I started having car issues and took it to the closest place at the time, which was a Midas. Midas told me the engine was shot and I’d have to replace the engine for $6000. I decided to get my car towed to 4 Star Import for a second opinion. 4 star was able to diagnose the real issue and was able to repair my engine for less than $600! This was a couple weeks ago and car is still running great! I definitely recommend 4 star! Honest and do great work

I have used 4-Star for over 10 years and have consistently had a superior experience. Im a senior aged lady and live 30 minutes away. It would be easier to go someplace closer, but I totally trust Quinton and Nate to do whats best for me and my 2004 Honda. Therefore, I regularly make the extra effort to take my car to 4-Star. Their facility is clean and well managed. I often choose to stay and wait for my car to be fixed. Ive noticed they are always polite, helpful and willing to share their expert knowledge with everyone. Best of all, their work is of the highest standard. I cant remember ever having a problem that wasnt fixed properly.

Worst shop in tulsa... had my integra dropped off at the shop cuz i couldnt figure out why it wasnt starting. They took about a week to look at it nd told me my timing chain was broke nd my engine would need a rebuild costing over 5 thousand dollars and wouldnt even think bout dropping a used one in. So i sold the car to a friend who wound up finding it was ignition coils costing 15$ nd thats why i dont trust them. They are crooks only do good work for friends

My daughter’s brakes went out, and Four Star fit me in the schedule immediately. They fixed everything, and the price was fair. I don’t know how much you can expect from a repair shop, but Four Star has always met my expectations. Had a repair done there 2 years ago. The same part broke again. The manufacturers warranty was expired but they said that the part still should have lasted a lot longer. They stood behind their work and repaired it again and didn’t charge me for it even though it took a few hours. They have much better pricing than the dealership as well.

Had a mad misfire in our 2010 pilot. Dropped it off at 8am. Nate called and gave me the rundown within an hour and that they needed to check a few other things before they had a concrete diagnosis. He then called me a couple hours later and told me what needed to be done,gave him the ok to proceed and figured they would have it back to me later in the week and this was Monday. We had figured to get a call from them maybe Thursday afternoon,however late morning Tuesday I get a call and he says that it was ready and running perfect. Also informed me that the person who had worked on it prior (before I had been referred to 4 star) did not do the repair properly. They took care of what our pilot needed and the final price was right along with what I had been quoted even after doing the extra little bit to fix what was previously done wrong. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and ease to deal with and kept me updated on the process along the way. Will definitely be going back and referring people with other Honda vehicles to 4 star as well.

I stumbled upon this top-notch repair center a couple years ago, and I have not been back to the dealership for service ever since.The quick turnaround and professional, quality service are second to none! I went to Don Carlton Honda and they charged me $140 to give me an estimate of about $800 to replace my 2007 Accords starter with a remanufactured one and werent really certain if it was the issue.An expensive, uncertain estimate was hard to stomach so I looked around. My good friend recommended Four Star Import so I called them. They were more helpful and knowledgable in 5 minutes on the phone than Honda had been on multiple visits.Their diagnostic fee was really reasonable, which I appreciated since Honda gave me uncertainty. They rebuilt the starter in-house (no worry about getting a random one) for $500 and its expected to work for another 140,000+ miles :)

I took my Ridgeline in for the guys at Four Star to try to figure out a problem I was having from a maintenance I had recently had done elsewhere. They diagnosed the problem, and made a recommendation on fixing the problem. I made an appointment to take my truck back to them the next week, and they were able to find the problem, fix it, and get me back on the road very quickly. This was my first time to take my truck to Four Star; but it most definitely wont be the last. The guys at the service counter were kind, helpful, and knowledgable; and the tech that worked on my truck did an excellent job. Nate & Quinton & the entire Service Team are always courteous & very knowledgeable when I take my 2004 Honda Accord EX in for routine maintenance &/or repairs. The waiting area is awesome too! They have cable TV, Wifi, a charging station for all types of cell phones, etc., reading materials, plenty of very comfy seating, coffee, refreshments, etc. If you dont want to take your Honda or Acura to the dealerships, then Four Star Import is the place to go!

Id give them zero stars if that were an option! Very poor customer service at this point. We have used them for years and always tolerated less than stellar time management. The way I was treated the last time I was there is unbelievable. Dropped my car off at 7:30am after making an appointment the day before to have the front brakes replaced. I called at 1:30pm to inquire about then progress of the repair and was told that it hadnt even been looked at. When I asked for an estimated completion time, I was told that no one was going to tell him how to run his business and that he wasnt even going to attempt to finish it that day. I showed up to get my keys and was chased out of the office by his husky wife. NICE!I love your vivid imagination! My two children were with me and witnessed the entire encounter. Customer service has declined over the years.

Four Star Import solved in 2 hours and $300, what a Honda Dealership could not do over 3 trips, 4 months and $1500 later on our 2007 Odyssey.We had towed the Van from the dealer (the Dealer gave up after 3 months of misfire codes - replacing fuel pump, plugs, coils, transmission switch and ECU) to Four Star and Nate at the front desk listened to my story of the multiple trips to the dealer and went over the details of the invoices and narrowed down his diagnosis of the problem. The next morning I got a call from Nate saying the mechanics replaced a bad coil (new installed by the dealer) and the van was running. It has been running great ever since. If I could give more stars I would. I m very happy with Four Star imports. Thanks!

Prior to learning about this place, I took my car to the dealership I purchased it from, Joe Marina. When that dealer was bought out, I started looking for another place.The dealer wasnt bad, necessarily, but having experienced Four Star, I would never go back. The staff is friendly and takes a very practical, no-BS approach to car maintenance. Occasionally Ive asked about repairs on my aging car, and theyve told me theyd be happy to do them, but theyre really not necessary (i.e., cosmetic). The dealer just would have done them. Im glad they treat my money as if it were theirs.Ive never had to purchase major repairs here (fingers crossed), although I have spent several hundred dollars in regular maintenance. My husband used to own an Accord that lasted him for a few hundred thousand miles, and he attributes that to the advice and service that Four Star provided.

Took my Honda Civic hybrid to have the hybrid battery replaced. They let me keep my car there while I ordered the battery and had it delivered (about 3 days), and gave me a reasonable price for installation.

I couldnt be happier with my experiences here (who has ever said such a thing about a repair shop!?). My 2001 Accord has plenty of life left in her and its in large part due to the honest mechanics at Four Star. I really trust these guys and would recommend anyone bring their treasured Honda here.

My car has leaking axle seal and strut boots both cracked,The price that was given to me when I was valuing on the phone was all repaired for 240 bucks.Before that, I have received a report from Honda Dealer. But after they checked my car, they claimed that the car strut boots both good no any cracked, refused to replace new boots. I can see that the strut boots have been damaged without using jacks. Do you guys think that I and the honda dealer are both deceiving myself?Finally, only one axle seal was repaired and They want to charge me two times than Honda dealer, let me wait for six hours and want to get more labor from me, this is not reasonable.

I started going to 4 Star back in the 80s after I bought a 86 Honda Accord. They took care of my car like it was theirs - saving my money while keeping the car properly maintained while I put 200,000 miles on it - until my wife was sick of looking at it - 14 years later. After that I got a good deal on a Camry - I hated buying that Toyota since I would not be using 4 Star :( ... Three years ago I bought a MDX and could not wait to start taking it to 4 Star - Earl and the guys are a team that cant be beat. I dont know what I would do without these guys.

My first visit there a few months ago was excellent. Yesterday I was very disappointed. The young man doing the checkin and checkout was rude. When I asked a question, he told me I needed to let him finish talking. I was completely shocked. I blanked out on the rest of what he said, paid my bill, and left in a daze.
