The customer service rep was attending to me to get some paint when I presume someone who was a contractor came in and started asking about ladders. The CSR was exceptionally rude by leaving mid transaction on the till and helping this other guy out. I dont know if he was a regular but the CSR just stopped acknowledging me all-together while I stood there for almost 10 minutes shocked that someone would do this to me. I walked out and will not return to this shop at all. If you want paint, go somewhere else. There is a Home Depot up the street and other paint stores around the area. You will be better served there!

Excellent service professional personnel

Cashier said they didnt have toluol on hand, almost sent me away before asking his manager who said they have Tolulene... thank god for the manager. Product training may need to be reasserted.
