Not only can you get electronics here but also large appliances. The service is good and they will match the price given on their website, even a product is marked higher. Every connection that you have for any of your electronics can be bought here as well. They also carry phone and everything to do with computers. The only time I do not like going is when they have a sell going on. The nice thing is you can order it on the internet and just go to the store and pick it up or they will deliver.
Great service. Actually found what I was looking for. The team member asked if I was finding everything. Yes, sir. Found out that what I found was looking for was on Amazon for less. Said yes we price match. He did. Got my 4k Blu-ray player! Thanks best buy.
I called them for some information and after being on hold for over 30 minutes and being transferred over and after I asked them about how much it would cost and she said it depends and hung up on me, and no I was not being rude or anything. What a waste of my time. I definitely would not recommend buying anything if you are gonna need to talk to customer service because if they dont have the information you want they will just hang up on you.
After the jackass in home audio told me I was stupid for requesting powered p.a. speakers I went next door to guitar world and made a 900 dollar purchase on some fantastic speakers. They are exactly what I was looking for.Best buy is awful and associates need serious sales training or at least understand the fundamentals of an electronic retail store.
I went into the store to upgrade my phones. The employee (Abby) who helped me was so rude. First she said she didn’t want to be there, then she said she didn’t want to do it. She complained the whole time while training a trainee. She didn’t explain any of my terms and conditions. Her manager then came up and told her she needed to explain them and print them. She said she never does. Her manager sat there let her continue to be rude and not care. I’ll never go back to this location. Worst Bestbuy experience.
Terrible experience. Usually I never have any issues but this was the worst customer service I have been apart of. I had judgment passed on me after an aparent profiling was done. I have long hair and I was wearing a Pink Floyd shirt from the 1977 concert in Anaheim. Gift from my father Well because of those 2 things assumptions were made and I was then treated by a gentleman in his mid to late 20s very poorly. I have patience or I might have handled it different. If a minanger or a employee of Best Buy in a place of authority would please contact me through email. I will explain exactly what happened. I hope something can be done about this. To say it was out of line is and understatement. Thank you
Whoever laid out this store should be fired!I didnt appreciate the tone of the sales clerk (when I finally got their attention) when I asked to get an item out of a locked cabinet.I honestly believe I got the cold shoulder due to the fact I had stopped in after a construction job and was a mess.
It really saddens me to leave this negative review. I keep giving them an opportunity to resolve, but nobody is really in charge and cares. I signed up for a Beta membership in Geek Squad. They are supposed to recommend what you need to buy and install it for free. They brought out the wrong parts and sent the wrong crew. On the 2nd attempt, the crew had not done this type of installation. I had to call the In-home advisor during the install to project manager. I had to walk away, and the installer said the salesperson was busy with another customer. I called the salesperson back and told him that the crew could not install it properly. The salesperson had no solution, and said this is the best he can do. I hung up in frustration. The salesperson has never called me back to see if i wanted a refund or try to come up with another solution. The following week I see that Google Nest has come up with a new product that fits my needs. All the salesperson had to do was some research and call me back. When i attempted to refund the goods at the midtown store, they told me i had to go to 71st and speak with the geek squad manager. I asked the GM of the mid-town store to have the geek squad manager call me. Its another week and i have not received a call. I emailed the mid-town GM, and he told me that the geek squad manager would call me 2 days later since he was busy in meetings until then. I am beyond words at this point.

Super clean, and organized. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Restrooms were cleaner than most places ever thought. The prices of entertainment they have to offer vary depending on the item, however there arent many places that will offer as good of deals. I highly recommend shopping here.

Im leaving this review for Eva the Verizon mobile expert. I spent well over 8 hours total trying to get a problem resolved caused by other representatives. Unfortunately all mobile experts at Best Buy are not created equal. Eva is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. She deserves a huge raise! The 1 star missing is simply from Best Buy putting the wrong employees in the mobile area that know very little about what they need to do. Eva herself deserves 10 stars!
I love to just goto this Best Buy and play with all the new tech, & home stereo stuff.They have great service at this Best Buy, and I had about 4 employees trying to help me or show me something. You can tell the employees are enthusiastic about their job.Im happy Best Buy is still here and I have a place I can actually goto to see things in person and check it out,before I buy it. I needed to finally unload a plasma TV from 2003. A pioneer elite. You wouldnt believe how heavy those darn things are. I called and was treated very nicely and explained to me that if I bring it to them that for 29 bucks theyd dispose of it for me. Needless to say I was all over that deal. So after loading it my car I took it up there and a very nice young man helped with the rest. So nice to finally get that thing out of my attic. Although I have to say, nothing made since has ever had the beautiful colors that that pioneer elite plasma had. Nothing. Sometimes advancements arent always adbancements. However, I wouldnt want to go back to a device that heavy, even for beautiful colors. 😂

Im done with Best Buy. Went in to buy printer ink. The store was out, but I was given the option to oder the ink from another location. I paid for the ink, and was told it would be delivered by 8 PM. It never arrived, but I did receive an email saying there was a problem. Apparently the other location sold the ink I had already paid for to another customer. Office Max/Office Depot had the ink I needed with no problems. Guess where Im going from now on
We have been a best buy customer for over 10 years. They consistently deliver the best prices and excellent customer service.2020 update; the pandemic has changed them for the worse. For the Geek Squad, there are long lines and poor customer service. AFTER YOU finally get to the counter, they inform you that you need an appointment! I addressed it twice. The excuse was that they were super busy. If you call in, you get an endless loop. No person. Ever. You HAVE to make an appointment online. Nearly impossible to do on a phone.Silly me, I still believe in customer service. Its by by Best Buy unless they can get their act together.
I had a great experience today! The young man who helped me get the Ruggid Folio for my 9th generation IPad and stylus was really cool, patient, and informative. If he did not know an answer to my question with 100% certainty he made sure to go out of his way and ask someone who knew the specifics to my questions. This is one of the best Best Buys Ive been to. I live 2.5 hours away and I will make the journey for the level of customer service I was given today! Thank you!

Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I took my grandfather to Best Buy today to look at some TVs and sound systems and Daniel went over and above and beyond to answer all the questions and was so polite and had amazing patience.
My guy helping me (forgot his name, has long hair, glasses, and a beard) was super cool.They were a bit busy which is understandable. He did help me out quickly and got my MacBook Air without hassle. Very knowledgeable when I was asking questions about the spec differences of the products they have. He also didnt push me too hard to sign up for any warranties, buying pricier items I wouldnt need, or credit cards which is nice because I didnt need any at the time. Overall good experience and I will visit again in the future.

Sat in line for 5 hours waiting for the 3080 ti release and about 100 of us left empty handed. There were only 36 cards available when they opened. Wish best buy would have made it clear how many cards they had so people didnt waste their time. Some people who stayed over night didnt even get one. Lack of courtesy to let people know.

I went to the sound system section of Best Buy hoping to buy some speakers for myself; however after about waiting 2 hours I gave up on a store with bad service and what seemed like a racial problem from my perspective. The worker there ignored us until I decide to take initiative. The employee then answered “Oh I’m sorry, I thought you were looking.” While we were looking at him with an intent of asking to buy something and test it, and I understand as an employee that one may just be looking, buy it is also part of an employee job to make sure the customer gets attended either way. As soon as I was about to ask him my question the employee attended 4 other customers who came after us and just left us waiting 1 HOUR. It might just be my point of view but the employee left us the moment I translated to my father a question he asked and attended the other customers who were white and ignored us. Frankly WORST Best Buy experience I’ve had.
I like the store, but I found dialing their number to to not be very helpful at all. When I did get through to a representative they seemed reluctant to help me at best. If I wanted a lack of service I’d simply order thru Amazon. Which is what ended up happening.

Nothing is ever in stock. I cant remember the last time I actually purchased anything because they dont have much in stock. Theyll order things for you. But if Im going to order, Ill do it myself on line and have it delivered to my house in less time. The staff is friendly though and they do their best for you.
Great electronics and choices. However staff was not helpful. One guy was just leaning on the items in the walkway and when he saw us approving to ask where something was he quickly walked the other direction. We had to follow him and ask for help. There was hardly any other customers in the store...

Dont waste your time and effort going to Best Buy. I went to the store at 11:15 a.m. on a Monday and absolutely nobody was willing to help me.I asked an employee at the door if I could get some assistance and I was told no I can only stand at the door.Finally I got a hold of an employee to help me with cell phones and he seemed frustrated about me asking questions about a product they had.He was extremely unprofessional and rude.I asked if they had a refurbished model a phone he told me no and was trying to make me buy a new one.When I checked online that was not the case there was a refurbished model of the phone I was looking for and he persisted to tell me that I would incorrect practically calling me a liar.I will be taking my business somewhere else and not to individuals who really dont care about the customer and their job

In and out in a few minutes. Knew what I wanted, walked right to it, asked 4 people for help. The 4th person was the Winner! He asked me to show him what I wanted, he scanned it with his phone and walked over the shelf, pulled it out. Rang me, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t want. Told me if I needed any help what his name was and I could call back and ask for him and he would help me. Wow. Simple transaction at my speed, no rushing, no pushing, it was really nice.
Went here to bring in my laptop and see if it could be fixed. They were booked and we didnt have a reservation, but thats okay! The person who helped us were really nice. Even though the trip was all for nye, it was still fun to look around at the computer equipment.
Terrible company and business practices. Apparently they dont take phone calls anymore because of how busy they are and they dont want people to wait 20 minutes on the phone. Okay Id rather have the convenience of calling rather than wasting my time driving up here. GeekSquad website says they repair video game consoles. I CANT CALL AND ASK IF THEY DO so I drove 35 minutes to find out if it was true. Turns out they only repair them if you buy the console from the store and get the protection plan. WHY CANT YOU PUT THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE? and why do that? You can make so much money but just making basic appointments to diagnose and repair consoles. This is exactly why I dont like BestBuy. Thanks for wasting my time.
My housemate purchased a TV on 4/17. We got a call on April 21st stating deliver would be on 4/22 between 2:30-4:30pm. It is now 7:20pm with no delivery and no communication. I called and local store isn’t taking calls. I spoke to a national operator who said she didn’t have any information on the driver or an ETA and that they will call if they have yo reschedule. After further prodding I was able to get her to agree to message the local manager and request a call with an update ASAP. I’m still waiting.....

I purchased a Panasonic microwave from Best Buy. It failed before the first year warranty was out. Trying to get warranty service from Panasonic is a nightmare! Trying to find someone at Best Buy to provide the necessary information is dismal at best. I recommend you purchase major appliances elsewhere.When you do, DONT purchase Panasonic.
Got help as soon as I walked in. Was directed to exactly what I needed. Another associate looked up product info and was very helpful. Great price on the product I needed.
They were not busy at all and yet they were with their own kind. They didnt help any customers until a customer came and talked to them first. Its a real shame that they dont care about their customers experience. They literally stayed with the other employees an talked. They never checked up on customers but rather have personal conversations when customers needed help. I will never shop here or any other best buys ever again.

NEVER buy a magnolia warranty! Our tv started turning off as soon as you turn it on and it has been weeks and its still not fixed and will be at least another week before it is. They will try to fix it over and over, sending incorrect parts and making you wait a week or more in between each attempt to fix it. Negates half the reason you buy a warranty if you go a month without the product you warrantied. Buy a normal warranty thru geek squad and just say no to Magnolia. Its an insane way to treat the customers who spend more money by purchasing items in your fancy little room. We wont make that mistake again.
If you considering using their delivery method don’t even bother, I had bought a very expensive gaming laptop and specifically asked the salesmen (Brian) that if I wasn’t home (I live in apartments) could they bring it too the office or leave it in my mail box so no one could steal it. Ofc he said that would be no problem and he would leave a note, he told me it would take 1-3 business days for it to be delivered but it took them till the end of the 4th day to deliver and the best part is the guy just left my package at my door, I only knew this because I had just got home from the store. Overall I got no help and couldn’t get ahold of them and there delivery method is slow, they dont care if the package gets to you personally and their customer service is Useless
I spend thousands here a year, so much so I typically gain their elite or elite plus status. My daughter purchased a razer mouse with cash and didnt use my number so I could have a digital receipt and she lost her paper receipt. The mouse left click stopped working intermittently days after purchase. The mouse and box have a serial number so finding purchase date is easy. I asked for a simple no receipt exchange and they said no at the store. I contacted best buy support online and was disconnected three times and one agent actually gave me the run around about he cant print a receipt for me. I know that already. People in the store were rude and said they NEVER do exchanges without a receipt and they have before, maybe its a new policy. So getting elite or elite plus status for purchases and to have the elite customer service is a sham. I will take my thousands of dollars I spend a year somewhere else because I cant exchange a $79.00 mouse which razer will replace for them. I would give them 2 1/2 stars since they do carry a lot of brands but customer service sucks. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and give them three instead of two stars. Razer will be replacing the item since its only two weeks old and under warranty.

I been staying in best buy next to the smart home stuff and not one person asked me if I needed help. I been staying here for 20 minutes. Best buy is not the same. I came about a month ago and it was the same way. Not one person even came in my direction.

At checkout the helpful team member let us know that the screen protectors came with a free one year warranty. Such a great surprise and a very helpful and knowledgeable guy. Ive purchased many items here from my beautiful 75 Sony television, Dolby Atmos sound system to movies. Always helpful and polite staff, easy pick up and clean store. Recommend this place for every electronic toy your heart desires.

I walked in the door prepared to buy a laptop and ready to spend around $1500. I also had a list of accessories and other items that I had budgeted around $1000 for, alongside that I had a list of requirements for the items I was in search of and was excited. I walked in the door and the greeter at the door was busy talking to another associate and never even looked up or greeted me, so I just kept walking and found the computer area myself. I walked around the laptops and did some browsing, and was ready to find someone to help me since I had been in the store well over 25 mins with no one even asking me if I needed help. I set out to find a sales associate, and after being told by 3 associates that they were to busy to help me, I questioned even buying there. The store was clean, well organized, products were stocked and shelves were basically full, but they lacked associates. After the third associate wouldn’t give me the time of day, I just walked around the store for 30 minutes more, scanning the items I wanted myself on the Best Buy app and doing self check out for self pick up same day. I had hoped that I’d run into any sales person during those 30 mins that could help me and answer my questions but I did not, no one ever even said hello to me. I completed my self check out order and proceeded to the pick up order desk. The first associate that finally helped me after I waited in the line for 8 mins, looked up my order and said, “umm, yeah, no, so like your order was just placed online and it won’t be ready until tomorrow.” He then said, “sorry, can I get the next customer?” I just stood there in shock, and I tried to explain, but he had already started waiting on the next person. I decided to get back in line, and waited another 5-10 mins. Luckily, I got a different sales person and he was actually nice, he was upbeat, he actually acted like I mattered, which after having spent the last 2 hours in the store without any help at all was a pleasant surprise, I had just submitted a $1700 order online. The sales associate, helped me get my items pulled and although had to wait for the system to catch up to check me out, I was only left waiting an additional 10 mins, was able to do so and get me out the door to my home with my new laptop. This sales associate saved this sale for Best Buy yesterday, because had I not had him help me I was going to cancel my online order and not go back to this store. So, in review, I was left with a bad overall feeling for Best Buy, I can’t say I’ll do business there again.
