Bad customer service!!!! My 15 yr. old son & I went in ( no welcome greeting from associates) to look for a pair of shoes & we’ve been standing for quite awhile & nobody ever asked if we needed assistance. We just walked out. So my son saide never again we will shop at Pacsun.

DO NOT....I repeat DO NOT order/purchase anything from PacSun! We made an online purchase and drove 30min to return in store and PacSun would not accept our return due to a high number of online orders. PacSun proceeded to tell us that we need to download the app and request a return label to return our items. Since we could not return items in store we had to get the return label online and had to spend 2 days online chatting with customer service to get a return label. Basically a lot of back and forth requesting PacSun to print us a return label...repeatedly asked for customer service to help in returning items. Brutal! This is basic customer service 101. #PacSunFail #shopelsewhere #lackscustomerservice #shopzumiez

Super cute store. Clean, the layout is amazing. The customer service is great as well. Stacy was so sweet and helpful. Who ever folds the cloths and keeps the store clean is doing a great job.

Bad customer service. Me and my girlfriend got accident in a store today by dropping the bubble tea on the floor and the staff guy was working there dont even listen to us and make us cleaned the bubble tea. Whats kind customer service is it when you let your customer cleaned the stuff in store for you know Pacsun, no respect, rude, please hired a better employee so the store work better.

Usually when I go to the mall i always buy something I didnt like but when i go to pacsun Im always happy with what I get.

We just had an amazing experience at the Southcenter PacSun this weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of product. Everyone at the store was warm and knowledgeable. We quickly found what we wanted, and checking out was a breeze. Thank you guys!

They have bad customer service. You can’t put anything on hold it’s a trashy store over all. Save your money and shop else where. You can find the same style clothing cheaper at other store.
