My daughter absolutely loves this store. The owner is beautiful and very down to earth. We go in often, The store is always very clean and we always find something for her. The dresses are high quality and are a reasonable price. Reminds me of Bebe stores but more affordable. I recommend anyone looking for trendy store to check it out.

Ive been shopping at the shoe closet for about two years now. Their customer service is Amazing! I literally drive an hour and a half from where I live just to go to the store! They always have what Im looking for and make the Long drive well worth. I would recommend the store to anybody who loves looking cute on a special occasion. The shoe closet definitely will have what youre looking for!

Well, they are in a mall. Their overhead is brutal. Their prices are not going to be the best - and honestly I dont expect them to be. But I thought their selection was reasonable, that fact that their selection is available right then is convenient, and they were nice to me. Perhaps the niceness is what I appreciated most of all. The world needs kindness more than anything else these days.

The owner Karina is awesome. Ive been shopping here for almost a year for great quality dresses for events I host and Karina makes sure I am set and slaying! Great customer service and love her exchange policy even though I never had to use the policy because I love what I purchase here! Did I mention the dresses are great quality!!!!!!! Love this place!!!!!

Super bummed about this place. The first time I went into this store the most amazing person was working. She was super friendly and helpful. Brought my friend to the store a couple weeks later. The owner was working with someone else and she was so worried about taking pictures in outfits that nobody bothered to help. Needless to say I won’t be returning. No customer service. Wish this place would focus on people in the store and pricing of the clothes were more realistic.

Their clothing is not recyclable like forever 21 and fashion Nova.Their employees are always helpful and help me out together the best outfits.

Every times I go shopping Its my First store I go to 🛍I like how they always keep their store so Clean and Neat. All the cloth is Snatched 👌🏼😍 the fabric is true to its price! I love shopping at the Shoe Closet! I am there a few times every month and always end up buying something. The dresses are one of a kind, hard to find anywhere else and the prices are pretty reasonable. I love the fact they post on instagram, it gives customers a good look at their clothing and shoe inventory which is extremely helpful because it gives me an insight to what I could possibly buy. If you want to look gorgeous and make heads turn, this is definitely the place to shop!

I have been here 3 times and I love the place! The fact that its a bit small makes it so easy to shop because you dont have to be wondering around an entire store looking for something you wont even know if they have! Though, Its a bit disappointing that most of the time they dont have MY size :/ but not their fault! Its a popular place so its understandable first come first serve. Everything is also well organized and colored oriented so BOOM!!! You want a red dress youll know exactly where to look! Dont even get me started with the heels! Must go in and check the place out if you havent already ;)

Don’t waste your time here. They make the clothing over triple the price of what they are worth (quality is worse than forever21)I have seen the exact same items they sell for 20 dollars elsewhere

Items are TRASH. They quadruple the mark up of what the item is actually worth. Material is super cheap and you can expect to pay 100 for it.The girls are unprofessional and don’t acknowledge you or offer any assistance. I’ve worked in retail for a long time and that’s one of the most basic things you do.There’s a reason why no one is ever in the store, stay away

The first time I heard about this store was when Dannie riel wore some shoes from this store. And really wanted to check it out since I live in Seattle then I saw Brittany Elena in an outfit from here I was always hesitant because of the prices (I thought it would be quite pricey) but when I finally went in I realized their prices were not bad at all 29.99 to about 149.99. Picked up some really cute dresses! And the girlWorking Cynthia was really nice and helpful!Great experience! I feel like an IG model now lol jk but for sure an instagram type store! I’m obsessed! Oh and they sell mink lashes!

Was first introduced to this store by Instagram, and it certainly did not disappoint. They carry various styles of flattering dressing for all shapes and sizes which is GREAT!!! Usually, stores like this dont put quality behind their products but you can bet your bottom dollar that this isnt one of those stores. Everything ive gotten so far is of great material, and of great quality. Not only that, theyre customer service is extraordinary. Shell sit there and chat with you about your day, and that personalizes the experience which you dont get from this day in age. Keep doing your thing girl!!

Went in here a few days ago, two girls working and walked in they didn’t even acknowledge we walked in didn’t say hi or even bother to look up from their phones. So rude. Never will go back or will recommend to anyone. Got a bad look now.

Gone into this store a few times. Honestly i wish they had bigger sizes in there dresses i wear a large to XL because of my chest size. Sizes run a little small at least for me. As far as customer service goes one of the times i went here i wasent wearing the nicest of clothes and the lady gave me a dirty look as if i dident belong there because of what i was wearing also i got told that i wouldent find anything that would fit me there. I was very upset, i could have been looking for a gift for someone else. But the next time i went i had my make up done and had nicer clothes on and i was greeted and was smiled at i was even told to let them know if i needed a fitting room to try anything on. I dont know if i would go back for myself but id go back for gift for other people for sure!

Being from California I never realized how spoiled I was to have trendy boutiques on every corner so when you need something cute it was never to hard to find. I guess Washington just isnt that glamorous lol So when I ordered a dress online for my birthday and DAY OF the dress was still not delivered I freaked! Thankfully a friend recommended the Shoe Closet, I ran there on my lunch hour and was in and out with the HOTTEST rose colored bandage dress! I do wish I could post a picture cuz it was fly! Lol Its the most on point boutique Ive found since I moved here 2 years ago! ps.. I wore the other dress in Vegas recently and seriously wished I had just packed my Shoe Closet dress!

Do not trust the posted store hours. Have tried to go in to exchange an item 3 separate times during what is posted as their operational hours but each time they were apparently closed...
