Two visits to this location, twice I paid for a tow to this location just to be written off as “bad battery.” Despite me informing them that the battery was good and I had just purchased it, they sent me away with no help. Went elsewhere and the bolts just needed tightened one the battery… won’t use pep boys in the near future.
Such a large business and only one mechanic working..... I guess thats one way to run a business.....into the ground.

Ive had the people in the back look up my windshied wiper size twice(for front and then back wipers) and they werre wrong both times. Had to go through the hassle of exchanging them to get the right ones. Im glad I installed before I left the store so I didnt waste gas as well.Other than that minor issue, I have had mostly positive experiences at this location.
I came in close to closing time on Sunday with an oil leak and the two gentlemen were very helpful in looking at my car and showing me what needed to be done. Excellent customer service and they have me as a regular customer now. Thanks guys.
This location is my favorite! The new manager Keith Morris is so helpful. The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. They always make sure and explain everything and will take you out on the floor to show you what they see, along with how critical it is. I appreciate that they dont try to sell me things I dont want or need. Five stars all the way!
This store is constantly closed when their posted hours say they are open. This is the third time Ive been here when the doors have been locked but the store should be open. Unacceptable. Ill be taking this up the chain to corporate.

Try to come by here and GIVE them money, but they were apathetic, didnt feel like making money, so we offer to come back during the week, only to be told naaaah. Our tech likes to be slow and take his time so we cant do an oil change in 30 minutes. Youre looking at like over an hour with an appointment.The previous time we came here for a critical oil flush and they didnt even do that! They got paid for a job they never even performed.Smh. And they wonder why business is so slow.
The last thing you want to see when you’re already running late to work is a flat tire. I barely made it to Pep Boys on Admiral where the gentleman politely told me that he wouldn’t have a technician in until 9am. He said he would air it up and I could come back. I frantically let him know I was already about to be late for work. He said pull it around and he’d take care of me. Patched it and aired it up FOR NO CHARGE. I am beyond thankful for him helping me and being so kind. He could obviously tell I was under a lot of stress. Thank you, Coda, for your excellent customer service. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this place!
Had all 4 tires, aligned, and balanced on my 2010 Toyota replaced at the Admiral location. The manager said that they had an open bay that they were pulling into immediately because I had to pick my daughter up in about 2 hours. When I came back 2 hours later, the same manager said that I had told him I was not in a hurry so that they hadn’t started it yet. They immediately started it at that point and had it done in about an hour at which point I had someone else pick my daughter up from school. The next day I noticed that as I was driving down the highway the steering wheel was vibrating extremely hard. I called them back and asked them why it was doing that and they said I needed to bring it back and have all the BRAND NEW tires realigned and balanced because they hadn’t done it even though I asked them to make sure they aligned and balance them when they were done. But the manager also told me that before they would touch my car again that I would need to get my story straight and not lie to him again because I had apparently told him some stuff that was not true (that I needed to pick up my daughter in 2 hours, why would I lie about picking up my kid. That’s ridiculous!) So I pretty much told him to shove it and that I would take my business to another location or business. But here a month later my steering wheel is still vibrating extremely hard while driving and they haven’t made any effort to make the situation right. This business is extremely unprofessional and I will be filing a Better Business Bureau report soon.
We got a flat tire in Tulsa on our way home to Minnesota. Tim was incredibly kind and helpful. Tim got us set up with a new tire and we are back on the road now. Tim is the man! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Did a front end alignment, failed to let me know I needed tie rod ends other work. Had to get another alignment somewhere else 2 weeks later. Went and said something felt like after spending 600 plus with them they should have offered me something for not using integrity and informing me of the front end issues. No point doing the alignment with bad parts. Oh well they lost the job of replacing the parts.
Great deal on tires and I took advantage of the buy one get one free October special on items inside too. The employees are very friendly and helpful! I’d recommend this Pep Boys location and I’ll be back.

I had my vehicle there for four days. Sometime Monday my vehicle was broken into. Damage in the inside. Nothing was done, so now I have to find another shop because they arent able to fix my vehicle now. I came into the shop today (Wednesday) and watched the video of someone breaking into my vehicle. The manager was really nice and dismissed my bill! Im grateful for him. He seemed sincere..

Twice now they have refused to honor a hazard warranty on our tires. The last time we took it in, they stated that the tire needed to be replaced and the warranty would not cover. They failed to reissue our hazard warranty on the new tires. They also failed to let me know they were not adding it back in, as I would have had I entered the purchase myself.I called this morning to double-check that my tires had the warranty on them as we had a flat. They assured me they did, so I had the car towed to this location. They called me back saying once again that I could not have my tires replaced since they did not reinstate the warranty. Now my vehicle has been towed there for no reason. Not only did I waste my time, but a good tow, based purely on my trusting them to give me good information, and take care of my purchases.Previously I had all my vehicles serviced at this location. Once, they failed to properly inflate my tires, and did not bolt them in well. I got clear across town before realizing it, and only when my tire went flat and had to drive to another location to have them properly installed. The last time I had my brakes fixed there, they waited approximately a month before beginning to squeal, and suddenly my front alignment was off.At the least, you should choose another location.
I had a very good experience here the service manager was very helpful and knowledgeable and got my tires on my coach up to standard inflation and inspected the rubber all around the vehicle to make sure I had no debris stuck into the tires

I called in the morning to setup an appointment for 3pm to get a new set of tires for the same day. I showed up early and had to wait for someone to come to the front desk to help me. I told them I called earlier that day and had an appointment for new tires at 3pm. We went through the whole process again that I already did when I was on the phone earlier that day. I was told they would get started on it very shortly. I sat for 45 minutes and my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot not getting worked on, even after I had an appointment. I left without getting my new tires to go to a shop that values their customers and their customers time.
This company needs to look at the management system the have in place. I went into the store at 7800 block of East Admiral in Tulsa to get 2 Magnaflow glass packs. They had 1, so I ordered another one and was told 3 to 5 days. My wife gets the call it is ready to pick up (I’m at work) and she goes and gets it. When I get home I find it is the wrong item, not just the wrong style but a difference brand. It is a Flowmaster Super 10! Now I know this is twice the cost but it is not what I need to finish my project. I go into the store to return the Flowmaster super 10, just to be told they don’t have my part. Irritated by this situation, I told him to go ahead and re-order the correct part. The on duty manager then proceeds to tell me that I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee because this was a special order item. I explained to her I did not order the wrong part, their computer even shows that. That they shipped the wrong part, gave a completely different brand name to my wife, and it’s completely a different design. I was trying to be a nice guy and return a much more expensive item to get my cheaper item that would work for my situation. This is a complete lack of competent management.
He did not fill out my ticket correctly and it took a lot more time than it should have, however, they were nice folks there and Ill go back. Pep Boys is the best place to get an oil change.
Went to this place to get service, I get changed, some fees that I never got explained or aware of it.
This particular pepboys was extremely nice and help me figure out what was wrong with my car. They took care of me while waited for my service and kept me up to date on things that happen. They were nice all the way through I recommend going here and I will always go back. I just want to thank them for what they done for me and will never forget it.
Excellent service beat other competitors was well worth the time I live closer to a competitor of theirs and I would rather drive the the 10 miles out of my way instead of go to the store by my house they have excellent service took good care of my truck coda was an excellent to technician I didnt get the name of the person who did the paperwork but they both deserve 5-stars excellent service quality work will continue to come back thank you guys

John got me in short notice good guy the policy need to be looked at for people that has bought the tire insurance they need to take priority and getting those guys back on the road as quickly as possible we shouldnt have to make an appointment if they have a flat tire and it paid for the insurance

If I could give negative stars, I would. This store, had no one, that knew what they were doing. I called twice about a part, they confirmed, they had it. I paid for it online, after being assured it was there. After waiting 30 minutes, in the store, they said it was at the warehouse. They were rude and had no knowledge of cars.

I had totally forgotten about Pep Boys, but glad I did call for a battery quote. Not only was my battery $25.00 cheaper than the competition, it also has a better warranty. I paid $99.99 for a Bosch 3yr free replacement and 96 month warranty. Great deal! The only reason on why Im not giving a 5 star is because wait time to have battery installed was 20-60 mins.
I dropped Hibdon for the long wait periods. So. The tire selection and installation here at Pep Boys was on point. I bought online. This will be my second time to drive off for long waiting periods for simple things. A complimentary tire rotation for the purchase of 4 new tires is going to take 3 and a half hours!?!?! Seems I got lucky the first time I came in? NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE! If you give your customers a complimentary rotation after a large purchase, I dont think they should sit for 3-4 hrs to get it done! Burns my ass! 🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓👏

I had a horrible experience here. They didnt fill my oil all the way up when they changed my oil. A couple of days latet I checked my oil and it was low. Took it back up there to see if theyd top me off and they refused. Checked my oil and of course since I had just drove my car the representative couldnt determine if it was low. Instead, he claimed I must have a leak. He put dye in to check for a leak. Told me to come back in a couple of weeks. Couple of weeks later I returned and they sent me to another store at 68th and S Memorial for some bogus reason. I went because I wanted to see if I did in fact have a leak. I did NOT have a leak. They underfilled my oil by 2 quarts. I ended up purchasing 2 additional quarts of oil because I didnt want to run my car on low oil for 2 weeks. That was definitely by far some of the worst services I have ever received. Definitely up there in the top 5.
Awful place when u pick a car up from a mechanic its supposed to be fixed went in with only a fuel pump wrong picked up with broken window and they said they are not responsible for it but they was in position of the car on your prompt you have the keys now you know your in a bad area so at night why not pull them inside to protect them makes sense right the tow truck brought it so no she didnt see the fine print
Really had great experiences there. Have gone there multiple times and even when there was a mistake made they were very professional about it and gave me an added discount. Talk to John the service manager or Ted technician.
Only 2 Employees on the floor, seemed uninterested in helping find a part, just pointed to the approximate location. Once part was found on my own, I had to wait on 1 of the employees to rub to the front to checkout.
I have been a repeat customer for years now. They have now had my vehicle for three weeks and cant seem to replace the fuel pump. I was told it was because they only had one mechanic working in the shop. Every time I have gone into the store to find out about my vehicle there are three to four mechanics working on vehicles. I am extremely displeased at this point. Yesterday I went in to pick up my keys to have it towed AGAIN to another shop and it took them the better part of thirty minutes to find my keys. I dont understand why my vehicle hasnt even been confirmed on the diagnosis.

Reasonable service with prices on par with essentially everyone else in town, except maybe dodgier mechanics with no recourse if they do a shoddy job.They dont always have the parts in stock for my 2010 Buick Lucerne, but thats more of a problem with dealer-only parts than them. No one else seems to have them either.
They had everything I needed and got me fixed up. Only thing I didnt like was the wait time, but what can you expect from an auto shop. Also, the AC was down so it was a little hot.
Poor experience charged my dad to do his inner tie rods on 2000 Toyota tundra because they stated that it would fix the clicking sounds on his truck. Zipped tied the covering boot and it leaks grease, but it gets better my dad takes it back because it still clicks then they give him a lists saying this is whats wrong and that if these parts are replaced then it would be fine . Replaced outer tie rods and sway bar links as they had said would fix the clicking. My dad takes the truck back for an alignment by appointment around noon. He waited there and didnt leave until late 3:00 after the mechanic had test drove it and done his alignment. Car sat in the parking lot for about a hour before my dad asked about it. He asked to speak to the mechanic to see if the problem was fixed and they said he went home . Not even close to being done truck now jerks to the right. My dad took it back to a different mechanic at pepboys and he lifts it and shows my dad some more BS . He gives him another list saying to now replace rack option, bushing, all sway bar bushing, and he even said the sway bar links are bad even though we had just replaced. So we then go to Toyota to buy a sway bar link bushing. At this point after all parts installed as suggested the truck still jerks to the right. Now we are looking at the truck and we notice the passenger side fender flare has large scratch marks with chunks scratched off, which couldnt be possible cause the truck itself has just came out of a body shop. So now weve replaced all the recommend parts and the truck jerks to the right and it has scuff marks on it even though it just came out of a body shop . Now we have some one else looking at it and he touches the bolt that connects the lower control arm and its hanging on by a thread. He re-tightens the bolt and re-aligns the truck and now it still clicks but it is now drivable.Long story short this pep boy location could have caused life damaging causes to my dad and other people around him. Unprofessional, reckless, and a joke is what these guys are .
They are pretty expensive, but do good work. The only complaint is how they have 2 or 3 techs working but try to tackle 9 cars at once so something that should take maybe 30 min ends up being a 3 hour wait.
Had a wonderful experience, they had fixed my car and had worked with me in identifying issues with my vehicle that needed to be fixed.

The one on Admiral Pl. in Tulsa is very disorganized, & when I went there they didnt fix things correctly, & I couldnt trust them to give me the right advice. I spent way too much money there, and still my belated husbands car does can not be used! I cannot afford to spend anymore money on that car and I no longer trust them! They since then have a new manager & have replaced some mechanics, but I wont be going there with my other vehicles!

The guys are friendly enough. I refuse to trust their work. I had a front end alignment done a couple weeks ago. Last week i sheared off a stud on the back wheel so we replaced it at home. On checking the other wheels we noticed they werent seated flat to the hub. When we took the wheels off to see why we found spacers for mag wheels. After removal we replaced the wheels and noted a marked improvement in the handling and ALIGNMENT of the vehicle. Why this wasnt found initially i have no idea but there is no excuse why it shouldnt have been. Being given the run around as a female doesnt help, since i do my own mechanical work when possible.

Absolutely horrible!! Wouldnt recommend this place at all. Bad customer service and workers argue with you and look for every excuse not to do a simple oil change. Honestly not even worth the one star. Highly dissapointed!! I could litterally go on and on but Im gonna have a little respect for the one guy that actually looked busy.

This is the worst place to take your car. On top of that they dont handle things with care. I took my car for a break and rotor job not only they order the wrong parts they scratched my rims not even 3 months old. And then they have the nerve to say they didnt do it. I asked to see the video and its clear that my rims were facing down thats how they got scratched. I was willing to work with them but dont seem to care. All this sarted in the 4th this month now we are in February already! Since when does a break n rotor job take over a month to do!

Brought my truck in Sept 11. Supposedly fixed it by 13th ..Here it is not even a mth later, Oct.10th, exact same problem again .
I got 4 brand new tires with warranty!They did not even last 20K miles one of them is showing cracks where it is about to come apart and the other did come apart where the tread and side-wall come together.I Paid $900 for these 4 tires due to the good warranty and they said it was the horrible roads around town and that they wouldnt warranty them.If the warranty isnt any good due to the bad roads in Tulsa than Why do you push it like it will cover everything!

Ive been looking to buy new tires so I start shopping around everywhere finally I found the deal with Pep Boys, buy 3 tires get one free so I took my vehicle to Pep Boys and they gave me the most reasonable price cheaper than all the places that I checked I went in last night vehicle for 1 hour they were done with it and they did a good job

I pulled up to the tire lane cuz you know I figured thats where my truck is going to go to get some new tires instead as soon as I got out of my truck I got yelled at telling me to park in the parking lot so I parked in the parking lot with a stern voice. So I walked in and I let them know I was going to buy a new set of tires from you guys but I got yelled at Ill take my business somewhere else $1000 you guys arent going to get.
