I love this location they are clean, helpful, super friendly! I have been to quite a few locations and they are not all clean. This place limits how many people in location, they held the door for me, you can smell the clean literally. They helped with every step while still social distancing. I prefer this location over other locations honestly. Ive been from Everett to federal way and this is my location of choice because of how they handle me as a customer before and after the pandemic. Thank you.

A little covid crazed and on a power trip. This was based on one experience with whomever was working morning of 10/4. Maybe other people are different who work here.Owners responseUnless you have been living under a rock, Im not sure what business you can go into that does not require you to wear a mask! It is for your safety, as well as the safety of others. If you do not have a mask one is provided to you.You are not the only one being inconvenienced by Covid!Response 10-5Thanks for taking the time to read my review, although I didnt mention masks.

I can see why this UPS Store location has a 3.3 Average in customer reviews.If I could give a ZERO star I would give one to this location, based solely on customer service.I went to this location to drop off a package on 4/24/21 and lets just say customer service is not a preferred skillset at this location.My name is not Karen, nor am I a Karen. And while I understand and truly appreciate the need for social distancing and protecting UPS Store Employees and customers the dictatorial nature of how this store treats customers is undeniably rude and uncalled for.When I got to the store, I DEFINITELY noticed several signs outside that stated they could only have 4 customers in the store at one time, which I appreciate. HOWEVER, the only way to see how many people are in the store is to open the door and stick your head in to count customers, because the glass is tinted.Lets just say the response I received from CAMERON when I opened the door was shocking and rude.I opened the door and he yelled IM GONNA NEED YOU TO WAIT OUTSIDE!! I CAN ONLY HAVE 4 PEOPLE IN HERE AT ONE TIME!! His tone was rude, scolding and embarrassing. It was the kind of tone you would give a dog that just urinated on the carpet.I was shocked at how rude he was to a customer and could only reply with Thanks for letting me know. I can read and see the signs, but I cant see through tinted windows to count peopleWell, lucky for me, when I got to enter the storefront guess who waited on me? Yup. you guessed it CAMERON did!Was he polite? Was he apologetic for being rude or yelling at me?NO! There was not one ounce of humility as to how he treated a paying customer.He was snippy and didnt even thank me for my business. I will definitely think twice before using the UPS Store in Tukwila, WA again!Cameron is definitely not a great addition to the UPS Team and needs to understand basic customer service skills!

Fantastic customer service! Every time I drop off a package to this store, the team is always friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience and will actually go out of my way to stop by this particular ups store.

Be warned that they charge a $15 fee to hold a package per day!! The one two streets over does not. It would have been nice if they would have waived the fee as I did not know that.

If you limit inside customers to four, fine. But it’s not fair to act as if customers who have post office boxes inside don’t count as those four. Selectively deciding who counts is not fair or logical. So telling me I can’t wait inside because you’re limiting it to four customers but letting the customer who has a post office box inside is completely illogical and lacks reason.

I have been into this store many times in the past year, and find the staff there to be incredibly friendly and incredibly efficient. They adhere to thoughtful standards in this era of COVID-19, and while you may see a line out the door when you arrive, its simply to keep the small store safe. The line moves quickly, and they have staff members coming out to check on people while youre there. I truly appreciate these folks more than they would ever know!

Charles, the owner of this store, is exceptional in terms of customer service, professionalism and efficiency. He is very warm and friendly and really puts effort into earning and retaining your business. He is a class act. We have brought him several tricky, hard to pack items to be sent using the UPS pack and ship promise. He and his team have a ton of experience packing all kinds of valuables. We have piece of mind when we leave items at his UPS Store to pack and ship.

I was an employee at this particular location. I am sad to say that I have parted ways only because I have accepted a job offer that I just could not refuse. The owner and his wife are some of the nicest people I have ever met and it was certainly a pleasure to work the owner. The manager Natalie is very informative and was a pleasant person to not only work for but to work with. I will definitely miss working with everyone.... I will miss talking with my associate Cameron the most. Cheers ! I will definitely keep in touch.

This store they over charge customers I printed 28 pages and forwarded to my email with 50$And if you ask questions the owner is ready to go talk rude to customers I dont suggest any one visit or use that location cause they over charge you

Front desk lady told me I had to print my own label on their computer which required a credit card and charged me for the time used which makes no sense. A day later I was sending out a package and the employee charged me for the shipping and 2 boxes which I didn’t need since I already packaged the item. Please train your employees better.

Not helpful. They would rather close a register at 5pm so they can be out the door at 6pm than help their customers. The employees are strictly there to “only accept packages already weighed and measure with labels.” I’ll take my business to different franchise.

I recently went into the store with my daughter to use their notary services. Three employees where standing there. Two women and one man. They gave us the dirtiest looks, did not greet us. Their customers service skills are appalling! My daughter forgot her current drivers license, so we could not continue the process. However, they should not have been so rude. Go to Maple Valley UPS store, they are wonderful. I do not know how this place stays open. I am a small business owner and would never treat people like this. The store was completely empty of customers. I know why, because they are incompetent about good customer service!

I have been a box renter here for about 5 years. The owner is one of the nicest guys I have met. Im not sure about the other reviews saying they only treat normal white collar people nicely. I have multi colored hair and I am frequently followed around at stores when Im shopping and they have never treated me poorly like that here. I have seen several employees come and go here over the years but the turnover is not high. True some workers and friendlier than others but that is true everywhere. I recommend this location, I even have one closer to my home but choose to continue using these guys.

I’ve never experienced horrible customer service like this until I met Natalie - the manager at this location. Yesterday evening, she literally rushed my daughter out, threw a sharpie down at her, and made her feel so unwelcome. I’m planning on speaking with the district manager about this woman’s atrocious BEHAVIOR. She should be fired if she treats customers like this on a regular basis. Extremely callous

Its one thing to have a great experience a few times with a business, but its quite another to do daily business spanning years and look back and see nothing but consistently outstanding service with only one or two understandable and quickly corrected mistakes.The US Postal Service at my home is like the garbage man in reverse, and only half as reliable, which led me to get a Personal Mail Box with this UPS store, and have my mail and packages remailed to me every day. Ive been doing this for about 2 years now, and just signed on for another year and a half.If everything in life ran as smoothly as this UPS Store, wed have a perfect world.

I had a dire issue, I needed to package a flag. Not just any flag but the one that draped my Uncles coffin, I had just left the funeral a few hours ago and needed to get the flag to my mother in Virginia. Although they were busy, and had many things to take care of before me (I offered to wait, as long as the flag, shell casings and funeral documents never left my hands). The woman behind the counter took the flag and packaged it right away.Thank you UPS.

Would give this store a 10 for the service that we received. My wife aand I had just completed a 7 day cruise and had many fragile souveniors to send home that we didnt have room to carry home with us. We left everything with the store owner to wrap and pack for us. When we received the box at our house he had individually wrapped each item in bubble wrap and had filled the box with peanuts and reinforced with hard pieces of styrofoam and nothing had been broken. I thank you for the attention to detail with our valuables and memories

We dont do passport photos on sunny days because of shadows. Stupidest thing Ive ever heard in my life, this place sucks. Go to one of the other branches, the employees here are duller than centuries old butterknifes.
