I was surprised last week when their prices beat out Advance Auto, which is where I originally switched to from Auto Zone because of better prices. Now I may need to switch again, idk we shall see... I need to price a cv axle today. Stay tuned to find out who wins!! 😉

Wrong parts twice. 3 trips total to get the right parts. Usually this location is spot on, but this new guy had no clue what he was doing. Also, his people skills were terrible, talked with a mumble, and he was rude.

I call and asked questions about getting a paint for my vehicle, theres a lady that pick the phone and told me that shes cant mix paint I told her that I have the paint code and everything, also I asked her why thats she cant mix it. Shes didnt tell me why then shes hang up the phone. I recommend everyones not to go at this location.

Good selection but the parts counter employees that could always find your part are no longer there new parts guys give it 100 percent but just dont have the experience and knowledge of the former parts men very disappointed what happened??!!

The employees were very helpful. I had called earlier that day and had them order a part. They had it in and it was easily accessible. It was a very quick pleasant experience. I had very kind, helpful and pleasant service over the phone as well as in person. There was no wait. Highly recommend it.

Quick Help, and knowledgeable. Glad I broke down nearest this shop and not some other one.Had an issue with my car. Knew what I needed, just not where it was located or which product was best and why. The guy jumped up as soon as I came in and greeted me. asked what I needed and showed me where it was. He then answered all of my questions about it and cashed me out moments later. He made sure I knew what I was doing and offered to help. I was good, but appreciated the effort.

When I buy a battery, I expect it to last forever. (It never does, I just expect for it to.) In a series of events that would rival a slap-stick comedy routine, (through no fault of the local crew), I made seven trips to the store to pick up my battery.When I went in several weeks ago to replace my battery under warranty, the young clerk was very helpful. He said they would need to get one from Kansas City and to come back in a few days. I went back, no battery. (There had been some icy roads and their truck didnt run.) Come back in two days, he said. I went back - no battery. Apparently the Kansas City branch couldnt find the battery they were supposed to have in stock and cancelled the order without notifying the local branch. The manager said he would order another one, come back in a few days. Finally, the battery came in. I went to get it and waited for the rain to stop to install it. Nothing!! No power whatsoever. The battery was totally dead. By now my frustration had overcome my patience. (Anyone who has had to ask a total stranger to help jump start their car several times a week will understand.) I took the new dead battery back and there are none available anywhere in their system.The manager did the right thing and exchanged a better quality battery for the new dead one. I dont buy much at NAPA any more, but they have been my primary go to place for over 25 years. Because the manager took care of me, I will continue to purchase from them.

I knew what I was talking about but my description or name for the product needed, well, with patience & lots of questions, they were able to figure out the Right part. No 2nd trip was needed!

This is the worst NAPA Auto parts Ive ever had The misfortune of going into. Ive been here three times and Friday was the very last time I will ever go into this hub.They dont even have the most rudimentary basic couplings... This is literally the saddest excuse of a NAPA store I have ever seen. Staff was very dismissive and made it clear they didnt care. they even tried to turn me away to another store instead of giving me help.

I boycotted this place 6 years ago and am proud that Ive never been back!For nearly a year I frequented this store a lot as a young mechanic in tech school. One purchase I made was for a new battery for my own car. Six months later that battery was junk! It wouldnt turn the engine over and wouldnt take a charge. Good thing batteries have warranties right? Mine still had years left on the free replacement warranty. Well, it seems warranty doesnt mean anything at all to NAPA.I took my bad NAPA battery in to swap it out for a good one.Clerk: We cant warranty this battery.Me perplexed: What do you mean?Clerk: We dont warranty these batteries.Im not playing any tricks. This was a regular car battery for my old Dodge.Me: This is a NAPA battery. It says NAPA right here. This is the warranty right here. This is the date of the battery. I bought it from this very store 6 months ago.Clerk: *shrug* yeah...Me: and youre trying to tell me you cant warranty this battery?Clerk: Yeah.I thought the guy must be nuts so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager comes up and Im thinking Oh good! A logical human being who can quickly and easily resolve this matter.Manager: Can I help you?Me: Yeah, this battery is bad, still very much under warranty, and I need a new one.Manager: We cant do that.Me bewildered: Wha--umm... What do you mean? Youre saying you cant honor your own warranty?Manager: Well, we just dont do that.They wouldnt give me a reason at all. I was searching for a spec of logic.Me: Alright, so what are my options then?Manager: Well I can sell you a new battery! he said with a smile.Me: Yeah, and how much is that going to cost meManager: He looks over at the wall of batteries, Uhh I think that ones about $115.I grabbed my junk battery and walked out.I had spent over a hundred dollars on a battery that actually lasted less than 6 months and had nothing to show for it but a core to go get a new Walmart battery. Walmart stands behind their warranties. Oreilly has made thousands upon thousands of dollars from my business ever since NAPA did this. And in these 6 years, Oreilly has never ever failed me, not even once.I advise my friends and family to avoid NAPA and I recommend Oreilly.
