Always enjoy good ice cream but the associate behind the counter put this experience over the top. My daughter changed her mind just short of a hundred times. Then I caught whatever she had and couldnt make a decision either. The gentleman was very kind. Showing the patients of a Saint he never once showed an inkling of anything but understanding and grace . Thank you for a very pleasant experience we will be back again soon!

The line was long but moved quickly. Staff was very efficient and energetic. Nice location. Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream. I love their cappuccino blasts made with nutty coconut or pumpkin ice cream. Its amazing!

Super rude. I stood there for 5 minutes and was completely ignored. I was gonna let it slide until the lady at the counter completely ignored me and started helping the person standing behind me. If you cant treat all your customers with respect you shouldnt work customer service. I will never go back to these rude people.

I usually love BR Ice Cream and mostly get the same 2 flavors, World Class Chocolate and Gold Medal Ribbon. So today surprisingly, the WCC tasted off, not sure what was going on, didnt taste fresh and had an odd taste. Plus it didnt taste chocolaty as usual. The Gold Medal Ribbon was fresh and good. Unfortunately having the two mixed together ruined the whole taste since the WCC wasnt good. I got the waffle cone separate and it too wasnt fresh, was soft and chewy in places. So sad to say I feel today was a waste of $6+ for ice cream. And having them say, sorry no cups of water anymore, we have bottles was a big disappointment.Inside the mall, lower level. Lots of free parking, clean, accessible restrooms, nice mall with lots of great places to sit and shop.

The customer service is bad at this location! Myself together with 5 other people were going to get something. A server took my order asked me what id like, which i gave and she proceeded to make it. Another server ask to help the next party in line. Fortunately there was no one behind us, so i told him that there was the others in my party who wanted to get something. To my surprise, he stated that we would all have to wait for the one server that is currently making my blast to take all our order. I said really with shock and he rudely replied with, YES and walked away. Heres the part that annoyed me, there was two other servers that were doing nothing and serving noone. So to think there was a total of three servers, one who was busy making my order and two others doing nothing and no one else in line not offering to help the others who was with me is a bad policy!!! I then asked the server who served me that policy was a store policy or corporate, she stated yes it is and a directive from her manager.I understand if it was busy, and having three servers to assist is a great way to swiftly and sufficiently serve. But it wasnt!This kind of service is unacceptable!

Not enforcing limits on number of people in store during COVID pandemic.

This is the absolute worst Baskin-Robbins I have ever been to in the entire country. My friends, family, and I have traveled near and far around America eating ice cream from Baskin-Robbins in over 37 different states. Who would have known the one closest to our own home would be run by the most horrible people imaginable. The lower level employees are the real hero’s and I feel so sorry for what the upper management puts them through that I have witnessed and been personally affected by. I watched a higher ranking manger not only intentionally block off access of the cash register from his female entry level employee, but he also embarrassed her in front of the entire rest of the store by undermining her hard work, putting himself and what he was doing as more important and above anything she was doing, kept getting in her way and almost made her drop my ice cream, told me to get out of the way of the cash register because he was busy and I needed to move even though the lady who was helping me was already ringing me up, and he screamed at me when I tried to defend her from his actions. He was extremely rude to me and to this young lady and I refuse to ever be treated like this ever again by anyone, let alone stand by and watch anyone treat their fellow employees this way. It’s completely unacceptable and if this comment is deleted from Google I will be reposting it and contacting the CEO myself. I don’t care how hard it will be, how long it will be, how much money it will cost to file a law suit, no one should ever be treated the way I was yesterday while I was one a first date.

Came here with a group of 6. There was 3 employees. 1 employees was making a drink and the other guy asked if we were in the same group we said yes. He proceeded to talk with his other co worker. When asked to help us he said he couldnt because the other employee was taking our order and its policy that when one cashier is already helping our group only that cashier can complete our groups order, its policy. So my question to the employee was ok so instead of 3 employees coming together to help get a group of 6 order together to make a faster transaction our group of 6 were hovering around the ice cream waiting for the employee already helping us complete 1 order and feeling rushed because the other 2 employees talk to eachother while waiting for another customer to come in. Been to other malls with Baskin-Robbins and this one was disappointing.

I love the strawberry cheesecake and the pineapple and coconut flavors. They are super yummy!

The ladies working couldnt stop gossiping long enough about coworkers to even greet me or make sure I was taken care of properly. The ice cream, of course was good.

Great ice cream! Awful service! Lady was ignoring me like 15 minutes and I was waiting until she pay attention to me! She ignored me and ask the person who came after me! For my question why she is ignoring me, lady became rude!!!!! Baskin Robbins you lost clients because of bad service!
