From time to time I would imagine anyone buying goods from someone, or some company, can experience problems of one sort or another. Sometimes communication is key in problems that arise.Allen and I had one of those types of problems, and have since worked thorough the problem. I hope that both he and I have mended our relationship and can move forward.I have always felt that Allen is a good and reasonable business man. I also believe that he will do the right thing if approached and talked with in a fair and reasonable manner.

I called “Allen” on 10/25 about coming to my mom’s house to discuss an estate sale. She is in the hospital and we are moving her to Florida in 11//2. Mr. Allen said he would come to her house on 10/31 between 5:00-6:00, but to text him as a reminder, which I did. Mr. Allen did not respond to my reminder text and did not show up, as promised. His behavior, lack of professionalism and rudeness now has a caused a real problem for my family.

I have gone to their end of year sale at 15th and Sheridan a few years in a row. Both times I have found staff, Allen in particular, to be snotty and have a look down on you attitude. Especially funny to me since half the stuff at the sale (Faudree, Ect.) was originally sold by my husbandto Faudree and other clients through one of Tulsas PREMIER antique shops. Now this guy peddles it second hand (for top dollar, cash only!) and acts like he owned it.

Estate Sales by Allen are always very well organized and priced accurately. Allen and his staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise at the sales. Allen is extremely knowledgeable about antiques of all sorts. Any time I have a question he is always eager to educate me. I appreciate his enthusiasm and his patience.

We have known Allen for 7 years. He is a dedicated, honest and genuine person that we trust. We met him at an estate sale at the house we purchased and have been friends since. Allen sold many of our un-needed belongings at a sale at his facility on Sheridan. His team is wonderful and we more than happy with the results.
