Kind of off in its own corner, this Target doesnt look as exciting or ginormous as some others, but rest assured they have all the usual Target stuff. Clean, well stocked and organized. They even have food items and a small floral nook. The only reason for not doing five stars is that checkout times can be long, long when staffing is short. Otherwise workers are nice and do their best to speed things along.

Went online in the morning to get some much needed supplies as I am leaving for an emergency trip tomorrow. Order was ready by my lunchtime and went to get it brought to me. Soon as I clicked on the app that I was here not even 5 minutes an employee came rushing out and handed my items to me. Love how quick and easy it all was! Thank you!

On September 8th, I was in the technology section looking for indoor security cameras that I had been looking for while, but had never gotten enough information to make sure I was buying the right one. However, at this Target store, this young sales person was so helpful to explain how they work and how important it is to have an indoor camera. In addition, he explained well when he compared these cameras that I ended up buying one at 4:42 PM. Thank you! We need people like you! Thank you! Thank you!

Worst target ever. The shelves are constantly completely empty and today after doing what shopping I could, I went to ring out and they were completely out of bags??? Im talking all bags including reusable. I had to just leave my cart and go to fred Meyers instead, because how am I supposed to carry all my groceries to the top floor of my apartment building? 😂 what a joke

One of the best Target stores in the Pacific Northwest. They have very knowledgeable staff for the most part. Very willing to help and knowledgeable of most of the sections of the store. Specialty locations such as health and beauty, electronics and grocery dont always have someone available but if you use one of the kiosks to call someone they are there fairly quickly barring staffing issues. Targets grocery section has some of the best quality and price for vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and organic products. Their house brand, Good And Gather, is also of great quality and often rivals the name brand items. The store is also very well laid out and easy to find your way around. If youre looking for an item, search it on the kiosk and it will give you a letter and number designation which correspond to sections and aisles within the store. If you learn how to use that and find them easily, you can find anything very quickly. Its one of the quickest stores Ive ever been in to shop.

Skip this target! Even though its at southcenter, it is the most understocked and smallest of the local targets. Good luck getting what you need here! Further, lately the Target app doesnt even come close to reflecting whats actually in the store. This means they do have available ability on things that are marked out of stock and also have alternatives that arent even covered in the app. This means you will not be able to get the deals that are offered on the Target app - which can be considerable.I tried to speak to the store manager about this consistent issue. I waited at the customer service desk for some time. When I checked again to see if the manager was coming the associate made sure to let me know she told me the manager was coming and that the manager was really busy so it could take a while. Guess what? Im busy too. The Renton Target is awesome, staff is wonderful its a nice store and its always got everything you need. Go there instead.

Target stores are the best mid-level store in the nation for American families that are budget conscious, but want the Nordstrom high level atmosphere. I’ve been to Target in four states and they’re always clean, with spacious isles, a welcoming and helpful staff. I love Target! Ask any of my family what’s my favorite store and they will say, “it’s Target!”

This is me neighborhood target. It’s really nice and clean but there is never enough cashiers. I dread coming because the wait times can be so long. The fresh market section is also not the best but all in all it’s a a decent target.

Early morning shopping and only self-checkout open causing a line. And you have to love the automatic doors that need a push to open. Other than that clean store and friendly service.

Beware of theft from this store. I went shopping there today and the cashier rung up my toilet paper and mousse twice, stealing $20+ of my money for items I didnt receive.

I like shopping at this target. The items are organized well and easy to find. The prices are a little expensive than Walmart but quality of products is good. But there are limited vegetables available. This target has ample parking outside. There is also an accessible entrance.

Price is always a good reason to shop at Target. The store was clean and organized. The cleaning stuff was way in a corner of the grocery area that alluded me until I had to ask.

My car was broken into in the parking lot. They cant release the footage, and the police wont even try to look at it. There was no security anywhere.

This store has definitely gone down hill in the last few months. They say open at 7 but every weekend they don’t open til like 7:30ish

My usual source for this item failed me, my usual secondary source failed me too (and they CHARGED me for it!), but Target came through for me.

Wonderful Customer Service!I was picking up an online order. Customer Service was in the weeds, only one computer was working and they had a number of returns as well as running items out to cars for vulnerable customers. There was an issue with the phone/ipad scanning my items for pick-up. The employee who helped me was professional, polite, and conscientious.

The store seems cleaner and more organized than other stores of similar type. If i go to Walmart or fred Meyer, my chances of finding an employee to help me are slim to none. Targets seem well staffed and maintained. Shelves are always stocked and clothing is folded and put back regularly at target stores. I dont stress out while shopping due to items being in the middle of the isle and difficult to navigate. I feel comfortable and usually spend more time and money at my target store. Love target!!

This target seems to have issues with stocking and cleaning up displaced items. I always try to avoid this store because there is about an 80% chance that what I am looking for wont be in stock at this location. I have had this happen to me with 4 different items. But target will always win over walmart for me.

Great store, lots of great products and and excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a meat section and produce as well. They also had a pretty good selection of beer, wine and Spirits.This store definitely has something for everyone.

Great selection, impressive store layout, the employees were friendly and helpful. We had picked up a couple of toys that were not marked, when we attempted to scan them, the code would not work. A Target partner approached noticed our difficulty and offered to assist. I was grateful that we didnt have to go looking for assistance.

The staff is very helpful

The experience was pretty cool. The gentleman at the will call counter was very thoughtful, I had my daughter with me and he wasnt quite sure if the item was for her when he went to retrieve it, so just to be on the safe side he made sure it was concealed.

Just want to say that Lupe in the electronics area is the real MVP!!! She was running around grabbing stuff for customers, answering questions, managing the people effectively, and much more, all with grace and poise! Thank you Lupe for making this shopping experience a breeze!!!

Forcing disabled veterans to wear a mask is beyond insane.

Rarely go to this target because I generally have a negative experience but today we had to get some things and this target was on our way to our destination. the target was sold out of everything we needed but me and my girlfriends collect funko pop figures from time to time and noticed they had a mad hatter and a couple 10 mewtwos. we got in line which took about 45 mins due to how long the lines were but that isnt an issue because it was a Saturday. when we got up to the front of the line the funko pops had an issue scanning so a manager came up. apparently they dont go on sale till tomorrow so the manager took the product from us and told us there is nothing he can do or help us with so he just walked off. i tried asking if he could hold it or sell it to us early and he just ignored me and walked away without even trying to be nice in anyway. if you like being treated like an actual customer i highly recommend going to a different target. everytime i go to this location they never have what i need and always treat me like a burden in the store.

I live them but its been a week since Ive reordered my stolen target card! What gives?!

Super disappointed with the customer service I received (or should I say lack of service) at the Tukwila location. I went in to update my baby registry and stood in line while 6 people were helped before me. Several people came up and asked if I had an order pick up and when I said no, I’m here to update my baby registry they just walked away. I was told by 3 different employees to wait while they went and got someone who knew how to handle the registries. When I finally was helped I went on my way to start scanning items to add To the registry, however either the scanner didn’t work or there weren’t any scan codes on the products. When I went back up to ask about the registry’s gift bag, I was told they were all out and of course didn’t know when they would get more in. I asked another girl who said most likely at the end of the week but to call and make sure. It is BEYOND frustrating to deal with so many dismissive people who’s job is customer service. I probably won’t even continue with my baby registry based on this experience. No one knew anything! No one went out of their way to help me and the level of service was just disappointing. I hope this review will prevent further situations like this in the future.

Probably the best Target to go to in the Seattle area. Friendly and helpful associates.

The parking lot had easy access in and out but getting to the mall area was complicated due to the combination of shoppers and commuters using all the approach roads around 6 pm. At least I knew in advance that the product I wanted was in stock here as shown on the website.

Target is way better than Walmart during the pandemic. I came for a couple of items and the self checkout was the quickest so thats what I chose. When I got in line and when it was my turn, the employee wiped the screen and the scan before I start scaning, they do it per customer, Walmart doesnt do that. That made me feel safer using the self checkout. The employees were helpful too, I recommend coming here over Walmart for your safety.

The security man follows me everytime I am here I let manager know about this issue now that I have reported this I fear for my safety cause the security man is mad at me may harm me now anything bad happens to me public its the security man suspect

They recently completed their remodel. Its a great looking store now, feels clean and bright. When looking for some items though, it seemed kind of unorganized. It was hard for myself to find two items the other day and when I asked for help, the rep directed me to the wrong place for it.

The fragrance in this store is way too much. Walked in for one item, not even in stock. Walked out with a migraine, red eyes, and dizzy. Kinda glad my item wasnt in stock because itd be unusable from the toxic air in this place!! Wont be back.

Most targets are dope! I’m loving the re-modeling. Makes regular shopping more extravagant, and I love that plus sizes are having more options.

The phone system takes a year to get to a real person.

I ordered 12 items and NINE of them were missing which I didnt realize until after Id left Target and was on my 2.5 hour drive to Ellensburg. When I called to get a refund, a ticket was created but I have to call back after 48 hours to request a refund because your system cant process mistakes day of. This is absolutely archaic that IM the one who has to call back vs. your system automatically processing an order when it comes in.

I find comfort in things being the same and yet there is variety in Target. Very good prices. Love target.

The guest service team members are pathetic and unprofessional. They disconnect the call when called for something and then no one picks up the call if you call again. Why do you even offer such services which cannot be provided.

I was assaulted inside this Target by an assailant who was refusing to wear a mask. Store security stood by and watched this occur.

I don’t really come to this location often because it’s usually always busy. We were in the area & needed some things so we stopped by. Came in for one thing & left with more than enough! Lol. We didn’t have to wait in line at all surprisingly. Our cashier was very friendly. Very kind. We had an issue come up but she asked for help & we were on our way shortly. Would definitely come here again. Who doesn’t love target?

Ive always shopped at target, I like the prices and usually the service is good, but I have to say, today I went into the restaurant, while waiting for my children to shop and it was absolutely disgusting!There was food waste everywhere, and not a clean place to sit, and when I asked for a simple cup of coffee from the person behind the counter, her response was, we might but it would be from this morning.Seems like theres a lack of management and a extreme lack of concern for cleanliness.

Target is one of my favorite stores by far. I love how they have a little bit of something for everyone, even the dog and cat. (And not to mention their dog clothes and costumes are super cute.) This store is very clean and well kept up. The employees have always been helpful.. I like the atmosphere here, and the good up-beat vibes. And you find great bargains in all of their clearance sections as well which is always a bonus! :) happy shopping :)))

Easy steps to order, Red Card usage easy and good bargain, ready for pickup within minutes and no waiting and smooth transaction at the store for pickup. Alternate pick up person was very easily arranged.

The clerks are wonderful, managers dont give a damn. My husband said this was the most disgusting mens restroom he had ever seen in his life. When we told the clerk she contacted the manager who didnt seen to care. No apology or that they would take care of it. Thank you to the clerk that cared, shame on the manager.

Biggest shout out to Cody in the electronics department. My boyfriend bought me a Polaroid camera for my birthday, and when I went to open the box (obviously returned- seals and hanger tab were both wripped off) it had a body scrub, white out, and trash inside. Yes, I was just as confused and baffled. We called the store because the purchase had been made an hour prior, and they assured us that they would fix the problem. We arrived back at Target and Cody saved the day and made sure that we left with an actual camera. The 5 stars is only for Cody- and Vanessa who helped with exchange. It was an inconvenience to have to go back immediately during traffic, but we wanted the problem fixed right away. You would think for electronics being returned, that you would make sure the actual product was inside before accepting the return (the boxes did feel about the same weight- so the thief was smart I guess), but still check returns!

Elsie was so extremely helpful and patient with me will I got my items. Give her a huge raise!!

I ordered a barbie dream house for my daughter and when I went to the store, to pick it up they told me that there were none, and when they were checking for other stores that had it,store manager was helpful,one of the store employee brought the dream house. The gave that to me. When we were building the dream house, there were pieces missing and they were very important. My daughter was devastated and very sad that she wouldnt be able to play with her friends.the dream house they gave it was returned by some one I should know as a customer.

I asked a man who was working if they had bacon and eggs because I couldnt find them and his response was yeah and never did he offer me more help or even point me in the direction. All he did was answer my question sarcastically with terrible customer service.
