Good selection and they honor their warranty. Prompt response to my email inquiry, friendly staff in person. They had selection that other appliance shops lacked. I was a bit concerned when the dryer I purchased overheated and stopped working after a few cycles. They answered my call immediately and had a repair person at my house in under an hour free of charge. The machine has been going strong for 3 months now.

Certainly have to say I was skeptical. Place didnt look like I expected. People were great. Selection was wide and varied. They helped me find just what I was looking for and the price was unbeatable. Offered to deliver at a small cost. The delivery and complete set up for both washer and dryer went without a hitch. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend this business!! Know if the need ever arises I will go back.

Stove was new and lasted four months the controller went bad and they would not help! Look out and they would not help me in any way. Buyer beware do your homework.....! Will never buy again from these people. What a sorry place to do business.

We HAD great experiences with this company for years. Now we bought a $400. Fridge, had it for 2-3 months and it is broken down now. Cant get anyone on the phone, after he said hed have someone out 2 weeks ago. Lost sooo much money in food from this guy! I dont recommend this place any more

They were supposed to deliver my washer and dryer between 10am to noon. Noon came around and I called because they didnt show up, they said 30mins to and hour. Its after 1 pm and I called again, they said 30 mins and they will be here. I understand things happen but, this is unacceptable. Great prices though🤷
