Multiple parties (including my own auto tech) referred me to Bryant Automotive AC.I brought my car to Bryant Automotive and picked it up on the same day.I am completely satisfied with their work.Many auto technicians in Tulsa and other areas will tell you that they can work on automotive AC for all automotive models and types: This is false, and at best, very misleading.If you want true automotive AC expertise for ALL auto manufacture types, you should take you car to Bryant Automotive. They will repair your car in a timely manner and most importantly, they will do the job correctly the first time.The owner was extremely informative, courteous, and totally up front about pricing.Bryant Automotive AC is an example of genuine professionalism.

Love these guys! Whenever I cannot get to a customer, I send them here. They took care of my wife back in 2004 and it left a lasting impression on me. Professional, very thorough in explanations, and well educated on how AC systems should be diagnosed and repaired. And they are quick! Did I mention they are female friendly? If you know nothing about ACs except yours is not working, take to them and let them do what they do. You will be glad you did!

These guys fixed my car for the service plus parts which was about $130. I was amazed. He even gave me a choice for what he did for it or to go ahead and change my entire air conditioner compressor at $200 less than what someone else had told me.Iwas impressed because he gave me a choice instead of tell me what it was going to be and nailing me.A fair company, he is now my new auto mechanic!

They did everything they said they would do. Their estimate is what I ended up paying and the work seems good. So far all is well.

After I dropped off my vehicle, the catalytic converters were stolen off the vehicle and they would not take responsibility for the issue. When I went to collect the truck, the owner was incredibly disagreeable and unprofessional. They refused to release the vehicle until the police report was completed and then demanded payment for the diagnostic fee in CASH ONLY forcing me to make a run to the nearest ATM and return before they closed. I recommend you find ANYONE else to service your Auto A/C!

I called this place to see about repairing my vehicles AC and he tells me a $99 Diagnostic fee to tell me whats wrong and write-up am estimate, as soon as I told the guy that I already knew whats wrong with it he said I am not interested and hung up on me, very unprofessional for any type of business to do that to your customers. I will never recommend anybody to this place. POS customer service.

Been calling for 2 weeks now, sometimes 4 times in a day. I would love to make an appointment, but clearly this place is too busy to take new clients. At least have an actual company voicemail.

Really helpful people, most shops immediately demand you bring the vehicle in and pay the hourly rate to diagnose, since I had a little knowledge about the subject they were able to direct me more toward an at home diagnosis before I need to take it in for proper service 😁

We used Bryant Automotive Air to replace two air conditioning systems on two different vehicles. Both quit working about 1 year later. My mechanic looked at the systems after they broke and told me that Bryants used cheap parts that were the lowest quality and made in China.

I needed work done on my car. I was told the starter was bad and when I took it to them they informed me it was something else.It could have cost me a bunch of money but they were honest and it didnt. Saved me about 1000 dollars. Great job guys. Thanks

Bryants was the 3rd time I tried to have someone diagnose and fix my a/c problem. The first two told me the leak was somewhere in the system that would cost me over 2K to fix. After two years of Oklahoma summers I decided I would fork out the 2 grand. I read Bryants reviews here and took my car in. About 3 hours later they called to tell me the estimate. Less than $300. ! I had them do break service and fuel line repairs as well. The total cost was still less than half I was quoted for just the a/c from the other two mechanics. :) Awesome Job! They were friendly and honest. Go here!

They fixed a super difficult issue that required tearing out our entire interior. They were up for the challenge and did a spectacular job!

I recently done a cummins conversion on a truck and was to the point of hooking up the a/c and needed a compressor part that I literally could find nowhere online. Every shop local tells me its not worth the time and wanted me to bring the vehicle in and charge me hundreds of dollars more than I needed to pay. I ended up calling Bryant automotive which is 6 hours from where I live. They did not have the part in stock however they did have a used one that they pulled off of a compressor and mailed me. I called on a Monday afternoon and had it by Wednesday morning. May not sound like much but these people took time out of their very busy day to find a 30 dollar part and mail it to me after everyone else tried to charge me 20x and not do what I needed done. These are a great group of people I would highly recommend them!

Recommend Bryant Auto Air to everyone for AC issues! Ive never written a review before, but these guys deserve it!! I was quoted $1,400 for a new AC compressor and hose after I ran over something and damaged mine. Bryant Auto took a look at it, repaired it in less than an hour, for less than $100! They were honest, explained what was going on, showed me the damage and repair, and all with a smile!

Awful service! Told us they could get in in the next morning. Arrived a few minutes after opening and told us they were already booked. Didnt get to it till the next day. They then told us that the air compressor and multiple other things were needing to be replaced, and they wouldnt replace any if they couldnt do all. Totaling around $400. We took our vehicle somewhere else, and all it was, was a sensor that had went out.

They are a rip off, told me that my car would be ready in 1 day and it took 3 days after that ac is isnt cooling like it should and have a loud rattle noise, next day try to drive the car and the whole bumper fell off, these people are crooks and wouldnt fix my car after i paid over $1,000 to get it fixed
