With limited notice, Anastasia prepared and personally delivered a wonderful White Belgian Chocolate Mousse cake for their birthday. Beautiful glazing and multiple distinct layers with different textures and flavors that all came together very nicely. The cake looks as beautiful as the pictures on the website. She also explained to them how to best enjoy the cake. It was also a surprise and they absolutely loved the whole experience.Super responsive over email and the online payment was a breeze. The cake was delicious and Anastasia was easy to work with. I had to pick up the cake a few days early because of the holiday weekend, Anastasia was a little worried about the freshness of the fruit on top of the cake but it stayed damn near perfect in the fridge till our anniversary.
