to purchase a family T mobile plan and trade my iphone 7 plus and get a new one but the way he talked to me i changed my mind.
If I can put negative stars I would. I went there this morning for an inquiry about my screen protector that they installed because it was crooked. Right of the bat this black guy sales associate was already being rude. When I got my phone over the weekend I already noticed the screen protector was crooked, but the sales associate told me just come back Monday or Tuesday and they’ll take care of it. I wished I never signed up with this company. So unprofessional!
They simply arent trained. My experience was with some lady named Lilly and after spewing a bunch of wrong information at me she finally rolled her eyes and threw her hands up and pointed me at her manager. Rude, misinformed and unhelpful. I have no issue if you dont know something but giving someone attitude and running off is not how its handled. Especially when the manager tells me she is one of the best... your best sucks. All this because of a recall on a phone I just paid for. They will have many more people coming in for this and i just hope they train thier staff so the customers arent lied to and given attitude.
One associate messed up our transaction the first time not using my jump and signing me up for a new phone instead. Upon learning this we went back and their assistant manager Sam apologized for the miscommunication and the lackluster sale last time and was more than helpful. He showed us what went wrong and redid the whole transaction for us, he ended up saving me over $200 when all was said and done. Even though it got messed up the first time the customer service the second time made up for it.
You really need to have a knowledgable associate help you and Im pretty sure theyre not at this location. None of the employees could figure how to make the BOGO for the iPhone promo work so we had to do it when we got home. Was told our early device payment termination would be covered and came to find out that it was an application process online AFTER we got our bill from our old carrier. Then it was denied because the associate who helped with the application did it wrong. Now we have to apply again, wait 6-8 weeks and hope that it gets approved?! Know what youre getting into before you do anything.
I always check the reviews before going to t-mobile locations because I know they can vary and can sometimes tell a story. I wasnt sure about this location but they had in stock the iphone 7 plus that I wanted and I didnt want to wait for it.I was quite surprised by the service I received. I was actually greeted at the door and was listened to by the manager that was there. He then turned me over to a representative that was informed of what I needed. The rep then helped me upgrade my old iphone and transfer all my content through itunes very quickly and easily. She also sold me on the accessories I needed for the phone without feeling pushy.The environment was very warm and welcoming and the manager checked in on my a few times during the process to make sure everything was going well for me.I have to say, people are usually quick to write a review when they get bad service but seldom do they give praise when its earned.This store earned this review and will get my business going forward. The rep was Kristen, go see her shes great. I dont recall the managers name (but he was slender with a beard) but was also great.Good job to everyone who works there.
