Im not big on writing reviews, but when I saw what folks were saying about this location, I had to speak up. I go to FedEx Office because its quick and easy, whether self service copying, or if I need help to shop a package. The staff have consistently been helpful and courteous when Ive been in need, and note that each customer gets the attention they need and deserve. This is my favorite location, and Ill continue going back.
I have been here twice! Once last year for printing and again this year! I was in there a few days ago from now. Luckily the same girl/woman was working again! She has light hair, in a bun usually. She is AMAZING!!! She has helped me out of a tough situation before! She is highly professional and super kind! She cares about people, which I LOVE! She helped me pay cash for some print outs and let me email the store. She printed them for me because I did not have a debit card! I LOVE this place!!! Very affordable. I printed about 15 page for only a few bucks! I was surprised once again by the above and beyond care this woman/facility repeatedly shows everyone even a year ago. You know what you going to get here every time! Excellent Service!
I came here to ship a return and was in and out within 5 minutes. During that time, at least four different employees asked me if I’d been helped, including the manager. Rather than help one person at a time, they worked as a team and assisted everyone simultaneously. They helped me email my label, print it, and send the package amazingly fast, even though there were four other people in line to drop off shipments. This is easily the best FedEx experience I’ve ever had.
I dont understand why this location has such a poor average rating. Every time Ive gone, the staff has been really nice and professional. Chris is very patient and took the time to explain to me the print order process for custom dimensions. Mat is also nice.
I went here earlier today to make art prints. I was half tempted to drive to a slightly further location based on the poor reviews, but I saw that they weren’t currently busy so I gave it a shot.All of the employees were very safe and mindful of safe distance. Super polite and attentive to everyone in line, and on the phone. It appeared that a gentleman working stayed past his shift end to help get the line for shipping down.I, myself was in the printing line, which was quickly serviced. Rebecca helped me, and was very kind, efficient, and multi tasked very well. I got what I expected of my prints, but much better customer service than these reviews led me to expect. Some people have little patience and are way too quick to rage-post a 1 star review.

I went to this store because it was the closest to where I live, and wanted to know how it was, despite the low reviews. I was greated when I came in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will update more after a few more visits.
I generally dont care for reviews on places but this Tukwila FedEx office location is a must. Completely rude staff particularly from Rebekah the assistant manager. She ignores customers. And when being helped, shes passive aggressive and just annoyed and irritated....and this is multiple times with my experience. Im sure more customers experience this. Just look the overall reviews, its terrible. This place will not last long if its being run by this lady. Im definitely not coming back and take my money elsewhere.
The worst experience I have had during COVID 19, the pandemic. I understand that social distancing is important for many vulnerable populations, but the way the employees made me feel there was unacceptable. Both of the employees I interacted with backed completely away and were talking to me, while leaned against the wall. I was barely even close to the counter, and I felt like that treatment was just exaggerated and dramatic. They could have politely asked me to take a few more steps back to keep more of a social distance, if they really felt that uncomfortable. It felt highly unprofessional, and their attitudes during the encounter were not friendly. I have seen businesses handle it in a much nicer way, while still being safe. Perhaps they could add plastic barriers, like sneeze guards at grocery stores, to protect everyone. The employees I encountered made me never want to go back, as I experienced subpar customer service. I was unsatisfied.
Very unhelpful staff. Feels like it’s a burden to even get an employee too notice me when in line or waiting for assistance. Tons of employees standing aimlessly looking busy avoiding helping customers. Certainly seems when customers of different ethnicities are there they are treated with respect not as a hassle. Is it simply not their job? Do better and don’t treat people like animals. Will Not Be Back Thank You.
Important to note while most of us are cautious about our errands during COVID - - I was in this center today (7/15/20), waited about 10 minutes to get a receipt for a package that was ready to go, and watched the associate at the ship desk operate with her face mask below her nose (which isnt how to wear them). When I was in front of her at the desk, at one point she wiped her exposed nose with her hand, then went right back to typing on the computer and handing my the receipt. I didnt want to get into a confrontation, and just wanted to get out of there, but did notice the sign they have in the entrance asking customers to wear a mask and practice social distancing. From a business perspective, Id hope employees were taking this all seriously and adhering to the standards they ask of their customers!
There was ringing in my ears and I couldnt hear too well (I have an appointment to figure it all out soon)... I could tell the lady was trying to say something to me, but I couldnt make it out and I kept doing my thing. I wrote a note to another patron asking him to write what she was saying since she had walked away. He wrote that she was asking me to put my mask all the way on since I had accidently pulled it down without thinking about it. I pulled it back up He then wrote again saying she was going to call security. I wrote a note on my way out telling her she might want to make sure I could hear first. After I left, I see her pick up the note like lemme just hide this from my boss. Ill throw it away. Unbelievable.

The staff at this store lack customer service. One associate quoted me one price for a box/shipping and another associate quoted me a much higher price. The people at this store seem like they dont care. I would avoid this fed ex, just terrible!

This place has had high turnover over the years, but maintains capable, polite staff nonetheless. Always have necessary office supplies and great card selection. Even have snacks and drinks if you need a break. This store has been there for me in a pinch and has never missed a promised deadline.
Been coming here for years now and I will say not perfect, but beats going to the post office. Also, theyre open more than the usual UPS and USPS. Im more disappointed that they dont turn away people who show up with some random object not ready to ship and barely know where theyre shipping said random object to.
Biz was extremely busy but he took the time to assist me. Im new to Seattle and it was a pleasant surprise to see a young man willing to take the time to help and make certain that my needs were met. He exhibited outstanding customer service which is very rare these days. I will definitely return for repeat business.

My opinion: The place is not following “recommended practices “ or FedEx has a loose standard for COVID safety.The foot traffic at this E. Andover store must be so great that they must have given up on keeping the place clean.Masks are the only thing going. 😷• No hand sanitizer!Note: BYOB. I’ve been out to my car twice for dollops of it.• No Clorox wipes!!• No disinfectant spray if self-service cleaning was a option!!!NOTHING on either side of the counter!!!! Poor employees 😷It’s the first place that I have been to for a business task since the re-opening (except for groceries and meds, of course) that I have truly felt like I needed Full Decontamination (boldface and underlined, if I could) !!!Not even worthy of one star for COVID safety. 😝Check out the weasel-wording of their “Keeping safety top of mind” statement.Poor employees. 😷
Went to this fedex Center yesterday (7/72020) in the evening for shipping a package that had an iphone in it to Australia. The lady (wish I noted down her name) at the shipping center spoke to me really rude (loud voice and not at all calm) and asked me if the consignee had an import license. I told her this is a personal use item and I asked her how do I get an import license to which she replied that I need to contact Australia customs and she cant help me out :(I called Fedex customer service (international shipping) and they reported that no import license was required for shipping an iphone.I finally went to Fedex shipping center in Kent today (7/8/2020) and without any fuss, they shipped my product with a commercial invoice form that is filled by them.0 stars to Fedex at Tukwila - for customer satisfaction0 stars - for not having any idea of how to do international shippingUpdate: My package that was sent from Fedex Kent reached Australia - without the documents demanded by Fedex at Tukwila
I used FedEx office often. Some time ago they move the plotter or big format printer to be self use. Today I arrived to use that printer and I informed the worker that their printer wasnt reading my USB. The person around the printer told me she couldnt help me at the moment so I walk at the counter. Where I was informed I now had to wait because they needed to print something on that printer for somebody who came after me. Now they wont help me at all. The printer is not being used and still I wont get any help. I suspect my construction worker clothes are the reason Im being ignored.

Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes when 2 ladies walk up to the counter next to me, after making eye contact with me previously, the guy behind the counter jumped right on the opportunity to help them. I then stood for another 10 minutes while he helped them.I just needed to scan some documents to my email. I finally get my question answered and get over to the, rent a computer station and go through the 5 minute process of scanning a single document.It scans to Adobe and is completely unreadable. So I spent 30 minutes and 7 dollars to get absolutely nowhere.
I only ever use printing/copying/computer services here and they seem to have an adequate number of self-serve machines for the customer traffic. However, there always seems to be machines out of order. Big, convenient parking lot.
Outstanding customer service when working with Ray and making & mounting posters. He caught an embarrassing error, phoned us before printing it, to confirm. We were able to fix the error before printing and resulted in saving us tons of time. They did a great job, the posters came out great; he and his crew made us look really good. thank you so much!!
I get so frustrated with this location closing early, if you want to close at 9:50 than advertise that. I understand needing to close out tills and whatever but there is no reason that pre labeled packages cannot be dropped off ten minutes to close. Other than that the service here is acceptable, on par with other fed ex locations. A word to the wise, spring for the insurance.
CB was a huge help we shipped 7 different heavy things and he helped with zip ties tape and kindness. We will be back if ever in the area. 26 years and counting.
Response to email orders is spotty at best; sometimes they respond, sometimes they dont. When you go in to pick up your order, be prepared to send it all again and wait. Today I did so, and resent the order in person at the location; employee acknowledged they received the order and that I was waiting here for them to be printed, and then disappeared and went to lunch without a word saying Id have to wait after her lunch. This while a snowstorm was getting worse outside. Consistently just the worst customer service at any FedEx I have ever seen.
Completely inept staff as far as meeting deadline. Told items to be done by 8 pm and they had not even started them. No communication among workers here. Definitely go elsewhere if you want order done on time!
Place is almost about as useless as it gets. I have custom business cards that needed to be edited, got that done saved to OneDrive. Then it came time to put in a order and that’s when things went downhill. They have signs everywhere that you can print from the cloud but it doesn’t work on any of the computers, or copiers. I ask for help and person at the counter asked if I had a flash drive. I said I have it on the cloud and need help placing an order, since the option does not work on the PC. Without a flash drive they couldn’t help me apparently. I guess they must not have an email I could send my files to and help me create an order.
The staff was extremely helpful with taking care of our business needs. The supervisor was knowledgeable about the store products and production of documents needed for a presentation quickly. We visited the store on September 26th, mid morning and when n the area, this is the store I will visit for great services.

I live in a very metropolitan area (South Seattle) and I have to drive ~10-25 minutes depending on traffic to get to the closest FedEx drop off and then its another 10-15 minute wait to get to the counter, and all I want is to hand them my prepaid package.I have been here twice now to drop off packages that already had shipping labels. There was a very long line this past visit and before that, a short line with only one staff person, so it still took >10 min. There has to be a better way to work with FedEx as an individual.
The customer service was rude. We sent an email to be printed and it did not have an attachment. We sent it again, and the person helping us walked away... so we had to continue to wait until someone remembered we were there. When we went to send our package, the woman helping us was very short with us and argumentative.
One star for the daytime staff, one star because they completed the job. Three missed stars because their attitude and customer service (particularly of the evening staff) were abysmal. One employee told my colleague that she didnt want to work there and didnt care. So engage with caution

Wife called to ask what time they close. The cow over the phone told her couple times its 9 pm.. she asked if she s sure its not 8 .. Cow said 9 .. we got there 8:05 pm and while cow was walking around the store, doors locked.. the dude just showed middle finger, and would not open the door, so I didnt drop off my prepaid box. I m gonna cancel the label, and never use FedEx again.. USPS is the way to go, or UPS. never liked FedEx, but now those POS employees made it clear that they dont want my business... Or anybodys!
The customer service is entirely too slow and do no pay attention to instructions. They attempt to over charge for the wrong sized boxes when there is another box more appropriate for the items you are trying to ship. It is a ripoff and a disservice to anyone trying to send packages.
The staff were great and helped me sort out my mess of paperwork into the right shipping folder with patience.
Very unprofessional and condescending every time I am there. They refuse to accept some of my packages even when shown a letter from corporate instructing them to do so. The Management should try and manage to learn their own procedures and by-laws. Wish I had any other option.

Horrible customer service! Especially from the only male employee that was working today. I stood in line with a huge box... not knowing I didnt need to be waiting in line... and when it was my turn the guy looked at me and walked away. Wasnt really doing anything and the place had about 3 customers to their 5 employees.

Packaging was not very helpful. They really tried to charge me extra for things I didnt need. And didnt identify that I just needed Fedex Express saver. And instead wanted to charge me double the price for a bag and ground shipping. I had to pull out a previous receipt from another fedex shop that did me right a week ago.
If you are forced to use FedEx to ship something, make sure you AVOID fedex smartpost. It is a massive scam that is not worth what you are saving. It took 3 weeks to get my package from the east coast. Same package from the same location took 3 days with USPS and for the same price. As bad as USPS is sometimes, they are 100 times better than this new SmartPost scam.
Awesome service. When some of my prints were cut wrong they reprint them plus some for free. Always try to be helpful .

I ship packages all the time normally with USPS and never had an issue until I went with this Fedex bc of cost of shipping a fragile item it arrived damaged even after I told them its fragile.
Maybe a little paper in the self service area would the overwhelmed single person trying to run the onslaught of impatient customers trying to use equipment that doesnt work. Good luck with this business model.
I frequent Fedex Kinkos often and this is by far the worst location. Their prices are higher, their staff is rude, and theyre clearly not interested in helping. Avoid at all costs!

I went to print my sister documents at fedex store in Tukwila branch, the price to print 16 pages ( letter size) A4 the guy charged me ridiculous and unacceptable price $21.35 he mention that he has convert the document to PDF or Picture form however, the documents was in printed formate, i didnt authorized him to do this conversion however, i really shocked with this kind of customer services and crazy charges.this store is dishonest DONT GO THERE

Went in to use the scanner. Reading the posted instructions on the operating procedures however was told they recently changed the equipment. They need to update the operating procedures so that customers know what to do. Spent $30 trying to figure it out and asked if I can get a credit for the time wasted. Only got back a $1.62. Seemed like it was my fault for not knowing?

My rating is for the printing service, which is just awful. None of their printers could connect to the Dropbox servers, despite all three having options to. Nor could any of them read the USB jump drive that I brought, which had been tested on two workstations before I left for their location. I eventually remoted into my workstation at home through my phone and emailed the PDF file to the FedEx email and print address, which worked very well--except that the printers scaled up the image in the document so it was too big (I tested printing the document at home multiple times, and it printed perfectly on an inkjet printer). There werent any options available on the printer touchscreens to adjust the size, all of that was locked down. The employees behind the counter said that Id have to use one of the design workstations (at $0.45 a minute) to try and scale it down, even though it was FedExs printer configuration that was causing the issue. Or they said that they could change the scaling, starting at $16. $16 to change the printing size of the document?!? A basic function of a printer?I eventually gave in and rented one of the design workstations, which consistently popped up a timer that warned me with my expiration time--twice would have been ok within the course of seven minutes. A popup for every single minute was distracting and extremely frustrating, especially since I was having to pay for something that FedExs equipment was screwing up in the first place.All of this just to use a laser printer. I eventually gave up and left, and I still didnt have a print out of what I wanted in the first place. Awful prices, awful service, just awful all around.

Went to drop off a package. There was a guy helping a lady and another guy just wandering around the back doing God knows what. The first guy had to call him twice for him to come over and help me and another guy who had been waiting.
I went in today to do copies and then some shipping I couldnt figure out the computers very well so the center manager Ray help me he was amazing he got me in and out of there in no time shipping was easy there was a girl named Maria shes phenomenal
Really tired of receiving packages from which someone has obviously “went shopping” in. I can’t even replace the stolen items as they’re totally out of stock now. Package was delivered with obvious gap between flaps and was taped over as if to cover it up and miserably failed.
Only one employee working. Wait times ridiculous. Waste of time. The employee apologized saying they only schedule 1 person on Friday nights. Stupid. Wont be coming back here.
During peak times the staff gets slammed and a large line seems to occur. However, the staff is friendly and I have never had an issue with my package getting to its destination.
I just receive the most rude service on multiple occasions at this location. There are always people standing idle but not stepping up to help the people who are in line. They say they are sending your package yet cannot find the package when you are looking for it. I honestly think the employees are stealing the contents of packages here. I sent something for return exactly a week ago and they say they cannot find the package and phone customer service says it was never sent. Crooks, the entire bunch of them. Except the older lady...shes the hardest worker there. Sadly, they have lost mine and my family business forever over this crap.

Very super nice night manager, excepted my package even after he had already locked up and closed for the night, I tried so hard to make it on time but it just did not pan out that way ......so thanks to him my package made it out, he was even kind enough to tape on my shipping label as I did not get to do that yet either ......super cool ....

Entirely bad service, rude employees from the time I walked in the door, refused to allow me to ship in a box I brought in, told me it had to be repacked for them to ship it, so they could charge me 25$ for a box that wasnt as sturdy as the double thick computer shipping box I brought in. Both employees I dealt with were down right rude and short with me, like they were looking for a fight, I will be using UPS or USPS next time.
