My first time going here. Other locations from texas and oklahoma made amazing drinks and never messed up my order. I guess this crew was too busy or rookies. 2 mango teas and the jellies were missing and the tea came out too bitter.

Fun motif. Friendly staff. Some interesting drink combos I had not seen prior. Tasty drinks. A bit Awkward to get to-if you’re not specifically at the mall. Wasn’t hard, just less ease than drive through or solo-shop. Well placed in mall- near an Anime shop “no food. No drink!” Sign-caution -if like us you have bubble tea & notice After.Purple ya was a fun flavor & REAL yam in the drink! Yum. So yummm.

Place was overall very clean and had great employees. Almost everything that they have to offer is pretty sweet. And since them have having a current collaboration with a game called honkai impact makes them add two limited time drink called fu-tune and sakura strawberry with sesame. Each event drink gets you a little nice character sticker. (The max is 16 event drinks in one order)

Consistent tea. I think this place is pretty good. Weve gone 3 times in the past few weeks. Mainly came because of their iPhone app specials and coupons. If you have a reward to use, the price is great for the tea youre getting. I think their milk tea is pretty good. Try sesame oolong with boba! If you dont have rewards then the tea might seem more expensive than other places though the price is about average. This place reminds me most of Coco.

Love the name; the tea is good and the murals are awesome. I love the owner addresses issues in the reviews as well as positive feedback! I will buy tea from them again!

Decent little place, good service thats somewhat fast but the menu was just a little making for my tastes.

Used fresh oranges in my drink, that fresh fruit flavor doesnt compare when most use syrups. Amazing! Great fun painted mural on the wall for photos.

Super delicious!!! Convenient for people living in Bellevue and shopping in Westfield Southcenter mall. I always take bubble teas for me and my husband here when shopping.

Tea was good but took about 45 minutes.

The staff here was not friendly, and seemed rude. They didnt have the flavors we wanted. We asked for low sugar in our drink, but they refused to do that even though the option of customizing the amount of sugar is highlighted in their menu. The tea itself felt like a generic boba tea.

Their table and chairs feel sticky sometimes. Hope they can clean them more often. Drinks are okay, portion is kind of small compare to the price.Try Peach Oolong Tea, but the peach dices taste extremely sweet.

Amazing drinks. I got the Honey Milk Boba Tea and it was absolutely amazing! The staff is super friendly as well. Amazing atmosphere. I will be coming back in the future. Although, staff weren’t wearing mask correctly. There was a really giant creative painting on the wall and it made really great scenery. I really liked this place because the ease of the menu to order and the variety of drinks. I was in the mood for bubble tea and they didnt disappoint. I really enjoyed the different bubble options that they had including popping grape bubbles. I could have done without the small pineapple chunks then ended up in my pineapple tea but thats okay Ill know how to order next time.

I ordered a Taro slush and there was a hair inside of the sealed drink before I even stabbed it with the straw. Disgusting.

Pretty yummy! I ordered a large latte with popping coffee bubbles. It was a great combo and super filling. Maybe Id order a small next time cause it lasted me a few hours.

Bubble tea here is delicious, however its expensive. Medium size is 3.75$ and large is 4.5$.Topping is 0.75$ and White Foam (or Sea Salt) is 1$ add-on. My bill total was 6.6$ and i was surprised.The foam is pretty delicious and I did enjoy my tea so much. The price is what I concern.85 degree on second floor offer same tea but cheaper, about 4.5$ for topping n sea foam included.

I don’t know why the guy who picked up the phone insisted me to place the order through doordash and didn’t want me to place the pickup order with him. I tried their APP and didn’t work. Then I used doordash, realized all the prices are higher then what they should be in store/on APP, which is fine. Then it took him over 30 mins to bring the teas to my car and we only ordered 2.I will NEVER come back to this store. Poor services.

The drink here isn’t creative too simple. It would be better if these guys have more options with their add on such as crystal boba and sea salt topped with their milk tea. I rather go to 85 degree for bubble tea within the mall or Tea Time near the mall for signature Tea Time.

Got the taro mill tea and it was meh. Kinda gritty and not the best taro Ive had. Might try another flavor if Im ever there again, but for sure wont get taro again.

I was unsatisfied with my order how it was tasteless. Spoke to the guy that was working at the cashier. Told me I had to pay again to get something else. They would not accommodate my order to something else. He said I dont have the power to do that to replace my order or give me a discount for another order What kind a business is this? How do you expect to have returning customers?

Picking up a order and due to the virus they bring it to your car and worker is very rude and keep hanging up the phone. Called them on May 26th

It was a great place but when I got there, they ran out of the original tapioca/boba. Was very disappointed but made very good milk tea :)

Best in Westfield Mall. Hiden and Relaxing location close to the children playground...Get the Taro with Oreo mix. Very satisfying ♡♡♡

Good place

My girlfriend and I ordered similar drinks, but with different toppings. My drink came out fine, but my girlfriend ended up receiving the wrong toppings. After asking for it to be remade. The barista proceeded to make it, but put the wrong toppings AGAIN. After that, we just didnt want to deal with them anymore and just left. Drinks are expensive and was just not worth it. Would not recommend.

This place has the best black sugar milk

Coming from the east coast I was super happy to find kung fu teas here but this one is disappointing to say the very least. Everytime I come here they are always out of something whether its chai, thai, pudding or tapioca its always something. Then they only have one person running the register and that same person is making the orders. At least put signs out for what youre out of so that people dont waste 10 to 15 min in line only to be disappointed. Ill take the drive to the other kung fu tea in university area at least they always have everything you want.

It didn’t taste like black tea and it was watery didn’t taste good but the tapioca was good I’m kind of disappointed because this is my very first time

We went in tonight to try to order and were ignored for 5-10 minutes. There were two people and they spent the whole time chit chatting with a friend and wouldnt even make eye contact with us. We finally left without even being able to try to order.

Same thing as all KFT around the United States. One of the best tasting boba tea in the area.

Waited more than 15 minutes and my drink was given to someone without making sure it was theirs. Decided to leave then wait longer. Never going back. Been to other bubble tea places just as busy never waited that long and they made sure it was going to the right person.
